Lushan Hotels with balcony

"The hotel offers a complimentary pickup service from the Lushan mountain bus station and the mountain cable car entrance. I was really touched that they came to pick me up even though I was the only guest. After I got off the cable car, I called them, and they arrived in just a few minutes, like my own private car, haha. Once we arrived, the staff carried my luggage all the way to the hotel. After I checked in, they even brought it to my room – so thoughtful! The front desk also helped me plan my itinerary and told me about the sightseeing bus schedule. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the main street, with beautiful views. The dehumidifier worked wonders! My clothes dried completely overnight after I washed them. The only minor downside is the lack of large bath towels (I heard this is common in Jiangxi). They provide thin, disposable towels, which aren't quite enough if you have long hair..."

"Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Amenities: The hair dryer is a Dyson. Because the B&B is quite old, there's no elevator. However, the highest floor is only four, so a daily climb isn't a problem. Environment: The location is excellent, quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, just a ten-minute walk from the bustling city center and the transportation management station. Service: The guy who picked us up from the cable car was very friendly, and check-in was smooth. The housekeeper was very polite. Hmm... Well, the entire stay was just the right amount of politeness, not overly enthusiastic, yet always responsive. We stayed three nights and received fresh fruit and snacks every day. The housekeeper would remind us of the evening activities, and we were lucky enough to try the hotel's free barbecue and witness the traditional tea-making process. We had a delicious green tea. Food: The breakfast buffet was pretty consistent all three days—not particularly extensive, but all good. The kids loved the cakes, and dishes like rice noodles and wontons were cooked to order. We booked dinner at the B&B for all three nights. I give it 100 points for both the taste and the service. It felt like the B&B put a lot of care into everything. If I had to point out a small complaint, it would be that the bed was a little soft for my family and me. Finally, thank you so much for everything at Songmo. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable and fulfilling. I hope Songmo continues to do even better!"

"The hotel is right next to the cable car station. Before going up, we were told to call them after getting off the cable car, and someone would come pick us up. However, once we got off and called, they told us the hotel was right there and we could just walk up ourselves. If they weren't going to pick us up, they should have just said so directly, instead of making us call again. The front desk staff was very welcoming and enthusiastic. As soon as we arrived, they explained how to get around and even upgraded our room. There were fruits and small tea cakes in the room. The hotel breakfast was just okay, but the disposable bath towels and towels provided by the hotel were really good. The air conditioning in the room was noisy, and it got very stuffy when turned off."

"A five-star rating is definitely deserved. The price increase during the May Day holiday was expected and reasonable. The breakfast, for a hotel in a scenic area, was quite generous; even those used to resort hotels will find enough to eat here. After all, I've looked around, and there aren't many places on the mountain that offer a better breakfast. There are a couple of things I hope can be improved: firstly, the family rooms should come with three sets of toiletries, not just two, requiring guests to ask for the third; secondly, some early-rising guests were excessively noisy in the hallway, even blowing whistles. I think the hotel didn't do enough to remind them about noise levels. I know the mountain area is humid, so carpeting isn't very practical, and poor soundproofing in the corridors seems to be a common issue for all hotels here. But at least a 'quiet please' sign could be helpful, couldn't it? The service attitude was generally excellent, with one exception: an older lady in the lobby who never smiled, whether answering questions or showing the way. Most of these issues are minor or due to objective limitations, and even if I stayed at another hotel on Mount Lu, it would be hard to find one that does much better. Hence, the five-star rating is well-earned. I'm too lazy to review both rooms separately, so I'm just copy-pasting this for the second one."

"High-Value Luxury Experience Right Next to Lushan South Gate The location is absolutely unbeatable, right next to the Lushan South Gate. It's just a few steps to the sightseeing bus stop, making it super convenient to get up the mountain. The room itself is incredibly spacious and features a high-end design, complete with smart room controls, a high-definition projector, and a Kohler bathtub. The heated drying rack was a lifesaver, drying small items of clothing very quickly. The biggest surprise was the mattress – incredibly comfortable, once you lie down, you won't want to get up. Breakfast offered a rich selection, including Jiujiang rice noodles, fresh fruits and vegetables, pastries, bread, fried dough sticks, and soy milk, all served warm and delicious throughout. I was very satisfied. The service was exceptionally thoughtful, with free pick-up and drop-off to the station, and attentive care throughout my stay. Overall, this is the best value luxury hotel I've ever stayed in. The only minor flaw is that because the room is so large, the heating was a little weak, but it was still warm and comfortable overall and didn't detract from the experience at all. Highly recommended! Even if you're not visiting Lushan, staying here for a couple of days would be incredibly comfortable..."

"This hotel is on the uphill, inside the Lushan attraction. If you come to Lushan/Jiujiang by train, you need to go to their Sightseeing bus centre, and take their sightseeing bus to go up to another bus centre, and just give a call to the hotel, they would pick you up by a comfortable car. We had an unpleasant encounter with the didi driver driving us to the uphill, the driver was rude, even said to me “I got no time, just buy the ticket faster” (you need to purchase a ticket for the didi car and for yourself to drive up, an hour drive btw). So glad that the hotel staffs were all so nice and understanding. They welcomed us warmly, even listened to me complaining about the driver’s behaviour and rude remarks. They presented us with a welcoming fruit platter too! The hotel is clean, and very bear to Ruqin Lake. For my room, we got to wear 2 sets of hanfu for free (just put a deposit first, they’ll return the depo after you return the clothes). The staffs helped us bring our luggages into the room, even offered extra towel and room slippers since we came in 3. You got to experience brewing chinese tea by yourself too, since they prepared chinese tea leaves and chinese tea pot set in the room. Since we arrived there around 3, and had to take shower and clean up first, so we would only be able to start exploring Lushan at 4. The hotel staffs at the reception were so kind to prepare us with a map and gave us recommendations on places we can go, in the best order, since they know we would be walking until late at night. The picture of the lake is Ruqin Lake, it’s just in front of the hotel. As for the next morning, we had to wake up early to get a morning train from jiujiang to jingdezhen, so I asked for the receptionist’s help to make a wake-up call, in which they actually called our room at 4am! Thank you so much. Overall, the stay here was amazing! We will find for JI Hotel the next time we travel to China."

"It is very convenient to go to the Donglin Buddha, just across the road. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to Xiufeng and Lushan South Gate Visitor Center, all 20 minutes away. The environment is antique, very quiet, cost-effective, there are welcome fruits, the room has a balcony, it is absolutely amazing. The child is very satisfied, saying that he will stay here next time."

"Right across from Nanhu Park, just a few steps away, and Jiujiang Art Museum is hidden right inside the park! The hotel's soundproofing, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. I was so lucky to book a hotel that felt like a 'soulmate' in Jiujiang, where I could sleep comfortably and then enjoy the breeze by Nanhu Lake. A few minutes' electric bike ride to Qingnian Road brings you to Four Sisters Pancakes, Yiqie Shao, and all sorts of delicious food – it's the best choice if you're traveling with kids!"

"Hotel is at the outskirts but near famous Donglin Temple, walking distance about 5-8 minutes. Ideally, suitable for believers who spend more time in the temple. Big Buddha is at another spot quite a distance away but reachable by Didi. Hotel and rooms with balcony are elegantly decorated exclusively Zen tastes, settings. It is surrounded by trees, green hills and unpolluted fresh air. A pleasant feeling, feeling peaceful in the compound. There is a small stream opposite the hotel with soothing sound flowing down stream. Tasty morning and evening Chinese vegetarian are served, 58 Rmb for evening buffet. Opposite the main Donglin Temple, there are waiting taxis, restaurants, convenience shops. Not much night activities after 8 pm, perhaps night activities are in the city and railway stations. A good place to quiet the mind and distractions."

"The environment is tranquil and quiet, and the courtyard scenery is beautiful, perfect for snapping photos. The rooms are clean and cozy, making for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The front desk staff are warm and genuine, and thoughtfully shared some off-the-beaten-path travel routes, so we didn't have to flock to popular tourist spots. The breakfast and home-style dishes are delicious. It's very convenient to get to scenic spots, and being away from the hustle and bustle makes it ideal for a slow-paced vacation. The value for money is excellent, I highly recommend this hotel!"
