"I visited Xinchang with my child and friends during the three-day Qingming holiday. Overall, the hotel was pretty good. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of choices, including local specialties like rice cakes and spring pancakes, and freshly ground coffee! However, the service could be improved. When I checked in, no one proactively told me about the facilities or breakfast times, and they even forgot to give me the mini-bar drink coupons. I had to go to the front desk to ask for them. The room was spacious and clean, with a bathtub and a large bed, though it's a shame we didn't get a room with a balcony! The pool is open to the public, so it gets quite crowded in the evenings, and the water quality needs improvement. The gym has a good range of equipment. The Great Buddha Temple is within walking distance, and there's a large shopping mall across the street, making it very convenient for drinks and dining!"

The white fungus soup given as a late night snack is very thick and very hearty. The hotel is located in the center of the city. It's very lively. "I rushed to book this hotel in Xinchang's ”Carbohydrate Kingdom” on a last-minute trip. Seeing that it was newly opened and part of the Huazhu Group, I figured the quality control would be excellent. However, everything turned out to be surprisingly good. Check-in was quick, and they even provided snacks and a comprehensive travel guide covering everything from dining to sightseeing. The hotel's overall decor was high-end, smelled wonderful, and was incredibly clean – practically spotless. The staff were all very polite. The room was odorless, with fresh air, and was bright, clean, and spacious. Everything was provided, including welcome fruit and a complimentary minibar. The bedding was comfortable, and the blankets were light and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and constantly replenished, with the table cleaned promptly. The food was delicious, and the noodle maker patiently and enthusiastically showed me how to add the toppings. Throughout my stay, all facilities were clean, hygienic, and functioned perfectly. The staff were never bothersome, making my stay very comfortable. Lingling, the receptionist, was particularly warm and patient, making me feel right from the start. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Xinchang; I call it the king of value for money in Xinchang."

"The location is right next to South Street, and it was relatively quiet at night due to the low foot traffic these past few days. The room was quite large, and the facilities were relatively new, but the breakfast selection was limited. There's a restaurant right across the street, so be sure to close the curtains if you're in your room. I specifically called to ask if the room's air conditioning could heat, and only booked the room after receiving a positive answer. However, my actual experience was that the heating effect was barely noticeable; the air conditioning was so quiet I couldn't even be sure it was on."

"We arrived at the hotel at around ten o'clock in the middle of the night, and the mountains were dark all the way up. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that the starry sky at night was incredible! When we got to the room, the floor heating and air conditioning were already turned on. The room temperature was 26 degrees (about 3 degrees outside), which was very comfortable! The hotel is located near the port of Xiake Ancient Trail. The next day, I hiked three kilometers of Xiake Ancient Trail with my two dogs. It was pretty good! The most comfortable thing is that the dinner we reserved is very delicious😋😋! White chopped chicken, fried tripe strips (bamboo shoots, mushrooms) wrapped in tofu skin and pork knuckles in sour soup! The portion was so big that the two of us couldn’t finish it!
Oh, by the way, the wontons (noodles) for breakfast are also very delicious!"

"An absolutely perfect vacation! The room was incredibly comfortable, with high ceilings, spacious interiors, and understated yet elegant decor. I could have easily spent both days just relaxing in the room. The hotel is nestled in the serene and beautiful Hanfei River Valley, and you can take a cable car up to the mountaintop for stunning views. The hotel service was also excellent; you can request a car transfer anywhere within the hotel grounds at any time. Our butler, Helen, provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service from even before our arrival, proactively offering information to ensure a smooth trip. She continued to follow up on all our needs throughout our stay, making this vacation truly delightful! The hotel's Tingtao Pavilion restaurant was also fantastic. We had dinner there twice, and the chef's recommended dishes were truly delicious and well worth trying."

HhzheleneIt was a spontaneous ”just pack up and go” trip. I wanted to fully appreciate the scenery of Tianmu Mountain, and I'd heard that this ”Cloud Travel Space Capsule B&B” had high ratings and was popular with families with children. Although the initial capsule type I chose wasn't ideal, after negotiating with the manager and getting a reasonable upgrade, the experience was quite good. I could see the sea of clouds through the curtains, hear birdsong in the morning, and listen to the chirping of autumn insects at night… The food at the B&B was simpler than at a hotel, but the taste was still quite good (the chef was very attentive, greeting me at every meal). The customer service representative, a petite young woman, was incredibly helpful, carrying my luggage with ease. Most importantly, the scenery of Tianmu Mountain truly captured the ”spirit” described in Li Bai's poems… In short, the flaws didn't detract from the overall experience; it was a pleasant trip!

Because it was off-season, I was upgraded to a south-facing room. The room has a bathtub, which is very comfortable to take a bath. A bathtub cover is also provided. The breakfast is very good, with Xinchang specialty snacks. The waiter will take the initiative to ask if you want coffee. There are black swans in the back garden, and there is also a Rose Lady's manor with some cute little animals. Check out is fast, no need to wait, parking does not require registration, it is free, and there are fast charging piles.
