"Clean, hygienic, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The room itself was very spacious and bright. Downstairs, there's the TV Tower Night Market, and it's super close to many attractions, making getting around very convenient. The room felt cozy, spacious, and bright, with newer facilities that weren't old or outdated. Definitely recommend! There's also a parking lot nearby (P.S. it's a paid parking lot, but very convenient). With so many people in the summer, I was worried about finding parking, and we arrived quite late, but it was great – we parked right away. I had communicated with the host in advance, and they sent the parking location directly. After parking, it was just a short walk, as shown in their video. Check-in was smooth, and I'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommend!!!"

Main downside is the room is tiny and with tiny windows... So for short term stay it might be good for a couple of days... "The room's cleanliness was genuinely subpar. There were some small dirty bits on the sheets. I'm a guy, and after lying on the bed for a bit, I found long hairs on it. That's really unacceptable; the hygiene is truly lacking. I won't attach photos, but it definitely needs a good cleaning. The location is excellent, right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, and the price is very affordable. However, at the very least, it needs to be clean. Other facilities don't really matter that much to me; the most important thing is for it to be clean and tidy. Otherwise, it just feels unsettling all day."

It was hot, and there was a shower and everything else I needed – very complete. There were many restaurants nearby, offering various local snacks. Getting around was very convenient, and it was very close to the subway. The room even had central air conditioning. I didn't expect such a cheap room to be so good. I brought my child here for a trip, and booked the room on a whim. I was surprised by how clean and good it was for the price. I was also thinking about the proximity to the station. We got off the train late and were tired, so we decided to rest nearby. I was surprised that it even had a shower and everything else I needed. After dropping off our things at the hotel, we decided to go out for something to eat. We were unfamiliar with the area… The owner was very kind and recommended some local snacks... After eating, we started our trip the next day... The owner recommended a route... I felt the warmth of the people of Shenyang... The kids had a great time... We ate their specialty chicken frames... and then Lao Siji pulled noodles... We took the kids to the zoo... They saw many animals they'd never seen before... Although we were tired, we were very happy... We also went to the Forbidden City... and the Strange Slope... and many other places... I'll definitely come back to Shenyang next time... and stay at their place again... The owner is so incredibly welcoming... We got thousands of yuan worth of service for just a few dozen yuan... This beautiful owner is truly kind and kind... I was worried the kids wouldn't be used to staying away from home... It was the first time I'd taken them so far... But the kids were really happy... It was a truly enjoyable trip."

"The hotel is tucked away in a rather inconspicuous residential area, but it's very close to the city center. The actual environment looks exactly like the photos online; it's very beautiful and cozy overall. I just wanted to mention that the air conditioning and fan are mainly in the living room area, so the airflow in the bedroom is a bit weaker. However, the overall check-in experience was still great. The young man at the front desk was very gentle and thoughtful. We checked in quite late at night, and he even kindly recommended some specialty Northeast Chinese restaurants to us, which was fantastic!"

"Although small, the hotel is fully equipped. Located in a provincial capital like Shenyang with a great location, my room even had a window, electric blanket, private bathroom, and shower. For the price, it's incredibly good value. Of course, the facilities and bedding are a bit old; it's like a cheap little hotel, so don't expect too much. But it's really good in every aspect. There's even a shelf selling drinks, snacks, and instant noodles inside, and the internet speed is fast. Note that sometimes the front desk is unavailable, so it's recommended to call the owner in advance. The owner usually calls ahead, but I think I didn't notice and got hung up on as a nuisance call 😂. The hotel isn't on the main street; the location is slightly off. It's actually on the side of the residential complex behind the building, but you can get there by entering from the southwest side of the complex and climbing to the third floor. As for other guests, it was very quiet during my two-night stay, and because it's not on the main street, I slept quite well."

The 5th-floor terrace offers a distant view of the Forbidden City and overlooks Middle Street. If you're driving, contact the hotel in advance for free parking. The room is clean and tidy, with a smart toilet and a separate wet/dry bathroom. There's even a robot for delivery service. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. A must-choose for any traveler!

Overall, it's pretty much like the pictures, just not quite as spacious as it appears. The location is super convenient; the subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a night market right downstairs, so food is easily accessible. The soundproofing from the windows is excellent, not noisy at all. The room also has a great, open view. The only downside is that showering isn't very convenient, as the hot water only lasts for about ten minutes or so. Apparently, all the water heaters in these apartments are like that, which is fine for a quick rinse in the summer. The furniture and facilities are a bit dated, and the cleanliness is just okay, but you get what you pay for. The main issue for me was the air freshener in the room; it really bothered me. My rhinitis makes me very sensitive to these kinds of scents, and I couldn't stand it at all. All in all, if you're looking for good value for money, it's a decent option.

Guest UserThe rooms were great and spacious, just like the photos online. I stayed for three nights, and each room was beautiful and well-designed. The amenities were complete, not cheap at all, and the facilities were all there, including a smart toilet, air conditioning, a projector, and a membership card. The mattresses and pillows were also very comfortable, showing that the owner put a lot of thought into it. During my stay, the cleaning service was always available if there were any problems, and the customer service even gave me a bath sponge. For this price, it's incredibly comfortable near Shenyang North Railway Station.

luo_yanThe location is excellent, right in the city center, only about 200m from the subway station, making public transport very convenient. We drove, and while there are many free street parking spaces, they are incredibly difficult to find. Alternatively, there's an underground parking lot in the mall downstairs, which costs 5 yuan per hour with no daily maximum charge.
The hotel was very clean, and the front desk was quick to respond to any requests. However, the bathroom being located upstairs was a bit inconvenient for quick tasks like washing hands or fruit after coming back from outside. Additionally, the bathroom had a noticeable and unpleasant sewage smell.

What is most outstanding is the amount of helps the owner has provided to us during our stay:-
1. On the first day, we misplaced our international plug which means we cannot charge our phone, the owner helped to make purchases on our behalf and the plugs was delivered within an hour.
2. On the last day when we checked out, we dropped a watch when we boarded a taxi, however we only realised after 30 minutes, although we all knew it's very unlikely it will still be near the boarding area, we texted the owner again for help, and albeit skeptical that the watch will still be laying around, he helped to go personally to confirm that no watch is there.
The service we received from this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely come back if we visit Shenyang again!!!

Kane backpackI stayed on floor 29 th. From the room I can see the beautiful view of the road below . Impressive view of Shenyang both in the morning and at night also.
The room has area about 35 square metre approximately.
Spacious room and well decorated beautifully.
I feel comfortable to stay in the room for a long time .
The facility in the room has quality as same as a 4 star hotel.
Very big shopping mall ( new opening in year 2026) is very near on first floor to fifth floor . Subway station is on basement floor or B1 floor ( less than 100 meters )
Jinrong Zhongxin subway station ( Financial center metro station , Line 2 , Exit D )
This is the best location in Shenyang city , but I can pay in budget price ( great value for money ) not expensive
, but convenient and comfortable.
So I wish to stay only here again in the future if I travel Shenyang .
From ShenyangBei ( Shenyang North) railway station I walk about 900 meters to the hotel on building C2 ,floor 29 . But you can come to hotel by subway line 2 ( just one stop only ) from ShenyangBei Zhan station to JinRongZhongXin station . Less than 3 minutes by subway ( only 1 stop )

The location is great, very close to Shenyang Station, which is super convenient for anyone catching a train from there the next day. There are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so the basic amenities are pretty well covered. The room facilities are also quite complete, offering good value for money.

Guest UserThe location was excellent, being right beside the Financial Centre metro station and in walking distance to the ShenYang North railway station.
It is also easy to walk to the one of the biggest morning markets if you just follow the GaoDe Map.
I also walked to the nearest museum as the roads are easy to walk.
Highly recommend this place for the location and the affordable room rate.
There are a lot of restaurants, mini-marts, fruit shops right below the house. There’s also a mall within walking distance. There’s even a small gym nearby if you really can’t do without gym.
There are 3 halal restaurants within 5min walk distance from the apartment.
The room I got was spacious and well designed in my opinion. The pillars are made into a full body mirror which came as a surprise to me. The room got all that I needed for my week-long stay.
The Internet wasn’t stable enough for video calls.
Bring some ear plugs cos the quality of the walls are really thin.
Service from the owner was professional and really prompt. This is critical in this line of business.
This owner’s apartments appear to be much more in demand. (I gave up on another apartment by another owner and came here instead. The other owner in another block was a complete disappointment. That’s why I was happy to have found such a professional owner.)
Overall, can’t ask for more with this apartment at this rate. Definitely beyond my expectation. 👍

Guest UserWhat a surprise, I booked it for one day at first, fearing it would be uncomfortable. I didn't expect the boss and the front desk service to be so good. So I booked another day. The air conditioner in the middle room was broken, so the boss took the initiative to change the room. The cleaning lady was as warm and welcoming as a family member. She took such good care of our family that we felt embarrassed. The hotel is not far from anywhere and has its own parking lot. I had a great time staying in Shenyang this time. Thank you to all the hotel staff and thank you for your service.
