"I stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall, it was quite a pleasant experience. I really liked my room — it was clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing that surprised me was that the window to the balcony didn’t open, though I suppose it was designed that way. The onsen was absolutely wonderful — spacious, relaxing, and with a beautiful view of a mountain river. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also offers many different areas for leisure and entertainment. You can play table tennis, relax in cozy rest zones, visit small cafés and shops — there’s a lot to explore without even leaving the building. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of food to choose from. However, due to the number of guests, it was a bit challenging for the staff to manage everything smoothly. On two occasions, someone almost took my table, even though I had already placed the reservation card on it to show it was taken. That said, the staff overall were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and I appreciated their attitude throughout my stay. This hotel is clearly family-oriented, with many families staying with young children. There are rooms with child-friendly designs and dedicated play areas, so if you’re looking for a quiet, adult-only atmosphere, this might not be the best fit. That said, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back."

The traditional kaiseki dinner was exceptional! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing fresh, local ingredients. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with a perfect blend of spices. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a delightful culinary experience that complemented the serene surroundings perfectly! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to escape and rejuvenate in nature, have a comfortable and pleasant holiday away from the noisy and crowded big city. "The hotel is a little remote on the mountain, but the rooms are mostly clean and tidy. Due to the rain on the day, we ended the trip early and went to the hotel to soak in the hot springs early. The hot spring baths were so comfortable. The most especially the restaurant can't wear Japanese bathrobes to enter the venue. We have to go back to the room to change our clothes. The meal buffet has not many choices, but I am impressed that the Xi cold beef is delicious. All the hotel staff saw was foreign, and none of them looked like Japan, interesting. It happened that there was a car party that day. There were a lot of cars parked in the parking lot. Like the auto show, my husband took an umbrella to enjoy it. The hotel is close to Bailu Lake, Venus Red Leaf Route, although the red leaf period has passed, but there is another quiet taste"
