"Splendid resort with fabulous breadfast and perfect location. The breakfast spread is wide, ranging from the local Taiwan porridge with plenty of delicious side dishes to cooked food, assorted bread and western breakfasts. It's open till 11am daily. Resort is a mere 5 mins walk to xiao wan beach and the night market. For those who don't drive, there is a bus stop outside the resort serving local bus and bus to kaohsiung. Cleanliness is definitely above average and the staffs are always wearing a smile and greets us which definitely makes us feel welcomed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for place to stay in kenting."

"The space is spacious and well-lit. The beds are also very comfortable. I slept on the top bunk, which was very stable. Turning over in the bottom bunk didn't bother me at all. The only downside was the snoring (my own snoring is probably quite loud, haha!). There's only one room, but it's not a big problem. I always get up very early~"

The room type I stayed in has a large bathtub and adjustable air conditioning, which is not a central system. Hot water takes a little while to come on. The location is near the outskirts of Hengchun Township. It's about a 16-minute walk from the 9189 Hengchun Transfer Station. Nearby, about a 10-minute walk away, is Kenting Deerland where you can feed sika deer, capybaras, ponies, and meerkats."

Everything is really good, it’s right beside the sea, balcony has a nice view of the sea, bed was comfortable, shower facilities are really nice with a bathtub and good soap. They even gave drip coffee packets! Really such a steal for the price. 7-11 is right beside so you can get your supper fixes here 😋 Keep in mind their check in timing is by 2100!

SSuzieWe stayed at the 海景三合院特色民宿 Seashoy BnB during the Qingming Festival holiday weekend. The architecture is stunning. The owners contacted me before we traveled to the island, asking if we wanted help booking the ferry and a scooter. They're very helpful people! Once we arrived, they gave us maps showing tourist places of interest, and which beaches are safe for swimming. They can also give advice about restaurants. The location is great, there's a beach within walking distance and a few restaurants and bars. But if you have a scooter/motorbike then it's easy to get around the island from anywhere. I really liked that there is a building with extra showers, sinks and mirrors- and you can wash your swimsuits and towels without having to trek messy sand into your room after a day at the beach. Even though the room was a little small, it was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was OK, you should collect it from the reception early or it'll get cold. When we checked out, we were kindly given traditional Liuqiu cookies and cards with artwork. I know that the price was a bit high because of the holiday weekend demand, but it was definitely worth it for a comfortable and relaxing stay on Liuqiu Island.

SStaycationBearyFrom arrival to departure, the service was excellent. The staff and crew displayed warm hospitality and were attentive to guests' needs. Like many hotels in Taiwan, in-room utilities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. Sunshine Liv partners with a scooter rental shop that delivers and collects the scooter directly at the homestay. The rental price is reasonable at TWD 400 for 24 hours, and there’s no requirement to return the scooter with a full tank. The homestay is also conveniently located, with the nearest night market just a 10-minute scooter ride away. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with stunning ocean views! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The TV offers a wide selection of channels across various genres, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the homestay serves a delightful home-cooked style breakfast. Overall, we highly recommend visiting Kenting, and Sunshine Liv is an excellent choice for accommodation! P.S. Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests, but the parking space is quite narrow, so drivers should proceed with caution.

BBobLiangIf you're looking for a place to truly unwind in Kenting, I highly recommend 35.5. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, and the bed was just the right firmness, ensuring we had excellent sleep every night. I especially loved the minimalist design of the room; it felt very calming and uncluttered. Even though the hotel is right by the main street, the soundproofing was surprisingly effective, completely blocking out the noise from outside. Xiaowan Beach is less than a 5-minute walk away, so we could easily stroll down to the beach in the evening, dip our feet in the water, and then return to the room for a relaxing bath. It was the perfect way to melt away all our stress. A big thank you to the guesthouse owner for providing such a wonderful space, allowing us to recharge before heading home!

GGuest UserChecked into VIP Ocean View Room 505 (Double Room) on January 24th. Three days, two nights. The room was exactly the same as the photos online. Not only beautiful, but the room layout was also excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Sitting on the sofa with the ocean view outside, it was definitely worth it. We booked this room specifically for the carousel, and our child was overjoyed when they saw it. They rode it several times over the past few days. There's a washing machine and dryer on the first floor, very convenient. There were samples of various fried dough twists in the lobby. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional, and they also helped book water activities. When they saw we were taking our child to the beach, they offered to lend us our sand toys – 100 points! A pleasant three-day, two-night trip. Thank you to the guesthouse owner and the front desk staff.

WWenpingThe lady boss was very welcoming and waited for us even though we arrived late. It happened to be a typhoon when we were going there, but we couldn't get a refund on the website, so we had to ask the lady boss, and luckily she was willing to let us change the time. Thank you very much. The location is good. Just walk forward and you will see Nanwan Beach across the street. After getting up early in the morning and having breakfast at the B&B, you can go for a walk on the beach and then go back to the B&B to collect your things and check out. The time is just right~

GGuest UserI arrived before the check-in time, so I was able to check in early, which was a blessing. The location is convenient, as it is close to the bus stop and the night market, and you can get to the beach in about 5 minutes on foot. The room was on the third floor and there were only stairs. The bathroom and toilet are completely separated, so the toilet doesn't get wet. The windows are double-glazed, so you don't have to worry about outside noise.
