"The hotel's facilities are relatively new, and the hardware conditions appear to be quite good. However, there's still room for improvement in daily maintenance and detailed cleaning. Occasionally, I noticed some dust and slight mold in the room, and the cleanliness inside the refrigerator could also be better.
The room size, as is typical for Japan, is on the compact side, but considering the overall price point, it's quite reasonable.
The gym, although not large, is equipped with Technogym machines, which is a plus for those with a fitness routine.
My experience with the laundry room was rather average; my clothes even had mud-like stains after washing. Since there are only three washing machines, if a previous guest takes a long time to retrieve their laundry, I suggest the hotel post clearer notices, perhaps indicating that the front desk can assist, to avoid inconveniencing subsequent guests.
Overall, the hygiene performance was decent, which might be due to a higher number of group travelers. However, considering the price, facilities, and overall condition, it's still a good value-for-money option and an acceptable choice."

"Hotels in Fukuoka are generally quite expensive, so I spent a long time searching before finding this one that was both affordable and conveniently located! It's just a 260-meter walk from Watanabe-dori Station, which is super convenient!
The room was also very spacious, with plenty of room to open up two large suitcases.
This is also one of the few hotels that provides bottled mineral water; many others only offer tap water for drinking.
Plus, the hotel lobby offers 24-hour free hot water and coffee☕, which is a really nice touch.
Oh, and their exfoliating towels are excellent – very thick and good quality, super effective!😜ོ"

"The room was small but had everything I needed. The front desk staff were all very friendly and would greet me proactively. Housekeeping was done daily and the room was kept very clean and tidy. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to the Hakata Station complex, and there's a direct express bus right outside the station that goes to Fukuoka Airport's International Terminal. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Fukuoka! 👍"

"Conveniently located in the Tenjin area and right next to the Tenjin stop (on the airport line) and also the underground street mall. there is a good line up for breakfast, though it only starts at 7am, which is difficult for those who are catching a 10am flight. A really busy hotel, which speaks of how good the location and service is, and perhaps the staff look over work. I made my way to the reception to get them to deliver a luggage rack up, which the reception promised she would do so personally this moment. But after 40mins still no sign and I needed to go to bed, so I made my way down and asked a 2nd time."

Bbyti.coWonderful location! A straight walk from Hakata Station (or you can take one stop on the subway). The hotel is right outside the subway station. Very short walk to Canal City too. A 24h pharmacy nearby with an AEON mart at the basement. There's good food around too. Really great location but if you stay the STAY ROOM type, please note that you will be facing a huge cemetery 🥲. It's mostly hidden by trees but you absolutely can see it. The hotel is right infront of the cemetery. Other room types won't get that view thankfully.
There's a free to use public bath, free ice pops, and free to use microwave. Washing machine outside is paid per use. You can see the status from your room. STAY ROOM washing is free with detergent provided 👍
Service was great initially. Check in team aided with my requests. However, checkout team was not the best. I arrived at the counter, confused and in a rush but the team in the morning all stood behind the counter, leaning their backs to the wall. I utter a word of question and nobody came forward to help. I tried to figure it out myself, by slotting in the card, then finally someone came forward, no talk no acknowledgement, tapped some stuff - all in japanese - and then nothing. I was confused, then one of the English speaking stuff said ”all done”... I was very unimpressed with this service. Especially with the sight of all of them leaning against the wall when I obviously needed help. Really a downer to a good stay.

Coming back from a concert, I could even enjoy the massage chair, and they provide face masks and foot patches to relieve fatigue – truly a divine hotel! MmeruchanStayed at JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Hakata Central during my trip to Fukuoka and overall had a very comfortable experience.
Location:
The hotel is very conveniently located just a short walk from Hakata Station, making it extremely easy to get around the city or catch trains. One useful pro-tip: on the day we were leaving for the airport it was raining, and we discovered there is an underground passage connecting to the subway right next to the hotel. There is no clear signage from the hotel side, it just looks like a staircase going down to the basement but it connects directly to the underground network leading to the subway. The only downside is that there is no elevator, so it may not be ideal if you have heavy luggage.
Room:
The room felt quite spacious by Japanese standards. We were able to comfortably open 2 large suitcases, 1 medium suitcase, and 1 cabin luggage without feeling cramped. The bathroom was also relatively large, which is a nice plus compared to many business hotels in Japan.
Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay, especially if you plan to travel frequently via Hakata Station.

GGuest UserThe location was superb as it's just a few steps away from the underground entrance to the metro. There's also a 24Hr supermarket just minutes walk from the hotel above ground or if it's raining you can take the metro underground walkway which will also get you right to the entrance of supermarket. There are a few drug stores nearby (for medicine / cosmetics) and some open till 9pm or even midnight. It's only a very short walk to get to Canal city shopping area which has an array of shops and dinning options.
We stayed for 5 nights and breakfast was included in our room rate and it was very good with a decent amount of choices (we ended up eating there 4/5 mornings). Although the dinning area was not very big so if you're there during peak hours there could be a bit of a wait.
The room was a standard 'Dormy' room that you'd expect in almost any other Dormy Inn but for this particular hotel we felt the cleaning needs a bit of work. We have a habit of wiping down the shelves / tables before placing our things and even after three rounds of wiping with wet cloth / tissue it's still grey which shook us a bit.

BBee Hong OngI love this hotel as it's very convenient, near to Hakata Station, shopping area where you can buy everything under one roof. Hotel is clean, staff very friendly, and it comes with free coffee, free soba, free flow of wine and sake. Laundry at level 5 is convenient with free clothing compress that helps me so much when packing my luggage. Easy transport to and fro airport and hotel. Good breakfast with many choices but expensive when rooms without breakfast anyway I enjoyed my stay with Oriental Hotel and will recommend it to friends travelling to Fukuoka.

JJessie SoonHotel is located on streets with many famous eateries and shops amongst local and foreign tourists. Tenjin Minami station on Nanakuma Line is 5-6 mins away on foot. Travelled in 3 pax and coincidentally on the weekend where there was a bunch concert and live shows happening in the city so hotel rate was extra expensive (normal weekend is alr very expensive).. Found this hotel within our budget and can fit 3 pax. Sofa bed was kinda comfortable but not the pillow. More used to firmer latex ones while the one they provided is either polyester or microfiber filled so it was very very very soft! Room was tight when the 3 of us opened our luggage. Shower has good water pressure. There’s also public bath on site. They provide in room water purifier machine too.

MMarie AjaiThis hotel was pretty entertaining, check in would have been a breeze if we booked only one room. the check in is seamless, all automated while the velociraptors look at you. we needed some assistance since both rooms were under one name and the system cannot accept one name for both rooms. the attendant was promptly notified by the check in machine itself and we received assistance quickly. as with most Japanese hotels now, most of the amenities were by the check in counter, robes and razors. The towels and toothbrush were in the room. Ground floor is where you have breakfast - it is self service and the staff refills it. i think this is pretty decent for a meal - no frills... since one would go out to enjoy the japanese cuisine anyway instead of filling up too much on breakfast. the drink bar is very helpful. ice, water, soda and juices. there are snacks in the afternoon and at night, they have a selection of alcohol and popcorn. this is very convenient.
The rooms were surprisingly spacious - we got a twin room and we could open two medium sized luggage and one small hand carry for packing easily. the bath, toilet and sink were all separate which made it very convenient. Some rooms had decor, unfortunately we didnt get one of the special rooms. you can see its special since the door would have decor on it.
they replace the towels and trash bags daily unless you place the do not disturb sign.
Check out is extremely easy. Unless you charged anything to the room, you use the same ATM looking machine to feed it all your dispensed room keys and then youre all checked out.
I do recommend this hotel - its pretty convenient with all the items needed (no skin care or bath bombs though). Would stay here again when i get the chance. Its definitely a different experience!

SSinsinisThe room is quite small, and it’s a bit difficult for two people to open their suitcases at the same time — we had to take turns. Other than that, everything was very good. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. I had seen reviews mentioning ikura, but it wasn’t available during my stay, which was a little disappointing. Still, I was overall very impressed.
