"The hotel is only about 200 meters from Shirahige Waterfall, which is absolutely stunning – no picture can truly capture its majesty. In the evening, there's a shuttle service to Shirogane Blue Pond for a light show. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly. There was a mix-up with the pick-up service, or perhaps a misunderstanding on my part, so I missed the shuttle and had to take a taxi for 40km. I wasn't used to the bedding; it had a strange bed cover, which made it difficult to sleep."

"Oh, I already reviewed this, didn't I? This is a wonderful, purely Japanese-style hotel. The included Japanese set menu for breakfast and dinner was excellent and felt very ceremonial. The snow was very deep in winter, and every window in the hallway offered a view like a picturesque painting."

"Really great experience! Breakfast have lots of choice of local food. Welcoming snacks included. Close to the Biei station and Bus station to blue pond with just within 5 mins walk. Connect to a souvenir shop with delicious curry bread! Have free photo printing service all by yourself but please refrain from abusing. I hope this service could keep along!"

"The environment here is great, with all the living functions, including an oven, microwave, washing machine, heater, and basic daily necessities. There are also plates and tableware. There is also space for parking outside. It is very comfortable. I highly recommend this accommodation. There is also a convenience store next to it where you can buy things, which is very convenient. I would like to visit here again!"

"This was the best hotel of my trip! First, the good points: the shuttle service was super convenient. I just called them through Trip.com, and they picked me up at the Asahikawa JR Bus Stop #1 at 2 PM and took me directly to the hotel. The location is excellent – right next to Shirogane Blue Pond, and you can easily walk to the Blue River (Aoiike) in about half an hour without needing to join a tour. That walk along the Blue River was honestly my favorite part of the entire Japan trip, especially since I could go at my own pace, without crowds, and take as many photos as I wanted. After dinner, there was a shuttle to see the special light effects at the Blue Pond, which were pretty cool. Every day, I got to enjoy several true onsen baths, including outdoor ones. It was such a unique experience to be soaking in a hot spring while it was snowing heavily on my head! Finally, and most importantly, both the dinner and breakfast at the hotel were absolutely top-notch. They had unlimited fatty tuna, sukiyaki, beef, strawberries, tempura, and so much more, and everything tasted fantastic. I'd honestly go back to Biei just for this hotel again!"

"The hotel description did not capture the situation enough. I was confused due to lack of room pictures. They also posted several listing for different rooms under different hotel name section. But this room is perfect for us. The location is a bit far (if you are not used to walking) from the station but it is only around 7-9 minutes walking. The surrounding area is a quiet neighborhood. The building is new and very clean. It was also warm inside even when the weather forecast said -14 celcius outside. The japanese food they served was also very good. They provided free coffee/tea and water in common area. They also let us lent their microwave. The bathroom is only one but very clean and comfy. The room has its own mini fridge, ac, and tv. If you are wondering where to stay in Biei, I definitely recommend this place."

"The accommodation is much better than I thought. We went in the winter and the snow was really thick. The villa has 2 floors. The ground floor has a kitchen, a dining area, and a backyard area. The upper floor is a bedroom with a large window for sleeping and watching the snow. If you go in the winter, you have to push your luggage in a cart yourself. It's fun. The atmosphere around the accommodation is good, but it's more suitable for people with cars because it's quite far from the city."

"Very beautiful accommodation environment, the master's intention can be seen in the details. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was Western-style, and Hokkaido milk was delicious. Just beside the Ken&Mary tree, walk to the Meilong Station for 30 minutes, take a taxi for 970 yen, and also fight for the first stop on the road. Staying for two days, the first day happened to have a navel offering in Furano, so I rushed to Furano. After the event, I took the last JR car back to the United States. Before the departure, ask the landlord about how to call a taxi at night. The landlord told us that if there is no car, you can call Mr. Fang to drive to pick up. Unexpectedly, after leaving the station at night, there are still many taxis waiting outside the station, which is very pleasant. On the last day, take a taxi to Asahikawa Airport and the fare is 3,130 yen, which is acceptable."
