Various small items needed for business trips and travel were provided, such as a washing machine, dryer, garment steamer, and a self-service work area. The housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. It was wonderful! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm back. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel has an excellent location with parking, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel lobby is magnificent, the reception staff are warm and welcoming, and the parking attendants are dedicated and helpful in directing parking. The rooms are clean and hygienic, with bright and spotless windows. The bathroom is very spacious, and the bedding is exceptionally clean, especially the mattress, which is just the right firmness for a very comfortable sleep. The staff at the hotel's Chinese restaurant are very hospitable and introduced us to some delicious special dishes. The breakfast was a bit simple, with limited variety and no bread or coffee, which is unusual for a star-rated hotel. Therefore, I would give the service a score of 4 out of 5."

"Real evaluation after a few days of stay. This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in after returning to Suihua. The overall room feels clean and comfortable, the layout is reasonable, and the decoration is simple and generous. The facilities are very new and fully equipped. Refrigerators, kettles, hair dryers and other daily necessities are all available. The mattress, pillows and quilts are very comfortable, clean and hygienic, there is no sense of dampness, it is very relaxing to sleep, and often lie down and don't want to go out. The details in the room are also done very well. The wooden floor is clean and refreshing, and it is very comfortable to step on bare feet. There are fill light lights on both sides of the dressing table mirror, and there is a night light below. The bedside can control the room lights and curtains with one click, and it can be operated while lying on the bed, without getting out of bed. The bathroom is clean and tidy as a whole, equipped with a smart toilet. The shower system is simple to operate, the drainage design is reasonable, the water after the bath will not flow to the floor of the toilet area, and the water will not be everywhere. The staff is warm and courteous, and the room service is timely and thoughtful. The hotel has invested a lot of thought in design and stay experience, and every detail has been carefully considered. It is rare to live in such a thoughtful and considerate hotel in Suihua, and a lot of energy and thought must be invested in design to achieve such an effect. "This time I drove to Bei'an and passed by Suihua halfway. I lived nearby in this newly opened Home Inn. The overall experience of staying was quite satisfactory, the house was fully equipped and the living was particularly comfortable. The hotel has its own parking lot. Parking does not need to find a location everywhere. It is also equipped with a gym and a self-service laundry room. It is too practical to go out. The front desk staff was warm and the room was cleaned. It was really suitable to choose here for travel."

The experience of staying in this hotel is superb! The whole house is intelligent and can also deliver food by robots. The takeaway staff enters the wrong room number. The front desk staff gives the re-send meal. The room service is efficient. If there is something that has not been done, the hotel manager will give free late check-out. When checking out, the staff will also help with the luggage. Breakfast is delicious and awesome!

A hotel with a high cost performance, also presented 4 bath tickets, two big beds are very spacious, but the second floor is quite hot, the air conditioner is barely cooled all day, winter is good, summer is too hot. If you can turn on the air conditioner in advance, it is best to blow the second floor cold. In short, this is the best parent-child hotel I have stayed in this time. [Facilities] The hotel adopts traditional old-fashioned decoration style, although there is no modern design, but the basic facilities are perfect, TV, hot water, WiFi and other facilities can be used normally. It should be noted that the door is locked with a key instead of an electronic lock. The door needs to be locked with a deposit of 10 yuan. Some furniture shows a trace of years but maintenance is acceptable.
[Hygiene] The overall environment is clean and tidy, the bedding towels have been standardized and disinfected, and the bathroom has no obvious stains.
[Location] The biggest advantage is that it is adjacent to the train station, which can be reached in about 12 minutes on foot.

Guest UserThe room was relatively clean, but the first night I stayed in a discounted room on the second basement level. It was very dark, with no sunlight, and the room had a slight odor. I didn't even take off my clothes before going to bed. The second night I was upgraded to a room upstairs with a window and some sunlight. However, after showering that night and going to bed naked, I felt itchy, suspecting the bed wasn't clean. It looked clean, but the areas I couldn't see were unclean; the sheets and duvet cover were shedding lint. Also, drinking water, toilet seat covers, and toilet paper were charged separately, which I don't understand. Toilet paper in the bathroom was free, but it seemed to take a long time to arrive. I stayed for two days, and there seemed to be very few guests, indicating a low occupancy rate. I wouldn't recommend this room for women, children, or people who are very clean. This is a sincere review, and I hope the owner can improve.
