"首先，我在這裏感謝酒店前台的兩位工作人員。一位禮貌與氣質並存的老先生，和一位認真周到的服務員。在蘭州的這幾年，我來來去去在蘭州住過很多家酒店，從奧體中心到市區再到東崗榆中，有豪華氣派的五星酒店，也有私人民宿。作為一個喜歡旅行但很普通的年輕人，第一次在這裏感受到服務員的熱情。雖然前台衹有兩位工作人員，但是接待服務卻依然輕鬆禮貌又不失嚴謹。心情很愉快，從見到前台的兩位工作人員開始。
入店後，酒店的標準和管理風格便暢然映入眼簾。先講環境，我與朋友預訂的是三人間套房。套房寬敞，整潔，設施簡約又不失美觀與實用。屋內大部分設施為木質，電視，空調等傢俱都擁有極高的智能化，用小度即可操控。馬桶使用智能馬桶，有加熱系統，方便時很舒心。熱水，茶飲，以及一次性生活用品一應俱全，品質也很不錯。再講細節，房間衞生區域採用不透光玻璃製品，其裝定邊框無生銹，門框開合無卡頓，水池，浴室噴頭均乾淨整潔，房間牆壁和地板也打掃的一塵不染。在這裏請允許我感謝酒店的衞生工作人員，感謝你們的細緻周到，也感謝酒店的管理人員，很不錯，很安心。我同時徵求過同行朋友的意見，朋友表示也很不錯。

The room was delivered with fruit, including my favorite strawberries, which were delicious and fresh. After talking to the waiter, I learned that the strawberries were picked from a local garden and were very carefully selected. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes good. The only downside is that the Deyuan beef noodles on the first floor are not delicious in August last year. The soft soup on the noodles is not as tasteful as before. The hygiene is particularly dirty. The paper balls on the ground are all over. I heard that it was contracted for others. Unfortunately, a good noodle restaurant. 非常不錯，朋友家人聚會的好去處。可以容納20多人，3間客房都是雙人床都有獨立衞生間，餐廳，茶室，休閑區，ktv娛樂區，二樓平台燒烤都都非常不錯。周邊還有孩子玩的各種場館，小吃街也不錯火鍋大盤雞天水呱呱羊雜碎。服務非常周到，我們第一次去，服務員耐心給我們當嚮導，早上還把早餐送到房間，真是非常貼心。

The hotel also tries its best to meet the requirements of the guests. The only shortcoming is that there is no laundry room and a place to hang clothes. Because we brought children with us, the hotel lent us the washing machine used by the staff. I hope the hotel can improve this aspect. Although the room is not particularly large, the layout is reasonable and the storage space is sufficient. The health is good and there is no dust in the corner. I had a deluxe king-size room. I've booked it upstairs before, and the environment was fine. This time, the female boss, seeing I was alone, put me downstairs in a standard king-size room. I couldn't even shower that night. Haha. I used to be a regular customer, but I'll never go back again.
