"It's in a great location in the heart of Berlin, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and cafes. The hotel is also very private, but parking is a little inconvenient. You have to park in the nearby German Opera parking lot, which is about a 5-minute walk away."

"The room is very basic, just a cabinet and bed, not table or chairs in room, it quite far away from the city , need transfer 2 to 3 times train to all the surrounding scence."

"Check-in and check-out is on your own, you even have to program the card yourself and there is never anyone behind the counter. Rooms are very nice, with a balcony, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows/cushions and a television with many channels (tho programs are in German or at least dubbed in it). They even give you nice bedroom slippers, a kettle and tea and coffee and there are plenty of sockets to charge your devices in the room. There is a safe, microwave, and small stove to do your cooking with plates, bowls, and cutlery provided. We can even use the laundry facilities (both washing machine and dryer) in the basement and help ourselves to extra towels and tissue boxes if we need to. Location is very near the Alexanderplatz train station (around 5-6 mins walk). Supermarket is also located about 5 mins aways from here, which is huge just bear in mind its closed on Sundays."

"Spent one night at this hotel in their Single Room, it was big enough for me and the bed I believe may be slightly bigger than a standard single bed, either way it was very comfortable. The room was simple but bright and airy, I would make one suggestion and that is it should have a hook for clothes in the shower room. The most outstanding thing about my hotel stay was the service from the reception staff, all the ladies I communicated with were super nice, friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was conveniently located with a taxi stand directly out front making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were also quite pleasant. Unfortunately the room we were placed in had a serious mold issue in the shower. When I asked about it, they switched us to another room, but the showers still had significant marks of black mold in the grout of the tiles. The attached photo is the state of the shower upon check in. This is not up to what I have heard is the standard for Pullman brand and therefore I cannot recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is far from Berlin C. You have to take the U-Bahn almost all the way to the Olympic Stadium. The area is nice with nice restaurants and shopping in the area. One receptionist seemed almost offended that we had gotten the stay so cheap. A man with a small moustache, was offended but otherwise all the staff were friendly. There was a small mini fridge in the room for their mini bar The pool costs 6 euros per person per day to use and it is very small. Breakfast at the hotel was a nice buffet where nothing was missing. Pleasant service. Edeka and REWE are close by, along with Rossmann. And you can eat well in the area at the fast food place, where a pizza costs about 10 euros and a doner 8 euros"

"We stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a great stay overall. We particularly like the extremely friendly and helpful staff, who raise the level of service to a high level. The valet parking was excellent, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and our room was in very good condition. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the breakfast. We would have expected more for a hotel of this category and price range. The hot dishes were unfortunately cold, and the famous currywurst without casing was fried for far too long. The biggest criticism for us, however, was the quality of the baked goods - they were rock hard, even worse on Sunday. The selection of cheese and sausage was also rather boring and not very creative. In addition, breakfast was the same on both days, which is often more varied in comparable hotels. Another point is the chairs in the breakfast room, some of which had very worn or broken leather - a replacement would be desirable. Despite these criticisms, our stay was very pleasant overall. The hotel is really great, and the whole team deserves a lot of praise! We would be happy to come back."

"Everything was perfect. The room was exceptionally laid out, with high-quality design elements, the bed was very comfortable, a little too small for us, the restaurant next door was super good, we ate there twice.
