"Beyond its location, this place has nothing going for it. The room was tiny, and the old guy at the front desk, who looked Chinese, couldn't speak Mandarin. The window handle was missing, and the toilet seat creaked so much I was worried it would break. As we were leaving, I saw a blue card on the table with drink prices listed on the back. I wasn't sure if it was for the mini-fridge downstairs. We had two drinks that night. The next day at checkout, the front desk mumbled something I couldn't understand. I just asked, 'OK? We go now?' She replied 'OK,' so we left..."

"The hotel is located between the Central Station and Milan Cathedral. If you're comfortable walking within a 2km radius, then its location is excellent, allowing you to easily walk to either the train station or the Duomo. The room was quite small and the price wasn't low, but the front desk allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated."

"Nice hostel for this money. The location is good, not so far from Duomo but far from the railway. However you can take a M3 subway 🚇 The hostel provides free breakfast and the stuff is friendly! Shower is not working good and not private enough. Beds are metallic and make a noice."

"The hotel is quite new. The room was comfortable and it had what we needed. It was close enough to the metro so it make it easy to get around, yet not super close to the center, but it was fine. Breakfast was nice. The staff was okay. Unlike many showers in Italy, the showers were a nice size. Most other hotels we stayed at had tiny cubicles as showers. The onky downsides are that the lifts in Italy are very small so a big family with bags will need to make more than 1 trip. It is also hard to find hotels with gyms around Milán and Venice."

We urgently needed something printed at the last minute, and she kindly helped us get it done perfectly, really saving our day. The service is thoughtful and professional. Highly recommended! "Well... It's a great idea to create affordable, remotely controlled apartments by local standards, with good finishing and amenities. The finishing and amenities are good. But there's no response to any problems that arise. There's no internet (a cable issue) and it's been two full days since they've fixed it. Upon check-in, I barely received the code for the entrance, room, and parking (it's the same), but I couldn't enter the building or open the parking gate—nothing! It's impossible to contact the operator!!!!!! I barely made it into the building with random hotel residents and, through a housekeeping woman (also a random encounter), managed to get through to a live person from the administration. It was resolved in 15 minutes. My inquiries about the situation through the app were answered the next morning (!). One of the elevators broke down while we were there—nothing has been done for three days, and the future is also unclear. The company's website is very crude. I tried to extend my stay—I would have been better off moving somewhere else. Do I have to fill out all the forms and take photos of documents again? Why? And after emailing them through the app about the logic behind it, they said I didn't have to. There's no logic to it at all. I'm giving the service a 1 because I can't give it a 0. Otherwise, the rooms are good. The only downside is there's no clothes dryer and the lighting isn't optimal."

"For the price, this hotel is excellent value. The room we got was incredibly spacious, almost like a private little courtyard, and it even had a small balcony. The only downside was that our room wasn't accessible by elevator, but the staff were so incredibly helpful and enthusiastic about carrying our luggage up and down for us. Huge thanks to them!"

"Overall, the hotel was very good, and the staff's service was excellent. However, I have to say that the air conditioning in the rooms needs improvement. We stayed in room 203, and I'm not sure if it has a speed or temperature limiter, but given the current temperatures, it was hard to get a good night's sleep."
