"The location was in a small village outside of Mianzhu or Deyang. It was a beautiful place surrounded by farmland to the front and bamboo-covered mountains to the back.
The staff were very helpful with our requests. We mainly communicated through translation app, as they did not speak English.
The hot springs were available to us every day. You could easily walk or also ask for a buggy ride up to it. Some of the large hot spring pools were closed, we believe due to it being winter time. But there were still more than 12 hot springs open.
If you are a westerner travelling here, don’t expect a cozy residents bar. There is a bar area but not that equipped.
We did not try the hotel restaurants. We walked 1km or 2km into the village and had many cheap restaurant options and the locals were very friendly and accommodating with our lack of Chinese. The room had a torch also available, which made it easy to walk along the road when it was dark."

Everything is voice activated with Xiaodu... my chinese is a little... non-existent, but translation apps made it easy. 👌🙌 Amazing. Fantastic location not far from the cbd, within walking distance. Surrounded by little shops and restaurants, everything you could need. English-speaking is a little sparse, but the generous and kind staff, always aim to help. 💥💖💯"

GGuest User住了這麼多酒店，第一次給服務差評，平時遇到各樣的旅店能理解都理解了，但是這次我還是決定寫一次。首先，是辦理入住，我們到的時候大概12點，吧枱沒有人，衹有3個工作人員在廚房，然後説房間還沒收拾出來，我們先去鎮上吃飯，再來辦理，這都理解。沒問題第二天早上，6點，樓下的人多麼大聲的説話，聽着很清楚而且孩子也吵得睡不踏，民宿嘛，正常，理解。衹是給後面的對着前院訂房的人提示，可能會有聲音的問題（如果運氣好沒有大聲説話就好）然後起床吃飯，大概7點半左右廚房一個阿姨，去了需要自己到廚房拿早飯，看到有人吃麪條，也決定吃麪條，阿姨説還有兩個人，一起煮，特意説了下有一碗給小朋友不放辣椒，沒怎麼聽到迴應，害怕她事情很多忘記了，又説了兩次，她有點不耐煩的低聲嘀咕。過了一會孩子的麪條家人去端過來了，剛好阿姨在乘麪，我以為是我的就説吃不完，另外兩顧客態度不好的説他們還沒吃，我説我也等了很久了一直在外面，也不知道誰先誰後。阿姨又説麪條好了，你自己不來。第一你也沒有説誰先誰後，第二，我一直在大廳沒走哪裡第三，我來了怪我沒有守着。感情你們提供的早飯要守着。後面阿姨賭氣説不煮了。真是第一次遇到這樣的吃飯經歷，絕
