"Public transportation: Wangjiahe Bridge is a bus stop downstairs, and it is easy to find a designated Didi taxi station. Room service: All feedback about the electric kettle was quickly resolved. The room was equipped with black and green tea and multiple bottles of water, which is very friendly to tea drinkers. The room type and area are reasonably arranged, and there are travel guides nearby on the wall, which saves a lot of brains. "1️⃣ The staff were attentive and helpful. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, someone greeted me and showed me the charging stations. The front desk staff were clear, attentive, and remembered my booking requirements.
2️⃣ I was woken up by knocking noises in the garden this morning. I called the front desk to report it, and it was resolved immediately.
3️⃣ The room was generally clean. (I suggest the bathtub could be cleaned further.)
4️⃣ The breakfast was satisfactory.
Overall, the facilities were above average and met expectations.
The service and customer service were excellent, exceeding expectations.

The only minor flaw was that the air freshener in the hotel was a bit too strong for my liking, though that might not bother everyone. When we checked out, the customer service staff were very friendly and explained things thoroughly. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

"This was our second stay at the hotel & the service and facilities are excellent! We visited to see the pandas and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the staff are kind and attentive.
The bathroom was great, lovely shower and bathtub, comfy beds and seating area. The air con is great during the day but I couldn't make it cold enough at night.
My only let down is the smokers at breakfast, such a shame people still smoke in the eating area in such a nice hotel.
I will stay again, and recommend it to anyone visiting Yueyang & the pandas!"

"Parking is convenient, there are quite a lot of parking spaces, check-in is quick, the room is relatively large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the environment is also very good! It's close to the scenic spot, easy to get in and out, and overall very comfortable. The service at the front desk is good. Because there was too much traffic on the roadside and it would affect our sleep, they took the initiative to change us to a quiet room😊"

SShanmumumuThis hotel is near Yueyang East Station, a few minutes walk away, next door is the all-season hotel. The environment is still very good, the only thing that makes me sad is that when I checked in, I found that the price on the day was cheaper than when I booked! By the way, holidays are indeed much more expensive than usual. Take a taxi to Yueyang Building for about 30 minutes ￥20.

GGuest UserThe hotel was generally speaking clean. Rooms were fairly quiet, the downside is the motion sensors for the bathroom. At night time, it is very bright when lights turn on. I stayed for two nights, on two separate occasions. The second time, the room floor was dirty, I don't think it was mopped or vacuumed, the room was not ready. Wifi is also an issue for me, I could not connect to it on my phone, I have been told that most ppl didn't have problem connecting to it.
Location is very close to the high speed rail station, that's why I chose it. Overall, it was a good stay.

The only downside was that for two consecutive nights, I, a night owl, was woken up around 10 AM every morning by a loud, rattling sound like a wooden hammer from upstairs. I don't know what they were hammering, but it was very loud, and it happened around 10 AM every day for the past two nights. However, the hotel service was good. The cleaning staff proactively asked if we needed housekeeping and even provided toiletries for guests extending their stay, which was very appreciated. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Overall, it was a good experience, but being woken up every day was a bit unpleasant. I hope the hotel can address the noise issue from upstairs.

Choosing the right hotel for this trip was absolutely crucial! The hotel's location is superb, right next to the subway station/commercial area (can be replaced with actual location), making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. The lobby decor is minimalist and stylish, and the front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth throughout, and they patiently provided local travel tips, which left a great impression~
The room exceeded my expectations even more! It was spacious and bright, with a well-planned layout that didn't feel cramped. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress offered just the right support. Coupled with excellent soundproofing, I slept soundly all night until morning. The cleanliness was impeccable; even under the bed and in the bathroom corners, everything was spotless. The bathroom amenities were high quality, and the hot water supply was ample and stable—attention to detail was evident everywhere.
The hotel facilities were also comprehensive; the high-speed WiFi was consistently smooth, perfect for working or streaming shows without a hitch. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious. Throughout my entire experience, whether it was the service, cleanliness, or facilities, I couldn't find a single fault. It offers excellent value for money! I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time~
