"This is a very special place to stay and the best option for visiting the Danxia Park. I visited in April and essentially had the site to ourselves. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the food is also good. The site is ideal to be able to enter the park early to see the sunset as well as spend time close to the formations from the comfort of the camp. Like any camp one has to be prepared for shared bathrooms and showers, but the overall experience makes it totally worth it. At night it does get a bit cold, depending on the season, but with the heaters provided it was fine. I would highly recommend!"

His hospitality didn’t stop there—he kindly assisted us in booking tickets for a local show and even drove us there himself, which made our trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. The room was spotless, one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain high standards. We also really appreciated the free laundry service, which was incredibly helpful during our travels. The location is perfect—just a short walking distance to the west entrance of the Danxia park, making it easy to explore. Right across the hotel is a fantastic restaurant, so finding great food was effortless. To top it all off, the owner even prepared thoughtful departing gifts for us, which was such a warm and memorable touch. His kindness and attentiveness truly set this place apart. If you’re visiting the area, this hotel is an outstanding choice."

"First off, the hotel's location is fantastic – it's really close to the scenic area entrance, even closer than the parking lot is to the gate. The hygiene was good; the bedding was clean, and the bathroom was tidied up well. However, there's no mini-fridge in the room. There are a few small restaurants nearby where you can order food. Downstairs, the lobby has a small convenience store stocked with drinks, snacks, and some basic necessities. In the evening, they even have an outdoor barbecue, and the staff running it were super helpful, always on the go and very friendly! The room facilities aren't the newest, but the hotel service is excellent. As soon as we parked, staff came right over to help with our luggage, and the front desk staff were also very welcoming and warm. Definitely worth recommending!"

The bathroom is so clean it reflects light, the bed is super soft, and the soundproofing is so good you can't even hear the neighbors snoring 😴 The receptionist is incredibly kind!! She proactively highlighted important things to do and eat, her response time was lightning fast ⚡️ The night view of Danxia from the window is absolutely stunning!! We were greeted with sweet apricots upon entering, and the room was clean and tidy, odorless. In the evening, she recommended nearby specialty restaurants and a local specialty restaurant. We ordered a bit too much due to the generous portions of Northwestern cuisine. After a phone call, the hostess even offered to put our food in the refrigerator for free the next night, reheat it for free, and even gave us a few steamed buns. Such personal touches are rare. Therefore, a five-star rating. Highly recommend this place."

"This hotel was by far the best one during our Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop trip – absolutely recommend it! The hotel was fantastic and offered superb value for money. The owner was incredibly welcoming; he came out immediately to help with our luggage and showed us to our room as soon as we pulled up. The facilities were brand new, the place was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – it felt like it had a latex topper. The duvet was also just the right thickness. Honestly, we couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Upon check-out, the owner even gave our child a lovely Colorful Danxia fridge magnet as a souvenir. Downstairs, there were plenty of eateries and a well-stocked supermarket, and its proximity to the scenic area made it incredibly convenient. Wishing the owner great success in their business!"

"The room was clean, spacious, and had a window. There were plenty of hangers, perfect for hanging the kids' clothes and towels. The bathroom and shower were separate, with separate wet and dry areas. The hotel is very close to the Qicai Danxia Scenic Area, about a 10-minute walk to the north gate. There are also many affordable restaurants nearby. In the evening, the barbecue night market is a 5-10 minute walk away, and it's very lively. Most importantly, the owner and staff were very friendly and attentive. When we couldn't get a taxi to a nearby scenic spot, the owner knew about it and drove us there. It was truly touching. We were so lucky to stay in such a warm hotel on this trip."
