"The room was a normal size, a light luxury option at 30+ square meters, but it didn't feel spacious. It had a smart toilet. The front desk offered a free upgrade, but the fourth floor was fully booked. Overall, the stay was not a good experience.
The pool had children's swimming lessons on weekends, so it was crowded in the afternoon. There were no lockers, towels, or toiletries. Considering it was a vacation, it was fine; it wasn't exactly a resort hotel.
The most unbearable thing was the lack of hot water for showering in the evening. While the tub was running hot, the showerhead wasn't. Once the tub was half full, the showerhead ran out of hot water. Fortunately, I didn't apply shampoo to my hair.
The next morning, I asked the front desk to change the towels. Normally, both the bath towels and the bath towels would be changed. Upon returning to the room, they only changed the bath towels. The other damp bath towels were left untouched.
The breakfast at a four-star hotel was inferior to that of a similarly priced budget chain hotel. For a 400 yuan per night hotel in Shangluo, there were no snacks, only a small amount of fruit, and no milk or bread. I was satisfied with the fried rice. There was a special hot and sour noodle dish, but it was average."

To my surprise, Emma at the front desk was incredibly sweet and cheerful throughout. She even thoughtfully recommended some great local restaurants, which were more helpful than my own research. Later that evening, when I needed to borrow a charger, she quickly arranged for one to be sent up to my room with such patience. I even bumped into her on the first floor, and she smiled and asked if I was settling in well. This kind of genuine, friendly attentiveness really warmed my heart and completely turned my mood around. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

Although the hotel provided an air-conditioning fan, it did not bring any coolness. I gave feedback to the front desk, but after some communication, I learned that the air conditioning was not a facility that the hotel could control independently. This involves the hotel's infrastructure setting, so as a guest, I can only accept the bill, because your air conditioning control reasons or my ”demand” is unreasonable? As an independently operated hotel, adjusting the air conditioning should be one of its basic functions, not a personalized demand. I spent 700 yuan to stay in the hotel for one night, but I didn't even have the right to enjoy the cold air of the air conditioner. I have been planting grass on the west slope for a while. It is located in the Qinling Mountains, deep in the mountains, and has a full sense of nature. However, there will be more insects in the mountains at night, so people who are afraid of insects should prepare in advance. It’s okay for us, it can be considered as integrating into nature, haha.
The room was basically clean and the air conditioning was good, but the wifi would occasionally disconnect at night for some reason.
The decoration and surrounding environment of the homestay are very suitable for taking photos and gatherings. There are tables and pavilions in the middle of the courtyard. You can bring your own food. I saw some people bring hot pot and barbecue, which is very good! You can also watch the stars at night!
I would also like to praise the housekeeper Xiao Xu, who replies to messages very quickly and has a good sense of service! I plan to stay here with my friends next time. It's great to be away from the city and close to nature.

Environment: The hotel's setting is truly remarkable. Nestled against a hillside, it's located within a tourist resort area. Midway up the mountain, there's a winery and a library to explore. Opening the balcony door in the morning, listening to the birds singing and breathing in the fresh air was truly relaxing. I took my children for a stroll around the hotel both morning and evening, which was truly enjoyable.
Service: Both the front desk staff and the floor attendants were very welcoming. I'd definitely stay at Jinshan again if I had the chance.
A 187ml bottle of Anseman red wine: We received two small bottles, which my husband and I finished that evening. It was slightly sweet and had a relatively smooth flavor. It was quite good. 👍🏻
