"This hotel is absolutely incredible! For less than 300k IDR a night, you get: - Super comfortable room, strong AC - Good water pressure, toiletries (toothbrush, etc., towels), hot/cold water tap - Unlimited drinking water with a dispenser outside the room and a jug inside - Very cold fridge, smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) - 3 types of swimming pools, a kids' playground (some free, some paid activities like paintball, painting, etc.) for kids' activities like cooking class and firefighter only available on Sundays and are paid. - Delicious breakfast for 2 people/room... I really didn't expect such a proper breakfast at that price point. - Gym facilities (shoes required) - Massage chair (paid) - Free parking - Very close to Sentul Circuit, easy to find food and snacks, and it's traffic-free, haha! Seriously, for under 300k IDR, this hotel is beyond worth it! It truly accommodates family vacations perfectly. - All the staff are super friendly... seriously, highly recommended... "Its a very nice and tranquil hotel. The rooms and buildings are rather old (built in the 80s), but they were maintained properly. The fixtures in the room, however, could use an upgrade to more modern ones, auch as rhe toilet bowl, cabinets, shower tiles, night stands, tables and chair. I stayed at a room with hot tub, and the hot tub is big and beautiful, but looks rather old and need to be renovated. It was a big room so it makes the rate that I paid was very worth it. The self parking was not covered. I arrived when it was raining hard. I soaked my clothes as there no umbrella I can borrow nor anybody there to help with umbrella. I reported to receptionist with my soaking wet clohtes, they just apologized and nothing to be done, not even offer towel to dry my clothes. This was big disappointment as it was a novotel, hospitality attention should be paid. The hotel was kind of a javanese old colonial model, so open style and you can enjoy fresh air. When the weather is hot, however, it could be really hot and steamy. Over all, it was a value for money hotel. Check in was very pleasant and fast. Since it was a secluded area which brings tranquility and fresh ait, it is located in rather secluded housing compound. So u have to go through rather small street to get here and no other restaurant except in the hotel. However, it is next to bogor raya golf course and they provide bicycle for excursion, also other activities. Keep it up, I will definitely come back to stay when I golf around the area or short staycation with family."

"This is a good resort type hotel at the foot of famous Taman Safari Indonesia (Safari Garden). We enjoyed the fresh air of below 20°C and the foggy environment (literally the cloud was so low or the altitude is high enough (1500m). My kids rode horse. The breakfast was so good (international, oriental and middle eastern)."

"I love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!"
