"This was my first stay at a Hampton by Hilton, and it might just be my last! The biggest issue was the terrible soundproofing. Lying in bed at night, I could clearly hear conversations from the room next door. On the first night, at 11 PM, a couple next door was arguing loudly. We couldn't sleep, so we called the front desk. It took ages for them to quiet down the guests next door, and even then, we could still hear them. On the second night, new guests arrived – two men, seemingly on a business trip – who talked about work non-stop. We couldn't help but overhear everything until they finally tired out and went to sleep, and only then could we. What kind of situation is this? Doesn't the hotel know about this, and why don't they improve it??? Also, one evening around 8 PM, just as we were about to get ready, the power suddenly went out. There was a lot of commotion in the hallway before the power came back on. My husband quickly rushed into the bathroom to wash, and then the power went out again! Washing in complete darkness – what on earth is going on??? The only good thing, it seems, is its proximity to the river view (Suojiang Tower, Xunyang Tower, and the Yangtze River… as shown in the picture)."

"As a first-time visitor to Lushan, the hotel's location and service far exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the location is superb. If you're taking the cable car up the mountain, you can check in within a minute of exiting the station and turning right – it's literally right next door. There's a town on the mountain, and while the attractions are spread out, I bought a 70 RMB scenic shuttle bus ticket for unlimited rides. Crucially, the nearest bus stop is directly opposite the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. Regarding dining, prices on the mountain can be quite high, but the hotel's own restaurant offers excellent value for money. The portion sizes are very generous; one dish is usually enough for a single person. I ordered two dishes and was too full to finish them! You can generally get a delicious meal for under 50 RMB per person. As for the accommodation, I visited on a weekday, and the front desk kindly upgraded my room type, which I greatly appreciated. The room was clean and tidy, and there was no noise at night, so I had a very restful sleep. In summary, this is a truly fantastic hotel that greatly surpassed my expectations. I wish the establishment continued success and hope everyone visiting has a wonderful time."

"Room was very clean and well prepared for our visit. The breakfast was really good and had a large selection of breakfast items. Location near the railway station was ideal as we arrived late in the evening. Staff were very attentive and went well beyond the norm to help us navigate around the area. All in all a very well-presented hotel and would definitely stay there again when we next visit Jiujiang."

"The stay was very comfortable, the afternoon tea snack was very delicious, and the friends who waited at the hotel after the stay had another one, which tasted very good. The souvenir is a local specialty, very pleasantly surprised, drink, taste good! From the station to the hotel, the front desk lady came to pick us up, very patient, the hotel also explained the service of Lushan tourism, great! The breakfast is also very rich, you can also order home-cooked tastes such as noodles and wontons. The room was very clean and we slept very peacefully, like going home. (The hotel's restaurant is super delicious 😋, the portion is particularly large!)"

"The hotel offers convenient pickup and drop-off services at both the Lushan Cableway Upper Station and Guling Town, Lushan. When heading out to explore the attractions, there are regular shuttle buses every hour or half-hour from the scenic area's designated stops, which is incredibly convenient, reassuring, and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel boasts stunning sunset views. You can take a short walk down to Baiyun Valley for a closer look or simply enjoy them from the hotel's fish pond. The room was clean, and the bedding was dry and comfortable. A particularly thoughtful touch was the daily provision of foot bath tubs and hot water, perfect for soaking tired feet after a long day of sightseeing and relieving fatigue. They also offered complimentary milk, snacks, and fruit beverages. While individual room amenities, such as the smart toilet, were quite good, I believe there's room for improvement in the overall comfort and practicality of the hardware. For instance, the marble shelf in the shower, intended for toiletries, was concave in the middle. This meant the hotel's small bottles of toiletries and my own had to be propped against the edge or laid flat. The smart toilet, though high-tech, was a bit startling at times; it would automatically open and close its lid when the room card was inserted or when I approached to use the trash bin. 😜 On the third day of our stay, we returned to the room in the evening to find no complimentary drinking water and had to request it from a staff member. Additionally, the foot bath water in the thermos was scalding hot, despite the cap indicating 'comfortable water temperature.' Thankfully, I'm usually cautious and tested the water first, preventing a burn. I suggest more attention to these minor details for improvement."

"From the moment I arrived at this boutique hotel in Lushan, I was enveloped in a wonderful sense of warmth. The seasonal fresh fruit offered by the welcoming staff instantly melted away the exhaustion from the mountain drive. The pre-booked transfer service was incredibly thoughtful and well-executed; our driver knew the mountain roads intimately, chatting about the local scenery and feeling more like a personal guide than just a ride. Upon check-out, I received a delightful souvenir: a thermal mug subtly engraved with Lushan cloud patterns and a Lushan tea cake. The mug felt pleasantly warm in my hand. The room itself was an even greater delight. The bedding was perfectly balanced in softness and firmness, feeling like sleeping on a cloud. Listening to the gentle mountain breeze at night, I slept incredibly deeply. Waking up, I used the thermal mug to brew some of the hotel's Yunwu tea. With each sip, the fragrant tea, coupled with its warmth, made even the morning light filtering through the window feel softer. This meticulous attention to detail truly weaves comfort into every aspect of the experience."

"當天晚上到辦理入住後，發現房間衞生沒打掃乾淨，反應後很快解決了，工作人員服務態度不錯，特別是當天解決衞生沒打掃問題的主管解決問題不拖泥帶水，值得肯定👍，酒店位於廬山景區南門上山路線半山腰上，位置不錯，環境不錯，比較安靜，離牯嶺鎮也不遠，適合自駕。"

"首先説地理位置：步行十五分鐘可達潯陽江潯陽樓，還是蠻方便的，從火車站過來不到四千米，樓下就有超市，離大中路步行街不到兩千米。 面積：房屋面積很大，我當時想要安靜房間，説我原房型旁邊兒挨着幼兒園給我免費升級到了另一個房型。但是可能是門兒或者是牆比較薄，隔壁房間稍微大一點聲兒或者是走廊稍微大一點聲兒説話都能聽得見。 設施：是大床房，床頭兩側都有充電的地方，但是有一側，插上根本用不了。 內線電話有時候用不了。 沙發枕頭上有疑似血漬的地方，説了三天都沒有給清理掉。空調遙控器也不乾淨。晚上睡覺時有一次看枕套不乾淨有一次看被套不乾淨，換是換了，但是換的工作人員手上拿着一堆東西穿着外面繁瑣的衣服來換的，換之前都沒有洗手之類的。 工作人員沒有像其它星級酒店一樣有統一着裝。 前台有爆米花🍿，喜歡🥰爆米花🍿，這幾天天天吃😋。 屋內投影📽️大屏幕我沒用所以不清楚如何。（p14） 沒有像其它星級酒店那樣房間內有小冰箱。 床睡的還挺舒服的。床兩側有自動感應的燈在牀頭櫃下，還不錯，方便夜晚起來。 續住客房打掃需要提前説，説負責衞生的17:00之後不上班兒。 門框和燈開關能很明顯看到很多之前指紋手印兒之類的。（p2p18） 總共就四個衣架子。 牆紙開裂、無損。（p19p20） 綠意沁春·茶點悠享（自助）：衹是一包小零食 深夜粥到：需要提前預訂，衹有晚上七點到晚上十一點有，我錯過了沒吃上，聽前台説就是小白粥➕鹹菜 解壓艾葉足浴：我沒定，我看有的定了，是足浴桶放門口 行政禮遇：也衹是一包小零食 我花一積分兑換的歡迎水果：説現在沒有了，也是一包小零食 就很……（p7p8綠袋子就是小零食） 我不行了，寫完評論準備退房為什麼在床上看見一個死蟲子……（p10） 看着還是蠻歲月靜好的（p11）但是其實桌子上（p12）這種劃痕污漬不知道是不是擦不掉，有不少。地面乾淨程度也一般（p13）"

"The most wise choice for this trip to Busan is to stay at Atour Hotel! From the moment you walk into the lobby, the smile and efficient service of the staff are very kind. The room design is simple and modern, the floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the mountain view, and the cloudy picture in the morning is beautiful like a picture. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the spirit is refreshed after a night of sleep. The breakfast is delicious and full of energy for the mountaineering itinerary. When I left the store, I also gave a souvenir, and the details were full of care. Next time I come to Lushan, I will definitely choose here again! The front desk service is very good, the check-in is very fast and smooth, the service is very intimate, and the driver who supplements the pick-up is super good."

"To Lushan Hotel: A Warm Retreat Amidst the Clouds and Mist Staying at Lushan Hotel, I truly understood the joy of 'scenery and service, both picture-perfect.' As soon as I got out of the car, a staff member came over with an umbrella, smiling as they took my suitcase and said, 'It's foggy on the mountain, watch out for slippery roads.' That one sentence instantly dispelled the slight chill of the mountains. During check-in, the front desk not only patiently explained the scenic bus routes but also quietly upgraded my room to one with a view of Guling Street at night. Opening the window, I was greeted by lush greenery and twinkling lights stretching across the mountains. In the morning, wanting to try a local breakfast, the restaurant auntie, upon hearing I preferred light flavors, specially served an extra bowl of warm Lushan Yunwu tea porridge, along with a small dish of homemade pickled radishes – crisp and refreshing. When checking out, it happened to be raining, and the hotel thoughtfully provided portable rain ponchos and packed tea eggs, reminding me to 'have something to eat on the way and travel safely.' From the thoughtful details to the considerate anticipation, Lushan Hotel makes a mountain journey more than just about the scenery; it's also about a comforting and caring experience."
