Crowne Plaza SHANGLUO by IHG
9.5 (814 reviews)

Crowne Plaza SHANGLUO by IHG ★★★★★

📍 50 meters from the southwest corner of the intersection of Shangzhou West Road and Shangyang Avenue, Shangzhou District, Shangluo

"This new hotel has excellent facilities. It's right next to Danjiang Park, and an evening stroll along the river is incredibly relaxing. The hotel pool was a hit with the kids, who swam for an hour every day – super convenient. Shangluo is a slow-paced city, perfect for city dwellers looking to unwind for a couple of quiet days. Highly recommended!"

"Before I checked in, I received the butler's intimate route weather service, and I felt that someone was waiting for us to go home. , Going wild on the mountainside, it takes a little time to drive in, but the whole area is quiet and beautiful, very comfortable. , Entering the yard is a completely safe and comfortable environment, a huge and rich children's play area, my four-year-old child is simply not in love, there are two bunnies reunion, the child is so happy. , The room was upgraded by the ladies and sisters. I was really surprised when I entered the door. The left and right two rooms are combined with the small living room in the middle. It is simply too cool! And the most amazing is the TV, rich in content and free, and you can also cast your own resources on the screen. It is very happy to watch a movie on the sofa of a family of three. , There is also the bathroom, rain and bathtub arrangement is really comfortable! , There is a sweet soup delivered to the room before going to bed at night. Here I want to especially praise Xiao Zhou and Mingyue. These two cute little ones are really good, gentle and caring, like family, we have had a very happy two days! Don't worry about bringing children, it will be full of surprises!"

Homeinn Selected Hotel （Shangluo Municipal Government Qinyun Education City)) ★★★

📍 No. 7, Qinyun Education City, Shangzhou West Road, Shangzhou District, Shangluo

"I recently stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. I wrote this review to share it with you. First of all, the hotel's front desk staff welcomed me very warmly. The three of us stayed in two rooms, and specially arranged two rooms next door for us, and arranged them in a quieter location according to our requirements. In the hotel's elevator, you have to swipe your card to reach the corresponding floor. This design greatly improves the safety of your stay and is worth promoting. The hotel is located in the New District of Shangluo City. You can overlook the night view of Danjiang from the room. The hotel is less than 20 minutes' walk from the Shangzhou Night Market. We drove off the highway and could reach the hotel in less than 5 minutes. The location is very advantageous. Because we had a meeting in the morning, we asked the front desk to provide a wake-up call service. The front desk woke us up on time the next morning. The hotel's restaurant is also a highlight. The traditional Chinese breakfast and pastries, as well as coffee, milk, and soy milk are all very good. Fresh and delicious, just like a home restaurant yyds. After the meeting, I returned to the hotel and used the hotel's laundry room. The washing and drying machine and ironing machine were very convenient and easy to use. There was also a TV in the laundry room, and I watched a hearty football match with my colleagues. After lunch, I went back to the hotel to rest. After closing the curtains, the strong sunlight disappeared in an instant, leaving only a quiet and cool lunch break space. The bedding is very comfortable and the room layout is very tasteful and nice! All in all, this hotel gives me a great feeling. I will definitely choose it for future business trips."

"The matter was not settled well, so I stayed again. The only thing I complained about was the breakfast. After outsourcing, the quality has obviously declined. It is not up to the standard of a four-star hotel. If it doesn't improve, I will change to other hotels and not reserve this one. Complaints aside, give it a five-star rating."

Crowne Plaza SHANGLUO by IHG ★★★★★
"Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and they patiently answered all my questions about local attractions. The room size was decent, with a smart toilet, Bluetooth speaker, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Parking is available right in front of the hotel or in the underground garage; guests can scan a QR code for free parking, which is super convenient. Breakfast was alright, and there's a small play area for kids, which was a lifesaver for me as a parent."

"Hotel Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped with all the necessary basic facilities; the quality of a new hotel is quite good. Cleanliness: The hotel was generally very clean. I stayed one night and didn't want to move, so I extended my stay. I would definitely come back next time. Environment: There's a plaza and a musical fountain nearby; those interested can check it out. Service: Check-in and check-out were handled very well; communication was smooth, and any problems were resolved promptly. Parking is free and right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient."

"Although it is a new store, no matter the hardware facilities, environmental sanitation from the overall to the details of the room, and the warm service of the little sister and brother, it is really a very good stay experience. Originally, it was a birthday to relax and play, thinking that this place must not have cakes, thinking about forgetting, I didn't expect the store to still put the beautiful pink mousse cake in front of me in the heavy rain, really was a surprise, a hard poke in my heart. Superb shop, will definitely come back in the future."

Shangluo Old Beijing Hotel ★★
"The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I made the reservation, they were told to provide free parking spaces. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, the front desk said that the free parking spaces were the parking spaces painted by the municipal government on the roadside. There were no free parking spaces at all. I parked and posted a sign outside the parking space. After I checked in, I found that the parking space was free. There was a musty smell, the wall coverings were torn, and the pillows were yellow. I thought I would just stay for one night and endured it. After checking out, I went to the front desk to get some water. Because my baby was young and needed something hot, I thought I would stay in the hotel and it would be no problem to get some water. However, the woman at the front desk refused to let me get the water, saying that they bought the water themselves. , I really want to curse. I advise everyone not to live in old Beijing, which is a world away from the same building as Hanting. Don't be tempted by free parking spaces and save dozens of dollars."
