Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious Ibiza getaway. "He vuelto a alojarme esta misma semana en otro hotel de la misma cadena, y he notado algunas diferencias importantes. Este hotel está un poco más apartado y, lamentablemente, no tiene vistas al mar, algo que aprecié mucho en el otro establecimiento. Sin embargo, un punto muy positivo ha sido la comida: mucho mejor en comparación. Los platos están más cuidados, con mejor sabor y una selección más acertada. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, tanto en recepción como el resto del equipo. Se nota un ambiente acogedor y tranquilo, algo que valoro mucho. En general, a pesar de la ubicación menos privilegiada, la experiencia ha sido buena, sobre todo gracias a la calidad de la comida y la amabilidad del personal."

"Hotel service is very good, the front desk and the consultation office are very enthusiastic, have their own beach, but can only see, can not go directly, the hotel is close to the pier, next to the pier is the beach. Walk for three minutes. The bar area and the old town are both about 3 km away. The hotel's exterior, swimming pool and facilities are good, but the room looks a bit rudimentary. If the size of the room is small, it is not bad for European hotels. The double bed room is spliced with two single beds and can be changed."

"“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner. The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence. The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00. While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy. Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car. In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”"

"The location couldn't be better. Just a few seconds walk to Ses Figueretes Beach and about a 25-min walk to Ibiza's old town. The apartment was nice and clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was closed because we went off-season, but it looked really nice. There are lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets closeby. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town."
