"The service provided by individual service staff at the front desk was very unprofessional and arrogant.
1. In response to the guest's question about incorrect billing information, the front desk gave a wrong answer and issued a wrong bill. This leads to problems for customers in later reimbursement.
2. When asked to provide a corrected receipt, the service staff responded with a very poor attitude.
