"The location was perfect, right in front of Nanwan Beach and the bus stop.
It's a great location for a leisurely stroll by the sea, but if you're looking to get to and from Hengchun, which has plenty to see, eat, and do, and you need to take a bus, I recommend renting a motorbike.
You absolutely must try the breakfast!!!!!!! It's absolutely delicious!!!!!! The porridge, noodles, and banh mi are all delicious!!!! Definitely try the breakfast. I'll definitely be back for more.
The hotel is cute and pretty, and the cats in the alley in front were adorable. Anyway, definitely try the breakfast."

"This hotel is located in Kenting's Little Bay, just across the road from Little Bay Beach, and the bus stop is also very close by. The hotel's breakfast spread is fantastic, and the seafood buffet for dinner offers great value for money. The best part is that the restaurant has a window overlooking the ocean (Picture 1), adding a wonderful ambiance to dinner. The hotel's garden is a lovely spot to relax (Picture 2). The swimming pool in the garden was under maintenance, so to compensate guests, the hotel organized some fun activities, like a night crab-hunting trip on the beach. We scared all the crabs away, and only a bunch of hermit crabs (Picture 3) stayed to play with us! ☺️"

"This was our second time staying at the Amada, a two-night stay in a quad room. I really love the ambiance and the landscaping here. This time, I specifically brought my eldest child to celebrate her birthday, and I want to thank the staff for the thoughtful decorations; the room was filled with balloons as soon as we walked in! 🎈
You could really feel how happy my child was 🥳. Every time we returned to the hotel, as soon as we entered the lobby, my daughter would exclaim, 'I'm home! ❤️'

The room type I stayed in has a large bathtub and adjustable air conditioning, which is not a central system. Hot water takes a little while to come on.
The location is near the outskirts of Hengchun Township. It's about a 16-minute walk from the 9189 Hengchun Transfer Station.
Nearby, about a 10-minute walk away, is Kenting Deerland where you can feed sika deer, capybaras, ponies, and meerkats."

We were met by a friendly person upon arrival at the pier, which was very convenient for those with luggage. The shop also offers a wide range of services (diving, motorcycle and bicycle rentals 🚴, scuba diving 🤿, SUP, kayaking 🛶, and more). The service was excellent. The location is close to the DIY shop where the lady does her crafts, so you can walk there (remember to call her). Sometimes the shop is closed. There's no elevator 🛗, but the stairs are quite comfortable 😌.
More positives than negatives 👌
The negatives were that the boys in the next dorm were a bit noisy (but I still managed to sleep well).
I enjoyed the snorkeling 💕; the water is quite deep.

SSuzieWe stayed at the 海景三合院特色民宿 Seashoy BnB during the Qingming Festival holiday weekend. The architecture is stunning.
The owners contacted me before we traveled to the island, asking if we wanted help booking the ferry and a scooter. They're very helpful people! Once we arrived, they gave us maps showing tourist places of interest, and which beaches are safe for swimming.
They can also give advice about restaurants. The location is great, there's a beach within walking distance and a few restaurants and bars. But if you have a scooter/motorbike then it's easy to get around the island from anywhere.
I really liked that there is a building with extra showers, sinks and mirrors- and you can wash your swimsuits and towels without having to trek messy sand into your room after a day at the beach.
Even though the room was a little small, it was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was OK, you should collect it from the reception early or it'll get cold.
When we checked out, we were kindly given traditional Liuqiu cookies and cards with artwork.
I know that the price was a bit high because of the holiday weekend demand, but it was definitely worth it for a comfortable and relaxing stay on Liuqiu Island.

GGuest UserVery Clean. Conveniently located. Right next to an ebike rental shop. It is very good in my opinion. I would certainly stay there again.
The only point to be noted is that the check-in time is pretty late, and there is no reception open all the time. Thankfully I was able to call the hotel and speak mandarin to get the code to the hotel and also check-in earlier.

WWenpingThe lady boss was very welcoming and waited for us even though we arrived late.
It happened to be a typhoon when we were going there, but we couldn't get a refund on the website, so we had to ask the lady boss, and luckily she was willing to let us change the time.
Thank you very much. The location is good. Just walk forward and you will see Nanwan Beach across the street. After getting up early in the morning and having breakfast at the B&B, you can go for a walk on the beach and then go back to the B&B to collect your things and check out. The time is just right~

AAnnaTsangStayed at Secretpath Bed and Breakfast and had a great experience. The location is convenient and easy to get around. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The public area is cozy and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. They also offer free laundry facilities, with the dryer costing only 30 TWD, which is super convenient for travelers. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay.

GGuest UserI arrived before the check-in time, so I was able to check in early, which was a blessing.
The location is convenient, as it is close to the bus stop and the night market, and you can get to the beach in about 5 minutes on foot. The room was on the third floor and there were only stairs. The bathroom and toilet are completely separated, so the toilet doesn't get wet. The windows are double-glazed, so you don't have to worry about outside noise.

江江正喜On the way to Kenting, I thought I'd see some really high-end hotels. I'd heard they didn't offer online booking before, but now they do, which is great for families with kids. I thought weekdays were fine, but because of traffic, I booked online. Comparing prices, $3009 for two people on weekdays was acceptable, that's typical for domestic travel. I probably wouldn't book on weekends. The room was okay, a bit dated. What surprised me was the price in Kenting – less than 1000 RMB on weekdays, but $3330 on weekends! It made me want to swear. The only downside was the lack of indoor slippers. The maintenance was okay, though. I often pass by, but I've never dared to stay because the price is outrageous. The room should have at least four pillows. I think they should keep the indoor slippers; they're not disposable, it makes a difference to the guests' experience. There are many other reviews, so I'll just list them all and see what I think! I didn't have breakfast, got up early to head back!

GGuest UserThis stay included an upgrade to a Chocolate Room. The front desk and other staff at the resort were generally very friendly and welcoming. I suspect that due to a higher number of guests this time or a lack of staff for a while, breakfast was extended to the second-floor restaurant on Sunday. Guests dining after 8 am had to wait a bit. However, the most concerning experience was my dinner on Saturday evening. I'm unsure if it was due to uneven staff allocation or a lack of support measures, but it seems there were many more guests not on the reservation list. While there wasn't a shortage of front-of-house staff, I don't understand why one person at the counter had to run around so much. Shouldn't there be at least two people on duty at the counter to seat guests? Waiting for a table for dinner took over 15 minutes. Each group of guests just stood at the door waiting, with piles of empty tables. There were no walkie-talkies in the kitchen or back, and the flow of people and guests was chaotic. As for the dinner buffet, I don't think it's worth the resort's price. Think twice before eating at the resort's buffet; the selection wasn't very diverse, and the barbecue wasn't as good as expected. The white shrimp was fresh, though. I hope senior management sees this feedback. The duplex room was incredibly stuffy and had a damp smell when we first checked in. We recommend setting the air conditioner to dehumidify to remove the smell and cool it down faster. The bathroom had plenty of water, but the temperature control was inconsistent depending on the number of guests and the time of day. The elevator was very slow, and the layout of the basement wasn't great. The water facilities were maintained daily, and there were shows to enjoy in the evenings. Overall, it was a pretty good hotel for its age.
