"I visited Xinchang with my child and friends during the three-day Qingming holiday. Overall, the hotel was pretty good. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of choices, including local specialties like rice cakes and spring pancakes, and freshly ground coffee! However, the service could be improved. When I checked in, no one proactively told me about the facilities or breakfast times, and they even forgot to give me the mini-bar drink coupons. I had to go to the front desk to ask for them. The room was spacious and clean, with a bathtub and a large bed, though it's a shame we didn't get a room with a balcony! The pool is open to the public, so it gets quite crowded in the evenings, and the water quality needs improvement. The gym has a good range of equipment. The Great Buddha Temple is within walking distance, and there's a large shopping mall across the street, making it very convenient for drinks and dining!"

"I rushed to book this hotel in Xinchang's ”Carbohydrate Kingdom” on a last-minute trip. Seeing that it was newly opened and part of the Huazhu Group, I figured the quality control would be excellent. However, everything turned out to be surprisingly good. Check-in was quick, and they even provided snacks and a comprehensive travel guide covering everything from dining to sightseeing. The hotel's overall decor was high-end, smelled wonderful, and was incredibly clean – practically spotless. The staff were all very polite. The room was odorless, with fresh air, and was bright, clean, and spacious. Everything was provided, including welcome fruit and a complimentary minibar. The bedding was comfortable, and the blankets were light and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and constantly replenished, with the table cleaned promptly. The food was delicious, and the noodle maker patiently and enthusiastically showed me how to add the toppings. Throughout my stay, all facilities were clean, hygienic, and functioned perfectly. The staff were never bothersome, making my stay very comfortable. Lingling, the receptionist, was particularly warm and patient, making me feel right from the start. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Xinchang; I call it the king of value for money in Xinchang."

It should be reminded that the hotel underground garage needs skilled treasures to go to the library. 360° corner turn ＋ slope, large vehicles are not recommended to go to the library.
The experience is not good. I want to say that on the night of the check-in, there were people playing cards on the first floor. The hotel was soundproof. I wanted to call the front desk many times. However, my family had fallen asleep until late at night, which was a bit disturbing."

"An absolutely perfect vacation! The room was incredibly comfortable, with high ceilings, spacious interiors, and understated yet elegant decor. I could have easily spent both days just relaxing in the room. The hotel is nestled in the serene and beautiful Hanfei River Valley, and you can take a cable car up to the mountaintop for stunning views. The hotel service was also excellent; you can request a car transfer anywhere within the hotel grounds at any time. Our butler, Helen, provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service from even before our arrival, proactively offering information to ensure a smooth trip. She continued to follow up on all our needs throughout our stay, making this vacation truly delightful! The hotel's Tingtao Pavilion restaurant was also fantastic. We had dinner there twice, and the chef's recommended dishes were truly delicious and well worth trying."

"The check-in staff were incessantly nagging, insisting on paying extra for a membership, and even sniffing through guests' phones until I lost my temper. Also, it seemed like the front desk was deliberately retaliating; they said they upgraded my room, even though I specifically asked for one with hidden problems, including poor drainage. And yet, they gave me this room, and while I was showering, the water was already up to my feet. It was fine; I had originally booked three days, but cancelled the rest that night. Other issues included the welcome tea station being useless—no coffee, no hot water, and my mouth was parched while the front desk staff continued their nagging. I was misled by the official photos of the main entrance; it's only part of the first floor. Most guests drive in and go straight to the underground parking. It's impossible to find the entrance from the underground parking because this half is abandoned and extremely dark. The sensor door next to the front desk looks like a fixed piece of glass. The front desk lighting made it even darker outside, and from the elevator, you couldn't see the printed instructions… It was truly bizarre. If you discriminate against Shanghai guests, you can refuse to serve them; we won't come. PS: The receptionist was someone who appeared significantly older than me. By the way, the service level in Xinchang is far worse than that in neighboring Shengzhou. It's like everyone's a nobody."

As shown in the picture, although there is a mobile door outside, I didn't even expect it to be frosted. The toilet is also the most common toilet, not even a smart toilet lid. "We arrived at the hotel at around ten o'clock in the middle of the night, and the mountains were dark all the way up. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that the starry sky at night was incredible! When we got to the room, the floor heating and air conditioning were already turned on. The room temperature was 26 degrees (about 3 degrees outside), which was very comfortable! The hotel is located near the port of Xiake Ancient Trail. The next day, I hiked three kilometers of Xiake Ancient Trail with my two dogs. It was pretty good! The most comfortable thing is that the dinner we reserved is very delicious😋😋! White chopped chicken, fried tripe strips (bamboo shoots, mushrooms) wrapped in tofu skin and pork knuckles in sour soup! The portion was so big that the two of us couldn’t finish it!
Oh, by the way, the wontons (noodles) for breakfast are also very delicious!"

The location of the homestay is excellent, the surrounding environment is quiet and healing, you can smell the fresh tea when you wake up in the morning, and the whole person is wrapped gently, as if in the arms of nature. The cute and well-behaved puppy Pudding also accompanied us for dinner, which was full of emotional value. Mount Tianmu is also worth a visit in the summer.
