"Very satisfied! They even upgraded our room! Everything was perfect, except for the air conditioning being too warm. The service was excellent – very friendly and attentive. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Huaihai Pedestrian Street. There are several Kawa Coffee shops and Zhanji Taosu within a few steps. It's really easy to get around. Next door to the hotel is Intime Department Store, which had a promotion: 200 off for every 1000 spent. I couldn't resist and ended up buying L'Occitane, Diptyque perfume, and a bunch of other stuff. Left with a haul!"

"The Hefei Binhu Fomao Hotel truly delivers on both quality and service! The grand lobby with its gilded dome and the 'influencer-worthy' staircase are incredibly photogenic. The rooms are spacious and smart, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the King Koil mattress, TOTO bathroom fixtures, and the all-in-one washer/dryer. The butler-style service is warm and attentive. If you're coming to Hefei, you should definitely stay at the Binhu Fomao."

This is my second time staying here in Hefei, and the swimming pool is fantastic – the temperature is perfect for kids. "This hotel used to be a Crowne Plaza, so the facilities are still top-notch, though a bit dated. But you can't beat the value for money! For this price, it's a great deal in Hefei.
