The front desk arranged for us a room facing the elevator entrance and installed the room door. Generally, if you arrange this kind of room by the elevator, the front desk should inform Whether the guest can, if the guest is not satisfied and then coordinate, there is no notification, as soon as the elevator is seen, the arranged room is facing the elevator. "This stay experience far exceeded expectations! The overall environment of the hotel is clean and elegant, the green plants in the lobby are scattered, there is no trace of clutter in the public area, and even the corridors are floating with a faint fragrance, which makes people feel tired from the journey as soon as they arrive.
The front desk staff was particularly intimate. When checking in, they took the initiative to introduce the surrounding traffic and restaurants. They also helped to upgrade the high-floor rooms. The smile was gentle and the efficiency was super high. Room service was also very timely, called for extra pillows and mineral water, delivered in less than 5 minutes, the waiter also asked softly if there were other needs, the details were full.
The room was even more pleasant, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and you could relax instantly when you lay down; the hygiene was super in place, the table top and bathroom corners were spotless, the toiletries were complete and the quality was good; the view outside the window was wide and the night was particularly quiet.
