We booked an accessible room ... the only accessible room door was the broader room door ... according to the hotel's homepage and the photos shower locks on the toilet and a shower seat in the shower ... the device for holding grip but not installed ... Notting grip must be available, there is not even a device for ... nothing of it was available ... on request explained there are 2 categories accessible ... true Rolling chair drivers can run and stand in the shower ... within 6 days was no room exchange possible ... on my push I got at least a flat shower hocker ... far from the actual offer ... at the reception On the arrival day of our complaint, the manager went away and it didn't even interest him ... if I book free of access u look at the photos I expect it too ... "Top hotel, in an ideal location. We were at an event in the exhibition halls and could easily get there on foot, as well as into the city center. It couldn't be better. Bakery and Rewe directly opposite and the parking garage right next door. The only drawback is the lack of power sockets in the rooms. We had exactly 2, one of which was occupied by the hotel's own pad. And both were at the desk, which wasn't suitable for charging cell phones etc. overnight. Otherwise everything was great"

"Near Jungang Station! 15-20 minutes walk from the main old town Friendly staff~! A simple but satisfying breakfast menu! Additional fee is required, but fully equipped and safe underground parking lot!! If I come to Dresden again, I will visit again!"

"Check in was a breeeze starting from online check in to minimise waiting time and processing time. It was cold outside and room was nice and warm. Room was also really big and clean. The only and biggest downside is there is no door to the bathroom. I don’t understand why does the hotel has no bathroom door for a quad sharing room. To make things worse there was a mirror facing the entrance of the bathroom, which meant if there are people sitting on the bed looking at the mirror they could have a full view of what’s going on in the bathroom. Does not make any sense. Book if you are comfortable with an open bath."
