"Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located, just an 8-minute walk from the train station. The room was nice, with a large and comfortable bed, and very little noise, which made for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom trash can was a bit too small, but otherwise, everything was great."

"The billing method is so strange 🤔. I had to pay a 6,000 yuan deposit, and then upon arrival, they charged my credit card. 😔 I came all this way 🥺, so where did the refund go? 😞 I've never seen this kind of pricing method before. 😓 The staff were very friendly and welcoming ❤️🔥"

"Stayed in 2 different rooms. The 1st day room was awful on 9th floor. The bed was super hard like spring mattress with no give especially when sleeping sideways. The bathroom was old and dirty bathtub and the carpet was icky. Asked for a room change as I can't stand the room and I'm a pretty tolerant person. Luckily they offered 7th floor room, much better and probably newer with electronic card key, fresher cleaner bathroom and comfier bed. The 2 rooms has the same room size."

"A great place to relax with the kids, and parents can relax too. The game room staff explain the rules clearly...very good, very reassuring! The rooftop family plaza, fishing, and train facilities are all very friendly. The pool has a beautiful night view! The front desk service at the first-floor lobby is also excellent."

"The location is super convenient, just a 2-minute walk across the road from Tainan Station. It's also close to many historical sites like Chihkan Tower, Koxinga's Shrine, Grand Matsu Temple, and more, all within walking distance. It's also easy to travel to surrounding cities and counties from here. The hotel has 7 floors, so it's not too big, which makes it pretty quiet. The windows can be opened for ventilation. At 10 PM, the front desk offers complimentary small pastries, which are worth trying."

"An enjoyable stay whilst exploring Tainan, which is a chilled out city. Room is spacious for solo traveller but a bit on the cosy side fir a couple especially as the bed is tucked against the wall. Breakfast spread was good with quality food provided. I especially enjoy the yoghurt with cranberry sauce. Love the Japanese toilet with the warm up seat."

"For Tainan, this place offers great value for money. It has a sauna, pool, gym, and a super central location. If you have a reason to visit Tainan, this is a good option. The service attitude is better than other hotels in Tainan in the same price range, perhaps due to cultural influence; they are especially attentive to Japanese guests, which is fine."

"During my stay, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel's location, surroundings, and in-house services. Overall, I had a pleasant time. First and foremost, the hotel's excellent location is noteworthy. A river flows right next to the building, and the pleasant breeze blowing across the water in the mornings and evenings allowed me to feel the presence of nature even while in the city. Simply strolling along the river gave me the sense of freedom that only a travel destination can offer, and it was a refreshing way to start my day. The hotel's bicycle rental service was another particularly memorable feature of my stay. It allowed me to easily visit places a little further from the city center, significantly expanding my range of activities. During my stay, I cycled to nearby tourist attractions, cafes, and quiet residential areas, experiencing the everyday atmosphere of the area. Being able to easily visit places that were a little farther away on foot and explore the city at my own pace was extremely pleasant and enhanced the enjoyment of my trip. The breakfast also far exceeded my expectations. The buffet offered a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, and each one was carefully prepared. There was a wide variety of fresh vegetables, hot dishes, bread, and desserts, so there was enough variety to keep you from getting bored even if you stayed for several nights. The dishes made with local ingredients were particularly delicious, allowing you to experience the unique flavors of the region and feel a little luxurious from the morning. As mentioned above, the hotel's location, the convenience of bicycle rentals, and the high-quality breakfast all combined to make this stay extremely satisfying. I feel that this is an inn that I can confidently recommend not only to tourists, but also to those who want to spend some relaxing time. I would definitely like to visit again if I have the opportunity."

"We booked an entire floor for five people. The service was incredibly thoughtful; they even provided a handmade map detailing local sights and delicious food spots. The bathtub offered a great experience. While each room had a TV, screen mirroring from a phone wasn't possible."
