"Check-in was efficient, invoices were delivered quickly, the lobby was pleasant, room service was fast, the bedding was comfortable, the facilities were complete, the breakfast was excellent, and water was provided upon check-out. Front desk staff Yumi and Liangyu were very helpful, the late-night porridge was delicious, the hotel was clean, the underfloor heating worked well, and the soundproofing was good. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"We called ahead to let the hotel know it was our 5th wedding anniversary and hoped they could decorate the room for us. We were so pleasantly surprised when we entered – red bedding and swans folded from towels really showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. Manager Kuang even gave us a tour of the hotel garden, where we met a cute golden retriever named Zhouzhou! I wasn't dressed appropriately to pet dogs, otherwise I definitely would have played with her. We heard they're planning to build a pet park and organize some parent-child activities soon, which sounds amazing. We hope to see it on our next visit.
Special thanks to Aunt Bian Zhen from housekeeping, Manager Kuang from the front desk, and Pubu Zhaxi from security who helped us with our luggage and parking. These three were truly warm, enthusiastic, and responsible. Experiencing such excellent service in the highlands was even better than the St. Regis in Lhasa! Oh, and Miss Baima from the Liao Bar was also very lovely! We had an unforgettable anniversary."

"The hotel service was excellent, and the rooms were great. They looked newly renovated. This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely recommend it to other friends. The reception staff were different on both occasions, but their attitude towards me was the same – they were all very pretty and gentle. The young ladies were all very pretty. I mentioned it was dry, and they even gave me two extra bottles of water, which was very thoughtful. The security guard also helped me park; I just gave him the key and didn't have to worry about anything. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much everyone!"

"I highly recommend this hotel for a day trip to Shigatse, it's not far from the railway station.
1. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the train station, which was perfect as I had a Mount Everest tour the next day. It was very convenient to have the hotel's business car take me to the station, just arrange it with the front desk.
2. On the day of arrival, they provided complimentary snacks and dinner vouchers. After visiting Tashilhunpo Monastery in the afternoon, I didn't want to go out, so I just had a bowl of noodles at the hotel.
3. Before checking out today, the front desk lady even gave me a small gift: an eye mask, hand cream, ginger tea, and wet wipes. Since I was on my period today, these came in handy. They're all essential travel items.
4. The room was great, very clean. I asked for two extra bottles of water at night, and they were brought over immediately."

"This time I stayed at Home Inn Select Hotel, the overall experience is very satisfactory and highly recommended! The hotel is conveniently located, convenient to travel, and the surrounding facilities are complete. "Highly recommend! This is the best among the top-rated hotels I've stayed at twice in Shigatse. The room is spacious and clean, the front desk service is excellent, and the breakfast is especially delicious with a great variety of dishes. Initially, because it was the off-season, the front desk offered room service, but as more guests checked in, it switched to a buffet. The welcome fruit was also very fresh. I'm honestly curious why this place doesn't have a higher rating; it should be the best in Shigatse. Seriously, I really, really recommend it. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel room, so here are two photos from my trip, just to show I'm not a robot."

Oooo._.0oo0Love the overall vibe of this place (I upgraded my room to Mountain View later on and it’s so good). There is also some sound-proof mechanism in the room and I was able to sleep so well ! (much better than when I was in Lhasa despite the increase in altitude). I was able to have great sleep and naps that prepped me very well for the day’s exploration and hiking.
非常喜欢民宿和房间的整体氛围（后来我升级到了山景房，太棒了）。房墙里还有一些隔音装置，加上这边都是山包围着的；很感谢能让我在海拔高的地方睡得这么好（比两天前在拉萨时好多了）。睡得好，自然进入很好的状态，上山徒步起来很舒服。
Now I know when I visit here again, there is a very comfortable place to stay (am planning to invite friends from Singapore over next year ::) Huge kudos to Mr Doje for bringing this place into existence in the Himalayas and organizing stargazing event every night. The night sky. What a wonder. I’m grateful to be here.

The hotel's underfloor heating system transformed the cold highland nights into a cozy spring, and the smart oxygen supply equipment in every room was an absolute lifesaver – just a few minutes of oxygen when I had a headache made a significant difference.
From the front desk staff patiently explaining how to use the oxygen equipment to the easily accessible oxygen ports right by the bed, every detail showed thoughtful care for guests at high altitudes. Waking up to a golden snow-capped peak right outside the window and being greeted with warm tea upon returning in the evening – the balance between 'embracing the wilderness and ensuring safety' was perfectly struck.
Whether you're preparing for a trek or recovering after a climb, this is the ideal sanctuary. The blend of professionalism and genuine care made me feel the most solid and warm support in a place so close to the sky. I highly recommend it to every Everest traveler; it truly is the most reliable 'home' at over 4000 meters above sea level.

I have to give a huge thumbs up to the Gyirong Chomo Langzong Hotel! I didn't have high expectations for a high-altitude stay, but I was blown away the moment I walked in—a rich ******* style blended with modern design. The lobby was filled with a faint scent of ******* incense, instantly soothing the fatigue from the bumpy ride.
· Before I could even speak as I got off the car, a young man with a super-smiling smile came trotting over to take my luggage (I later learned it was Xiao Rui!)
· They proactively upgraded our room upon check-in, and upon entering the room, we were served hot soy milk and fruit.
· The recommended, non-influenced viewpoint was absolutely amazing! I captured the full view of Jinshan Mountain in the sun!
I'll definitely be booking this hotel next time I'm in Tibet!

GGuest UserThe service is great. Saga, a plateau town, makes me feel like I'm back in Fujian. It's lively. I didn't have any altitude sickness on the way up. I relaxed my vigilance and woke up in the middle of the night with a splitting headache. Brothers, altitude sickness at 4,500 meters is no joke. You should be well prepared when taking the 219 Xinjiang-Tibet Line. You will go to Gang Rinpoche, Shiquanhe, Ritu, Duoma Township, Pamir Plateau, Hongtu, Qitai, and all the way to over 4,000 meters. Take it easy.

**Pros:** The room was clean. The bathroom had a thoughtful touch: a towel/clothes rail positioned well away from the shower, preventing splashes. Disposable toilet seat covers were provided, and the disposable slippers were thick and comfortable. The bed itself was very comfortable.
**Cons:**
I might be mistaken, but I thought double rooms usually come with two disposable combs; we only had one.
The noise was a significant issue. If you're assigned a street-facing room, I strongly advise closing the window immediately upon arrival to gauge the sound level. If it's unbearable, request a room change without delay. I only closed the window when I went to bed, only to find it offered virtually no soundproofing. I had hoped the noise would lessen later at night when traffic decreased, but it was to no avail. (I've attached a video taken in the morning; if you turn the volume up to 90%, that's roughly the noise level you'll hear from the bed.)
The room's layout seemed to place our bed's headboard directly against the adjacent room's headboard. This meant that in the morning, not only was I woken up early by outside traffic noise, but there was also another distinct sound. At first, I thought I was imagining things, but after listening closely, I realized it was snoring from the next room. This snoring was faint, blending with the street noise, so much so that my phone could barely pick it up, yet I could distinctly hear it.

__yt18575****Definitely the best hotel in Nyalam. It's conveniently located right next to the county government building and has a parking lot with direct elevator access to the lobby. The rooms are clean, feature floor heating, a bathroom with wet/dry separation, and a standalone sink.
However, the design and layout felt a bit impractical. Despite the spacious rooms, there isn't a proper desk or table to put things on. While the bathroom isn't small, the toilet is awkwardly squeezed into a corner, which would be very uncomfortable for taller or larger individuals, as you even have to push the shower's glass door outwards to make room. Additionally, there's no heater in the bathroom, and the hot water wasn't quite hot enough. The sink height is also awkwardly positioned, making it very inconvenient for anyone under 1.6 meters tall.
Furthermore, I suggest the hotel improve its parking lot management. While there are plenty of spaces, some inconsiderate drivers, purely for their own convenience, park directly in the driveways, blocking properly parked cars from exiting.
