"The room was spacious enough, with its own courtyard, quiet and comfortable. It's located near Water Street, making it convenient for commuting. Across from the hotel is a large park with excellent air quality, perfect for walking and exercising! The hotel also has a clean underground parking lot. There's also a Dongpo Restaurant nearby, serving authentic Sichuan cuisine. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Xiao Xu drove us to the high-speed rail station in his Mercedes-Benz, and Xiao Wang was also a big thank you. 😊"

"This is a very upscale hotel with convenient parking and a bright lobby. The front desk lady, Ms. Zhu, was very helpful and even upgraded my room free of charge, even though I was elderly. The room was clean and hygienic, and there was rice, perfect for children. The breakfast menu was plentiful, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, as well as staple and side dishes. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Meishan."

"It was my first time staying here. The service attitude of the front desk staff Xiao Meng was very good and satisfactory. As soon as I entered the hotel, she greeted me with a smile. I booked a comfortable double bed room without noticing what room type it was and placed the order directly. When checking in, Xiao Meng kindly reminded me that it was a 1.5m double bed room. Xiao Meng said that since it was our first time here, she would apply to the leader to see if it could be upgraded. She was really enthusiastic! The overall environment of the hotel is high-end and comfortable. There are sofa seats in the lobby where you can sit. You can also make a cup of delicious coffee by yourself. It is very good to read books and do office work in the lobby. On the right hand side of the door is their laundry room and gym with complete equipment and facilities. The hotel is also a pet-friendly hotel. The murals at the elevator are all small pets. The hygiene in the room is also clean and tidy, very comfortable, and the breakfast is also very good. "I chose a lot of hotels to compare and set this one. The room picture comparison price attracted me.
Parking is convenient, you can at the gate. The hotel door is different from the door of a traditional hotel. It is a full glass structure and is very individual. Especially after the lights are on at night, it looks better.
The front desk service was enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce me to the surrounding food. Breakfast was delivered to the room, which was very intimate. To be honest, I don't want to get up for breakfast when I don't go out in the morning, but I have to eat it when I send it to the room.
The room is very large, very clean, and the hygiene is also very good. Although it is a windowless room, the experience is also good.

The boss was very kind and let us choose the room we liked. Because I didn't drive, when I went to the scenic spot in the morning, the sister in the store sent us to the scenic spot. In the evening, I went down the mountain from the scenic spot and encountered the problem of the tight source of the car after eating at the hotel. The boss enthusiastically asked the hotel owner to help take a taxi. In the end, the sister of the hotel personally drove us back to the hotel. By the way, the sauerkraut beef hot pot in that restaurant is delicious and full of delicious flavor. The trip, thanks to the kindness of this hotel, made the whole trip sparkle.

GGuest UserFantastic place in a great location with wonderful views. The hotel contacts you before with lots of useful information and someone is always there to help you during your stay. Delicious food and afternoon tea. It's also possible to walk up the hill amongst the tea plantations for a better view and down to the rose garden. Great room and beautiful bird song from the balcony. Tough work cycling to get there but definitely worth it.

還和店長几番偶遇，每次都熱情的介紹與交流，對工作的熱愛溢於言表，印象深刻

GGuest UserOur family of three stayed in a family room. Since our children were adults, we called ahead to confirm three beds, which were very comfortable and not crowded at all. The hotel was very nice and clean. There were three hot springs, and the front desk lady was very helpful, providing tips and services. Unfortunately, our arrival was delayed by heavy rain, preventing us from climbing Mount Emei. Instead, we drove to the nearby Liujiang Ancient Town and Guangming Temple. Guangming Temple is highly recommended, and a must-see if you're not in a hurry. The temple also offers vegetarian meals, rice paddies, lotus ponds, and a hydrangea gallery.
So, even if you can't hike, staying at this hotel is a great way to relax and recuperate. It's well worth it.

GGuest UserService: Trip.com is definitely my top choice for booking hotels. I've booked this Club Med through various channels before, including directly with them, but none compared to the experience I had with Trip.com. The butler contacted me a day in advance, and even though the hotel was fully booked for Qingming Festival, I was able to check in at 1 PM (official check-in is 3 PM). All services were promptly attended to, and I want to give a special shout-out to Irene.
Room: There's absolutely no lingering smell anymore. After staying at InterContinental, Club Med rooms actually look much better to me now. If you love the water park, I recommend choosing Building 2. It's right downstairs, and odd-numbered rooms in Building 2 offer a direct view of where they set off fireworks (though they didn't have any this time 😭 my only regret).
Environment: The hygiene is excellent, and the environment is fantastic – a natural oxygen bar. Just a heads-up, there are still a lot of small insects, so make sure to bring insect repellent.
Family-friendly: The water park can keep kids entertained for an entire afternoon. Although the indoor kids' club is relatively small, children can still spend a few hours there. They also recently added an outdoor non-powered play area. The outdoor pool isn't open yet, but it's sure to be even more fun once it is.
While I'm not trying to be critical, among the hotels in Heilongtan, other than the InterContinental's pool being slightly better in the summer, I would always choose Club Med at any other time.

BBenseGGThe front desk upgraded the room to a room with floor heating. The room facilities are good (see the photo, it should be newly renovated later) and clean. Floor heating is relatively comfortable in this weather. It feels good to soak in a natural hot spring on a lightly snowing day, but the pool is not fully open yet, so I feel a little regretful that I couldn't fully experience it this time. A great place to relax and soak in the hot springs on the weekends!
