"The hotel is quite clean and nice.
I booked for a night king bed room. The room is spacious and clean, quite nice.
However, there is no plug point besides the bed, only have usb port where not all electrical charger is fit and cannot be used.
For the toilet, the water draining system is bad, cannot drain water at all during showering.
For the access card given, one cannot open the door. I went to reception and inform the issue, the receptionist checked and asked another staff to assist me to my room and help me open. We walked till my room and the card cannot open as well. The staff then told me is because of the lock has running out of battery, need another 10 minutes to go down and get physical key to open the door. He then brought the manager comes and she could open the door with her card. So eventually is the second access card problem. I not sure the problem is with the receptionist or the lock got problem. Not a pleasant experience to kee me waiting standing outside my room for them to sort the issue"
