"The rooms smell with cigerate, changed to level 13 non smoking floor. But still got people smoking ib the common corridor, lifts, and reception area. A bit ness with outsider patronising the SPA at the sane building. It is converted from a residential apartment to a new hotel. And our room is directly underneath Breakfast area, so very noisy from 630am, chairs dracking waking up us in the morning. The noise proofing failed to sealed the car horning from the street. The staff are friendly, washing facilities are great. I will not return to the sane hitel b"

"I went home to have something to do at home during the Spring Festival New Year. I went to several hotels and stayed in Vienna for 4 nights. It was a satisfactory place to live during the Spring Festival. Because it was newly opened, the decoration was relatively refreshing, there were robots to deliver food, and the service attitude was very good. There is free water on the first floor, fruit can be taken, and rubber bands. Emergency items such as blindfolds. Overall it feels pretty good."

Today I had elm seed cakes, which felt very homey. The receptionist was a friendly and approachable young woman; she was patient and gentle. I liked the decor. For this county town, it was a very cost-effective hotel, quite affordable. I would recommend it. I also highly recommend trying the famous mutton soup nearby; it's very well-known locally!"

Guest UserThis hotel is particularly reliable on this business trip. The location is very convenient, not far from the place of work, just a few minutes by taxi. Check-in and check-out are very neat, and the front desk attitude is also very good. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, just to relieve the fatigue of the day. High-speed WiFi is very stable, and overtime processing files is not stuck at all. The overall price is very high, I will choose this one next time I travel.

The air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
