"Unfortunately we booked a smoking room by mistake, which ruined our night.
However the hotel itself was super clean. Breakfast in the morning was a nice addition.
Plenty of amenities to help yourself to when you first come in which was great.

"The hotel met all the basic needs for a comfortable overnight stay. The room was clean, dinner and breakfast were included and decent, and free parking was a great plus. Staff were polite and check-in was smooth. Nothing fancy, but convenient and reliable for a short stop. Would consider staying again for a quick stay."

"Location was good. Just next door of the JR station with bus stop to the major visiting spots right outside the hotel. A big supermarket was a 20-min walk. Basic room but the design was good. Sound proof was satisfactory as the room faced to the railway."

"Perfect location. It was just a few steps from the JR station. Room was spacious but the trees outside blocked the view. Good breakfast with many choices. However, rubbish was found under the table. Table was sticky with some stain."

"I stayed for one night with breakfast only, and my room was on the lake side. The hot spring had an open-air bath and an indoor bath, and the washing area was spacious, and the changing room was also spacious, which was nice. In the lounge on the second floor, there was free coffee, three free ping pong tables, and a free massage chair. The view was also good.
And above all, the breakfast. Everyone was told that they could eat as much as they wanted, and that was true. But what was even better was the scallops. Because of the location, it is a scallop production area,
but it was great to be able to pick up unsliced scallops freely. They were sweet and delicious.
The additional person was not properly reflected, so I called the inn directly at the last minute, but they readily agreed. I enjoyed it with my son who had come home from a trip.
I don't think you can find such a great breakfast at this cost-performance ratio, even in Hokkaido, when it comes to hot springs.
The room was old, but clean.

"The room is large enough to accommodate two suitcases. One bed had soft pillows and the other had seed hard pillows.
The room is very close to Asahikawa Bus Terminal. But when we went there, we got off the wrong train at the previous station, Asahikawa Train Station, so we had to walk in the snow for more than ten minutes dragging our heavy luggage. It was very tiring.
There is a larger 711 near the hotel. A 10-minute walk will take you to the shopping street, where you can find yakiniku and ramen shops, warehouse-style supermarkets, second-hand shops, electronic digital stores, and capsule toy shops.
You can contact the front desk to make an appointment for a taxi. Although taxis are expensive in Japan, if you don't know about public transportation, it is still very convenient to take a taxi to go ice fishing or icebreaking."

"The location of the hotel is okay. It's not far from the train station. It takes 5 or 6 minutes to walk and cross the bridge. However, it still takes more than 20 minutes to walk from the center because the train station is not in the central area. The price/performance ratio is OK. The boss at the front desk is friendly and the hotel has Large bathhouse and sauna. The breakfast is rich, with both Western and Japanese styles. It is worth recommending."

AAnonymous UserPros: Excellent location; the upgraded room at Konoza was even more spacious and beautiful, with a stunning open-air bathroom garden. The food quality was very high, and the all-you-can-eat ice cream was a big plus. Two young women stood outside the door at check-out, bowing and waving to every departing guest, showing the hotel's dedication to its operations.
Cons: Dinner was a buffet, which was a bad sign. When it was time to eat, a long queue formed at the door. Inside, I was shocked to find three tour guides from different countries loudly instructing their groups to grab the ”good deals.” Breakfast the next day was similarly chaotic; although the food quality was still good, there was a sense of frantic grabbing.
Suggestions: If a buffet is the only option, at least provide designated seating areas. Most guests come here for peace and quiet.

The hotel is definitely wrong. The inn seems to be lower grade. The outique does not cover the essence of the meal. It is always poor and difficult to meet. Or the French will play, it is said that the travel method of accommodation in order to pursue food has begun 100 years ago, Japan's auberge began in the bubble economy, and it is impossible to collect. Now, luxury must have a luxury meal to accompany, otherwise, how to enjoy? The decoration of this hotel is not my favorite style at all, stuff is too full, no rules, suffocating. I even determined that the boss himself designed everything according to his own preferences. For example, there is a corner in the lobby that is said to be the appearance of his grandfather's hometown. Some places will have a little whims, such as drilling a few holes in the wood, so that the light can be illuminated from the inside. Such a design, self-appreciation is no problem, put in public places, it is generally the same. I really don't understand what this boss is going to do, from porcelain, wood, to the case board made by the prisoner, there are many things that I don't understand, all-inclusive, and no idea at all. GGuest UserVery good owner, kind and welcoming, family farm environment is good, suitable for driving, there is still a distance from the city of Abashiri, the bus is less and there is no car at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, only a taxi. Can be about the boss to pick up, breakfast is good 😊
