"We booked 5 rooms for 2 nights for our family trip . The hotel is very new and the stay was okay. Although we were given Free breakfast vouchers on the 2nd night but Honestly the laundry system was not good. No laundry plastic or basket in the room. The queuing system was messy. The overall cleaning wasn’t pleasant, all the corners can see dusty and cigarette ash. Maybe this is country side ‘s hotel . I strongly recommend the cleaning service should be upgraded"

"낡았지만 깔끔한 편이고 매일 침구류 정리해주고 청소해주고 물2병씩 주고 좋았어요. 세탁실은 작지만 6층에 있고 무료사용이고 , 각층마다 비상구쪽에 베란다가 있는데 빨래 널 수 있도록 되어 있어서 좋아요. 또한 숙소 앞은 작은 실내야시장이 있고 시내라 걸어서 5분만 나오면 주위 상가가 많아서 편리합니다."

"The hotel is located in the center of the county, with shopping malls and supermarkets, convenient for eating and shopping. The room was very clean, the waiter was warm and the facilities were complete. It is very convenient to go to the nearby ancient villages. Breakfast is plentiful. The only downside is that the room smells a bit smokey and must be ventilated by opening the window."

"I originally thought it was old and dirty, but it was not. The triple room was spacious, the bedding was clean, not as old as I thought, it was really good. Parking was also very convenient. The breakfast was just okay, the gourd was tasteless, and it would be better if there were more varieties. It was better than the Tianwaitian where I stayed last year."

"During my month-long trip through Fujian, Guangdong, and Jiangxi, I still don't know how I managed to find this hidden gem of a village. The guesthouse has a fantastic location, right next to a stream, where the sound of flowing water is incredibly soothing. The soundproofing is also excellent; with the doors and windows closed at night, there's absolutely no noise. For those planning a road trip, this is the place to go without hesitation. Just a two- or three-minute walk away is their own huge parking lot, large enough to accommodate almost every car. We brought two cars—one a campervan and three cars—and the campervan parked easily, so no worries about getting to the parking lot. The owners are incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, telling you about food, activities, nearby villages, and attractions. They even help with luggage, being very hospitable and attentive. The room is fully equipped. It's a bit chilly in December, but the air conditioning is excellent, making for a comfortable night's sleep. Another great feature is the hot water in the shower; unlike some guesthouses where the hot water is insufficient or fluctuates, the water flow is strong and the temperature is consistent. The linens, bedding, and toiletries in the room were all branded – high-quality stuff! After a long day of sightseeing, a relaxing shower, lying in bed playing on my phone, and listening to the sound of the stream was pure bliss, like being in paradise. The guesthouse doesn't provide breakfast, but that's not a big deal since it's located in the heart of the village, with plenty of food stalls nearby in the mornings. Overall, I was extremely satisfied, and I would definitely choose this guesthouse again if I ever visit Ningde or Longtan Village again."

"This has to be the best B&B in Longtan. The room was spacious and bright, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning, with nothing obstructing it since the house is on a higher elevation. The hostess clearly put a lot of thought into the amenities; even staying in the mountains during winter was comfortable. On my first night, the temperature dropped to 0 degrees, but the room had underfloor heating, the kettle had a keep-warm function, there was a bathtub for soaking, and even the towel rack had a heating function. The shower water was hot enough and had great pressure – truly thoughtful preparation! Considering the overall comfort, location, and facilities, I doubt you'd find another place like it here. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit."

"From Ningde to Xiadi Village by car, I really saw that the homestay was very styled at the beginning! It was raining on the road. It was a bit late in the afternoon. The boss upgraded the two-bedroom suite. The space was quite large. There was a small yard behind. The most prominent thing was that the master bedroom had a balcony facing the stream. The sound of running water was very healing all night! The breakfast boss will do it, coffee and everything are free, and the people are very good. The whole homestay is very original, so it may be better if it is not summer!"
