"**What I liked:** The hotel boasts a very convenient location, and the surrounding area felt safe. The mini-bar offered complimentary beverages. We had a twin room, and the beds could be pushed together to form a comfortable 1.8-meter-wide sleeping area. The mattress firmness was just right â neither too soft nor too hard â and the room was spotlessly clean and tidy. We arrived around 11 AM and were initially informed that rooms wouldn't be ready until the official 3 PM check-in time, as many Korean guests were still checking out. However, after we explained to the front desk that we had just landed after a long flight and needed to shower and rest before heading out for sightseeing, they impressively managed to find a room for us. We were incredibly grateful for their understanding and quick action.
**What I disliked:** The room itself was quite small, and the shower cubicle was particularly tiny. My main complaint, however, is regarding the service. We stayed for three consecutive nights, and not once was the complimentary bottled water in the mini-bar replenished. After calling the front desk two days in a row to request it, a staff member (who appeared to be of South Asian descent) finally delivered the water, but with a visibly impatient and annoyed demeanor. This was a really uncomfortable and disappointing experience.
**Overall Impression:** Honestly, despite a few positives, the hotel felt much like a typical budget chain (similar to a '7 Days Inn' in China), and it certainly wasn't cheap either. I'm truly puzzled as to how it has achieved such a high 4.9-star rating."
