The front desk also asked you seriously, are there no slippers in the room? 2. The waiter brought people directly into the room to make repairs without the guest's consent, which was baffling. 3. As the first impression in contact with guests, the front desk needs to be improved in communicating and answering questions."

"Very satisfied. I have come to this hotel several times. The service is very good. I am very satisfied in all aspects. When I stayed, the quality of the guests in the next room was**** low. I don’t know if I came to travel. I booked two or three rooms. The room was open and the door kept talking and then seven or eight in the morning. I smashed the door there and asked my companion to get up. I didn’t consider the feelings of other guests. I was speechless. I hope I can post a corridor on the wall in the future. It’s really annoying. It’s noisy at night. Even in the morning, it’s noisy."
