"This hotel doesn't offer butler service, and the breakfast was unappetizing; I ended up filling up on noodles. However, the lunch restaurant had good food. During the Chinese New Year, it was very crowded. When I arrived in the afternoon, the hot spring pools looked a bit dirty, and I'm not sure if they clean them daily. The next day, I just swam in the heated pool, which was quite comfortable. I wish the suite didn't have bunk beds; it's inconvenient with elderly guests and children, and there was only one large bed. This hotel is really just a stopover, not worth making a special trip for. On the plus side, prices here are very cheap. If you don't mind not having a sea view, it could be a decent place for a vacation, especially considering the great value during Chinese New Year."

"So far on my trip to Hainan, I've stayed in four different hotels, ranging from budget-friendly to luxury five-star. My stay at Atour has been the most satisfying. Atour just opened less than two months ago, so everything is brand new, yet there's no hint of a renovation smell. The room's amenities and facilities are incredibly convenient and user-friendly, and the service attitude is wonderfully comforting and satisfying. It really feels like Atour's management genuinely understands customer needs and strives to provide service that meets, or even exceeds, expectations. If I had to suggest an improvement, I'd recommend upgrading the toilet seats from the current semi-automatic heating and flushing models to fully automatic smart toilet seats that offer washing and cleaning functions. Quality brands like Panasonic offer these for under a thousand yuan. Smart toilet seats are quite common in many Chinese households now and are a significant consideration for many guests when traveling. Replacing them with fully smart models would be a major upgrade and a key factor for many potential guests."

"As a local, this was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was truly impressed! It's newly renovated, and the rooms are incredibly clean and tidy. The decor is stylish and sophisticated, easily outshining other hotels in the city. I bought a 38 RMB breakfast deal, and it was fantastic – so many local specialties, and even fresh squeezed juice, which you rarely see. The coffee was absolutely delicious, a real highlight! The service staff were very friendly, and the aunties in the lobby were also very polite. If you're coming to Qionghai and want a great place to stay, don't hesitate – it's really worth it!"

"I was in Qionghai on business this time and stumbled upon this newly opened hotel. It's right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. Check-in was super easy; they support digital ID cards, and the front desk lady was quick and efficient, getting me all set up in two or three minutes. She also kindly directed me to the laundry room and water dispenser. The smart room system is fantastic; no need to hunt for switches – I can just call out to turn on the lights or adjust the AC, which is perfect for someone as lazy as me. The Mlily zero-pressure mattress was incredibly comfortable. After a tiring day of accompanying someone, lying on it really helped my whole body relax, and I slept wonderfully. I booked the audio-visual room, and watching movies on the 100-inch screen was amazing. Catching up on shows after a busy evening was such a stress reliever. Plus, they offer complimentary snacks and soft drinks – impeccable attention to detail. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Qionghai!"

It's perfectly located, just a two to three-hundred-meter stroll from the beach, making it ideal for families with kids or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We even caught a stunning fireworks display over the ocean on the eve of the 29th of the ***** month – the whole sky was breathtaking, creating an amazing atmosphere. We originally booked a Family Suite, but the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a two-bedroom ocean view suite, moving us from a low floor to a high one. The ocean view was unbeatable; we could even watch the sunrise from our balcony – absolutely stunning. Despite being an established five-star hotel, it offers excellent value. A two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family of four and much more cost-effective than booking two separate rooms, making it budget-friendly and comfortable. The hotel amenities are also comprehensive: there's a 'naughty castle' (soft play area) suitable for toddlers, a card and chess room, and the outdoor pool downstairs has clean water, perfect for swimming enthusiasts. The room even had a bathtub, which the kids absolutely loved. Overall, it's clean and comfortable, boasts a prime location, and offers attentive service. If you're looking to manage your budget, stay close to the beach, and enjoy a relaxing family vacation with kids, this hotel is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!"
