"Stayed at triose for 2 nights. This was my third time and not disappointed at all. Excellent in all respects. Location is very near to central lonavala and market and at the same time very serene and peaceful. All amenities are provided by the hotel. It is very clean. Rooms are big enough. The breakfast spread is very good. They have a hi-tea also included. Service is very fast and they attend to issues very quickly. Strongly recommended for stay."

"The services available are swimming pool (strictly swimming costumes), water park, gym, paid spa, game zone, restaurant. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. Having all kinds of indian dishes also some western dishes. The nearest good restaurant is Rama krishan hotel. Rama krishan serves non veg and veg food. Welcomes foreigner ls as well."

The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. "This hotel is like true nature...feels lyk u are actually staying in nature...the food is very tasty veg and non veg both...variety options are available for food....Rooms are too good...very much clean...spacious...specially suitable to accompany with kids...room services and staff is good and polite...staying here is not lyk staying in hotel its lyk u r in ur house..with calm environment and nature.."

"The hotel is definitely not 5-star. Name of hotel added Marriott because of which I booked it. Please don't mislead people. I was inside the room, and outside, there was the noise of so many people and children. It was looking like I was staying in a fish market not 5 star hotel. I could not sleep in the afternoon. When I checked in the afternoon, the whole gallery on the 3rd floor was smelling. People have kept half-finished food on a plate outside their room. Please ask the hotel to teach people staying there some manners. The lift had so much water that someone might have used the swimming pool and then used the lift. In my room, the handwash and lotion box were empty, no plastic bags in the dustbin. Overall, there was a serious hygiene issue."
