Hotels with Parking in Dresden

"The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries."

"It took few tram stops from the main station but the other tourist spots are walkable from the hotel - christmas market and other shopping mall are located around the corner. The only downside the the tiny and semi-translucent shower booth - not convenient and suitable for friends - the room and bed are both small"

"The hotel is close to the train and tram station easily accessible to the attractions in town. The hotel room is compact. The shower place is very small and just fits my Asian body size. Anyway the hotel is value for money."

"The hotel is located near St. John's Church on Dresden Square. The staff are polite and friendly, and the rooms are spacious and stylish. Our room faced a residential house, and we felt like we were immersed in the local area and experiencing German life!"

"We had a good night's rest at this hotel. It has a great location and new rooms with a good floor plan. This hotel was within 100 m of the Kreuzkirche Dresden so we were able to start our exploration of Dresden as soon as we got parked. The hotel's location is within 15 minutes walking distance of most of Dresden's main attractions that are south of the river and the good public transit in Dresden makes the city very easy to see lots. The room was nicely appointed with blackout curtains, a chair that transforms into a bed, a desk with a chair, large TV, coffee/tea station and some good lighting. The only complaint we had about the room was that the air conditioning was not strong enough during our stay but we had a pretty good night's sleep at this quiet hotel. I thought the bed was comfy and pretty standard to Premier Inn but my wife found the mattress to be too soft for her. The bathroom was nice and large with plenty of counter space and a large shower stall. There is this purple light you can turn on at night too so you don't disturb your partner which helps because it is a frosted glass door. It is very easy to get hot water in the faucet and shower here. The shower has an all in one body wash and the shower stall is huge compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Europe. If you use the hotel's covered parking it costs 20 euros a night and there is covered/secured parking that costs 12-20 euros a night. We went with the uncovered parking lot that had a man there 24/7 and it was 12 euros for the night. There is a street right in front of the hotel that has no signage for parking but the front desk told us that if you park there there is a 60 Euro fine if you're caught. We like breakfast in the morning at hotels we stay at in Europe but we found this one was very pricey. There are bakeries, cafes and even a McDonald's nearby that gave much better value for us. We felt the location and price for the hotel was perfect for our time in Germany and would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Dresden because there is lots to see in this city."

"It was a bit far from the main tourist attractions. It was a bit far from the Dresden tourist center, and public transportation (No. 81 or No. 478) near the hotel did not come often, so it was difficult to manage time efficiently. From the next day, I checked the bus schedule and moved according to the time, but it was a bit inconvenient to take the bus to the main tourist attractions and then transfer to the tram in the middle. You can take tram No. 3 near the hotel to go to the main tourist attractions without transferring, but it takes about 15 minutes on foot from the hotel, and it was burdensome to walk back to the hotel in the dark at night. It was a small hotel, but it was clean and everyone was friendly."

"My partner and I stayed for two nights. The hotel is well-located, just a short walk from the central station, and the staff is friendly. However, the armchairs and carpet in the room were very dirty and clearly need renovation. The hallways were also dark. There was no coffee maker in the room, and the shower had mold around it. The breakfast, on the other hand, was very good and offered a wide variety. But I wouldn't stay there again."

"Es war großartig! Das Schiff liegt im Dresdner Hafen sehr zentral und direkt am Elberadweg. Ich bin mit der Straßenbahn bis Anton Leipziger Straße gefahren über die Straße und die Brückenstufen herunter gegangen. Dann ist es nur noch ein Katzensprung auf dem Elberadweg. Nebenan war auch ein Parkplatz. Ich hatte so eine gute Zeit dort! Es gibt einen Wasserspender mit Sprudelwasser, meine Kajüte war fast Wassserlevel und ich konnte kleine Wellen und Enten beobachten, die ein eigenes schwimmendes Häuschen in dem Hafen haben. Schon wenn man ankommt sieht man den beharrlichen Graureiher neben dem Steg. Er scheint wirklich immer dort zu sein und ich habe ihn erfolgreich einen kleinen Fisch fangen sehen. Ein wirklich schönes Naturerlebnis mitten in der Stadt. Alles sauber und alle freundlich. Ich komme wieder! 😃"
