"How to say it, the hotel is actually good, although the room is relatively small, but the various facilities are basically complete, the only thing is the lack of a hot water bottle. "The price/performance ratio is very high. The hotel is right next to the bus station, only a ten-minute walk from the train station, and close to the entrance of the mountain elevator. The room is not small. The big bed is two single beds put together, but for a solo traveler like me, a single bed is enough. The hotel has an outdoor terrace to overlook the ancient city. The breakfast is unexpectedly delicious, the ham and sausage are very delicious, but it's a pity that I have to catch an early train and can't enjoy the wonderful breakfast time slowly."

"Location is good, in the heart of the old city. Hotel and rooms are average/good We had a good stay. However all these experience were spoiled by the poor services of the waitress during the breakfast. The waitress were cool and seemed to have very bad mood. The breakfast room was closed using a rope until the waitress came and slowly checked the customers one by one. The waitress were impolite and even told the customers to eat in certain manner. The hotel rating would be much better if they have better training to their waitress."

Parking is convenient; the hotel has a paid underground parking garage, and parking on the nearby street-side is also possible and should be free.
Breakfast is a set menu, simple yet delicious. The hotel lobby offers complimentary snacks and a variety of wines, which are very tasty.
The third-floor terrace offers a nice view of the cathedral.
The rooms are small; a single room is just right for one person.

SSHUN1. The apartment is located in the ancient city, close to the Bisagra Gate. In the afternoon, I drove to the front of the apartment. The Spanish lady next door was very helpful and informed that the car could be parked for a period of time (resident parking spaces can be parked before 5 pm), and also informed that the front desk is in the building opposite to the apartment, which is a hotel front desk of the same name. deposit luggage). Free parking nearby and they have a small parking on the ground floor that may be available. Some coffe bars and restaurant on the area. The room is clean veeery big and with a big bathtube. Compliment water provided. Check-in until 23h30 but I think they have 24 hours front desk.

NNoel Carpio1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock.
2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion.
3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria.
4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.
