"A very good place to stay with before starting your journey to the Mt Fuji and its surrounding areas. Steps to/from the JR station. On Floor 4 of North Building, there is a lookout to view the amazing Fuji mountain given the weather is clear. Nice local restaurants and bars are also within walking distance from the hotel. The only point of demerit is that the hotel has no laundry facilities which means you have to carry your laundry basket to the nearby laundry facilities which is 200-300m away. Overall I would rate it 4 star."

"Stayed for 2 nights (breakfast included). Great hotel with great rooms and location, just across the bus stop. A lot of restaurants and mini markets in the area. Very helpful staff, helped us to send our baggages to the next hotel. Great breakfast with a great variety of drinks and dishes."

"Rooms are compact but well-equipped, convenient, clean, and highly functional. The bedding was standard but perfectly adequate. Breakfast, for a business hotel, was exceptional. Its location right next to Shin-Fuji Shinkansen station makes major transportation very convenient. However, it's not situated in a vibrant part of town or the old district, so local amenities are scarce. Given the affordable price, the overall experience was positive."

From the room, you can directly see Mount Fuji. However, transportation is inconvenient for foreigners as there's no subway in the city; you'll need a taxi. A taxi ride costs about 50 RMB."

"The hotel opened in recent years, the wood style is very comfortable, the room is simple, the front desk staff is kind and friendly, you have to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the room, the staff helped us to bring the box up to the room, thank you very much. You can pay 300 yen to enjoy the sauna service here, but unfortunately we arrived very late and did not enjoy it."

"This is hands down the best hotel in Fuji City. It's our preferred choice, especially when we go on 3-night golf trips with friends. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and though a bit compact, the public bath on the first floor boasts excellent water quality. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. TtnlgjI have traveled quite a bit in Japan alone. There is no place as good as this place. You can enjoy an open-air bath, but you can reserve a time and enjoy it in your own space. The exterior and interior design are very clean and comfortable. The owner was friendly and the restaurant he recommended was also great. Located right in front of Shinhuji Station. I will come again next time!!
It was a great time in this hostel ever. Actually I traveled Japan quite a lot thought I've never had experience at here like cozy and calm. Bath system was incredible and interior design was so Japan. And the location is just near by Sinfuji station. Host was so kind also. If.. I will come and stay here again definitely.

It's a classic Japanese business hotel room, which means it's a bit cramped with a small window that only opens slightly and has a privacy film, making the room feel a bit stuffy. However, the mattress was very comfortable.
【Amenities】You can pick up small packets of skincare products downstairs, including face cream, facial cleanser, makeup remover, and face masks. There are several different types of pillows available for selection on the first floor.
【Food & Beverage】In the evening, there's a self-service bar where you can mix your own cocktails. Breakfast is a standard Japanese breakfast.
【Service】The front desk staff spoke a little English but no Chinese. When speaking Japanese, however, their enthusiasm and politeness were very evident.
【Facilities】There are plenty of coin-operated washing machines on the first floor, as well as vending machines. You can store your luggage until the afternoon after checking out.

LLIUThis is a traditional Japanese hotel with a long history. In addition to Japanese special rooms, there are shared shower/small hot springs, free massage chairs, refrigerator microwave and other facilities. Some rooms have windows to see Mount Fuji. The most important thing is the polite and meticulous service. This store can be experienced as part of a tourist attraction.

So if you intend to stay in a calmer environment maybe to calm down after staying in big cities its perfect. The service is amazing as well. The owner helped a lot to get night bus tickets as the website translation was confusing...

孙孙The hotel has not seen Mount Fuji in two days. After living for two days, Mount Fuji has been shrouded in the fog of the clouds. When I was walking, I was having breakfast at the hotel’s rooftop restaurant. Suddenly the cloud opened for a while and I saw Mount Fuji. Staying for two consecutive days can ask them not to clean the room. When they come back, the staff puts toiletries and other items on the door of the room. It’s really intimate. The hotel is conveniently located at the east exit Fuji Expressway. The hotel staff is really very enthusiastic and responsible. I took the wallet on the train on the Shinkansen. The hotel staff helped to call the Shinkansen. The magical thing was that the wallet was found. Two days later, I went to Tokyo to get the wallet back.

AAnnyaalekssВ целом-то была очень большой удобно что туалет и ванная полностью раздельные также нормально работал кондиционер была микроволновка большая кровать, но рядом была караоке о котором на сайте trip.com не было ничего сказано и это бред полнейший почему я должна была терпеть пока кто-то веселиться всю ночь орёт очень громко в микрофон и так далее буквально в соседней двери я даже не знала как с этим бороться это было очень громко хозяин сказал что на сайте об этом написано но нет на самом деле об этом не было ничего написано на сайте
