From its perch atop the International Finance Center, The Ritz-Carlton, Wuhan features 204guest rooms and suites overlooking the Yangtze River and city skyline, alongside four distinguished dining venues, sophisticated event spaces, and a sky-high wellness sanctuary integrating a spa, fitness center and swimming pool. The hotel is around a 45-minute drive from Wuhan Tianhe International Airport, a 20-minute drive from Hankou Railway Station, and a 30-minute drive from Wuhan Railway Station. Situated in thecity's commercial core, the hotel places guests within effortless reach of luxury shopping malls, cultural attractions and vibrant urban leisure destinations. The legendary service of The Ritz-Carltoncurates an immersion into the spirit of Wuhan, from its historic waterways to its landmark skyline.

"Compared to the Ritz-Carlton Nanjing where I've stayed before, my experience at this Wuhan location was a huge disappointment. Overall, I was very let down. Let's start with the positives: The hotel lobby and public areas are grand and beautifully designed, creating a great ambiance. The facade certainly lives up to high-end hotel standards. However, the guest rooms completely fall short of what you'd expect from the brand. The room interiors are ordinary, and the quality feels mediocre. What's even more outrageous is that the shower room fixtures were damaged and faulty. Having stayed in hotels in various cities for years, this is the first time I've encountered damaged bathroom hardware in a high-end luxury brand in China. After discovering the issue, I immediately contacted the front desk. Staff promptly came to fix it, and the process was fine, but the hardware malfunction severely impacted my stay. Paying a premium price for a stay, yet not even being able to guarantee intact basic room facilities, really highlights the urgent need for the hotel to overhaul its routine inspections and room maintenance. I wouldn't recommend this place to friends looking for a high-quality stay."

Hotel near Chuhehan Street/East Lake/Hubei Provincial Museum,Wuhan
East Lake Hotel is located in Wuchang, the urban center of Wuhan, near the Chu River and Han Street. Due to its convenient location, plenty of tourist attractions are located around the hotel, including the Yellow Crane Tower, East Lake and the banks of the Yangtze River, all just 20 minutes away by car. Guests are also just a ten-minute drive away from the Wuchang Railway Station. This Wuhan hotel has been around for more than half a century, but was closed for renovations between 2006 and 2010.Diners can enjoy a meal at the health-focused Zheng Yuan Chinese Restaurant or try food at the Guobin Western Restaurant. The hotel also offers a Taiwanese restaurant and a Western-style bakery.Guests looking to stay active can work out in the hotel gym, challenge a friend to a game of tennis or table tennis as well as cool off in the indoor swimming pool.

"I came here specifically to visit Mao Zedong's former residence with my child. The Donghu Hotel, located within the East Lake Scenic Area, is a self-contained property. Upon arrival, staff inquire about your purpose before allowing vehicle entry, and there's a private road leading in. There's also a parking lot right at the hotel entrance, which made me feel quite secure. The service was attentive; after checking into the Nanshan B-Section Standard Room with a view that I booked, I received a complimentary fruit platter. The room itself was well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel buildings each have their own unique charm, and the lush greenery makes it feel like a forest – a natural oxygen bar. From my room's balcony, I had a view of the greenway and the shimmering lake. It was raining moderately when we arrived, and I'd never seen the lake so turbulent, with waves crashing one after another. There's a dedicated shuttle bus that takes guests to the side entrance of the Hubei Provincial Museum, which is incredibly convenient as it's just a stone's throw away. After exploring the museum, I simply called the front desk, and they sent the shuttle to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel. My only regret is that due to the rain, I couldn't take a walk on the greenway to enjoy the scenery; I only managed a brief glimpse. I'll definitely come back with my child next time to experience the unique landscape again."

"Ramada by Wyndham Tianlu was the only hotel near the college entrance exam site that didn't raise its prices! It truly lives up to its reputation as an old five-star hotel. The service was incredibly thoughtful and personalized. They not only upgraded our room for free but also gave us various snacks and fruits, and a handwritten card. They even put up signs in various places indicating there were exam takers, requesting quiet, and extended our check-out time until 3 PM. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making our stay comfortable. The room was very clean, and housekeeping was prompt. The Chinese restaurant and breakfast were also good, and the prices were reasonable. I'll definitely come back next time!"

Situated in the city's brand-new central business district, Fairmont Wuhan is the landmark of rare refinement. It is the ideal place to explore the city and conducting business. The hotel is with an offering of 318 lavish guest rooms and suites, three distinctive restaurants and one lounge, a total of 2,008 sqm of extraordinary meeting & conference space, and the award-winning Fairmont Spa.

"This is for our second night, and I wanted to add a few more details: 1. When the housekeeping staff cleaned our room, they noticed we used the table for drinks on the first night and replenished a box of tissues on the table, which wasn't there originally. 2. The housekeeper helped my girlfriend find her lost hairpin, even though we hadn't mentioned it beforehand. It's clear they clean very thoroughly, and they even folded our messy clothes. The housekeeper really deserves a commendation! 3. The turndown service was also good, and it's a nice touch that the hotel provides steam eye masks. 4. One point I missed in my last review that I'm adding here: I'm really curious why a hotel that opened in December 2019 is still using towels all manufactured in June 2019, with no replacements whatsoever. Personally, I don't think even my own towels would last seven years, let alone those used by rotating guests... There are quite a few things to complain about, but it's still pretty good value for money, and the afternoon tea is very photogenic. However, the hotel seems to put a lot of effort into the public areas, and the guest rooms really need more attention."

Age House 1927 Hotel is located on Li Huangpi Road in Jiang'an District, hidden within a century-old building that is even older than the Ba Gong Old House. Its predecessor was the vault of the Russo-Chinese Bank dating back to 1896, and it was transformed into a distinctive hotel. In 1927, Soong Ching Ling once resided here, and the hotel's name was derived from this. We firmly believe that every building bears its own unique story of the past, and our mission is to convey these accumulated memories to every guest who visits. Here, historical charm and modern style blend seamlessly. The hotel features a riverside terrace and an executive lounge, from where you can enjoy the vast and misty view of the city by the river. The 24-hour 8-to-1 dedicated butler service ensures that your stay is always comfortable and personalized. No matter what time you wake up, you can enjoy a warm breakfast delivered to your room, and afternoon tea and late-night snacks can be provided at any time. The one-on-one free travel outfit change and photo shoot service allows you to capture unique moments with the century-old building as your backdrop. The hotel has 23 guest rooms, each named after a century-old building within a one-kilometer radius. Inside each room, there is an introduction to the "past and present" of the corresponding building. The staggered height design on each floor and the custom tea sets for each room are all thoughtfully crafted. The guest room amenities are carefully selected according to star standards, preserving the historical features of the original building while integrating modern comforts. There is also a free laundry and dry cleaning service, adding more convenience and comfort to your journey. What we create is not just a hotel, but a window to experience Wuhan's culture. Every guest who steps into this place becomes an indispensable part of our story. We meticulously craft every detail to ensure that in the heart of the city, every guest falls in love with Wuhan because of this hotel and retains a memorable experience worth cherishing.

"I stayed here for four nights, and my overall experience was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan! **Amazing Location:** It's super close to Bagong Mansion and the Yangtze River, just a few minutes' walk away. All the dining, drinking, and entertainment options you could want are nearby, making getting around incredibly convenient. The rooftop terrace offers great river views by day, and transforms into a bar at night with live singers and stunning nightscapes. We received complimentary signature cocktails upon check-in, and we also ordered beer and cigars. There was even a bubble machine blowing bubbles, creating an incredible atmosphere! **Super Comfortable Stay:** Our room was cleaned daily, and amenities were replenished. They offer free laundry and drying service for clothes. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly. I prefer a higher pillow, and after switching to the buckwheat and latex pillows, I slept incredibly soundly. The most pleasant surprise was the soundproofing – despite being on a street, it wasn't noisy at all. It was very quiet at night, ensuring excellent rest. **Flawless Service Details:** The check-in process at the 7th-floor front desk felt very ceremonial; you get to retrieve your room key from a safe yourself. Check-out was quick and easy, just hand the room card to the staff on the 1st floor. A special shout-out to the sales manager, who was super nice and provided one-on-one service. They proactively shared local sightseeing routes and recommended several old-school restaurants popular with locals, and every single one was a hit! Plus, the daily afternoon tea and late-night snacks were never repeated, and there was so much food we couldn't possibly finish it all. In short, this stay had absolutely no shortcomings. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Wuhan and won't hesitate to recommend it to my friends!"

The room hygiene was meticulously maintained, with corners thoroughly cleaned, and the bedding was neat and fresh. The bathroom was odor-free, and the dining area of the restaurant was consistently spotless. The overall environment was grand and elegant, and the guest rooms were well soundproofed, offering a quiet and comfortable stay. The buffet restaurant was spacious and had a great ambiance. The staff were enthusiastic and professional. Check-in was efficient, and the restaurant staff promptly cleared tables and refilled water, providing attentive service. The hotel facilities were well-maintained; the Sweet Dreams bed was very comfortable, hot water and Wi-Fi were smooth, and the swimming pool and gym were well-equipped. The buffet dinner featured fresh ingredients, with a wide variety of seafood and freshly grilled meats. There was also a good selection of hot dishes and desserts, all tasting excellent. It was a fantastic dining experience, and overall, everything was outstanding. A female supervisor with long hair provided excellent service, proactively checking in with guests. I highly recommend staying here.

I came to Wuhan for Chinese New Year and stayed at the Qingshan New Century Hotel because my friend lives nearby. It seems like a new hotel, and all the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was also very rich, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. My only complaint is the open-plan bathroom, which I really didn't like, but that's a design issue. The hotel service was fantastic, and they even offered a shuttle service to Wuhan Station, which was a pleasant surprise.

My overall stay was excellent. The hotel has a rich history and a fantastic location, close to a shopping district and the subway, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Xiao Yang at the front desk was very warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were quick, and she was always responsive to any issues. The facilities were well-maintained and complete, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a very peaceful stay. It's incredibly good value for money and definitely recommended.

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

The room has a fantastic view, especially at night. There's a mirror directly opposite the window, and when evening comes, it reflects the outdoor scenery beautifully. It's truly stunning. In the evening, the Yijing Corridor had a ball game playing, and the resident singer was not only beautiful but had an even more amazing voice. You could even request songs, which was a huge plus. The hotel's location is excellent. There's a Manner coffee shop on the first floor, and just down the street, you'll find Tea Color Yuese and several crayfish restaurants, all within about a kilometer. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. However, on the first morning, while I was still asleep, I was repeatedly woken up by housekeepers knocking on the door asking if I wanted cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered something like that.

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.

This hotel is too far from the city center, located in the outskirts of Wuhan. I booked it for a road trip and had a really bad experience; there's basically no service. The hygiene and facilities are just average, and they're lacking in everything. They don't proactively replenish essential items unless you ask. The front desk for check-in is on the 23rd floor, and the three elevators are shared, with no dedicated ones, which makes it very inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage using a trolley. Overall, it's suitable for business travelers looking for a budget hotel. However, for older guests, I'd recommend looking for another hotel.

I spent a long time choosing a hotel and wasn't sure where to stay, but this one looked pretty good in the end. When I first checked in, there was nothing particularly special about it. No one guided me to my room, and no one helped with my luggage. The room felt a bit dated, though it did offer views of two bridges in Wuhan. There weren't any smart amenities. They had a delivery robot for room service, but it was incredibly slow. I had also contacted them in advance to prepare children's amenities, but they weren't set up upon arrival. The breakfast variety and taste were just average. The swimming pool was decent, and the views from there were indeed incredible, no complaints about that. Overall, I felt like many aspects fell short of five-star standards. There was one minor hiccup during my stay, but the guest services manager, Ashley, deserves praise for her excellent attitude and how she handled the situation.

Extremely satisfied! I mentioned my preferences at check-in, and the front desk upgraded me to a river-view room and allowed a late check-out, which was incredibly accommodating. The hotel facilities aren't brand new, but they are very clean and meticulously maintained. The location is perfect, with many attractions nearby, making it super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. It really shows the quality you expect from an established five-star hotel. I'll definitely book the Mingzhu again next time I'm in Wuhan.
