"The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. She even thoughtfully asked if I needed late-night snacks delivered to my room in the evening, and sent me a message in the morning to have breakfast delivered to my room. The service was excellent, and I had a very good overall impression of the front desk! The cleanliness was good; the front desk called to inquire about housekeeping and arranged for a staff member to clean, which made me feel very reassured! The bedding was soft and comfortable, greatly improving my sleep quality. Highly recommended! The room was larger than usual, and the facilities were quite complete. It was very convenient to contact the front desk anytime if needed. Overall, the experience was fantastic. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and late-night eateries nearby. Getting around is very easy, as the street is right outside the door. Despite being a slightly older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained and function very smoothly. The price-performance ratio is excellent; I'm very satisfied with this hotel at this price."

"This was an exceptionally wonderful travel experience, and I have to give it a huge thumbs up! My two days at this hotel were my favorite part of the entire Guizhou trip. The scenery was breathtaking, and even sleeping better was a breeze in the mountains! The hotel food was delicious! I also participated in some of the hotel's activities! Most importantly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and the atmosphere was fantastic. We even had outdoor movie screenings every night! Watching the Mid-Autumn Festival gala together, eating mooncakes, and admiring the moon was truly wonderful~ (^V^) I'll definitely come back again!"

It's definitely more hassle-free than staying inside the village itself. If you book a room on the 5th floor, you'll be treated to a fantastic view. The rooms are spacious, the heating is excellent, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is located next to Kaili Wanda Plaza, offering convenient access to the street. Driving is possible, and free parking is available. Taxis and buses are also available right outside the hotel. The distance to the Grand Cross is 1.5 kilometers, which is a reasonable distance. The rooms are well-equipped, including a laundry basket with laundry service. Hot water is available quickly, and the air conditioning is warm. In the evening, the waiter brings fruit to the room, and you can order milk and Tremella soup, also free of charge. The hotel provides disposable toilet seats, makeup remover wipes, and face towels. Breakfast includes freshly ground soy milk with a rich bean flavor, and the beef noodle soup in sour soup is delicious! The staff enthusiastically recommends tourist attractions. The village T show, featuring a local folk costume show, was a great experience!"

The surrounding transportation is convenient, about a five minute drive from Kaili South Station. The atmosphere is quiet, and the room design is ingenious. The quiet and beautiful atmosphere is easy to create.
"Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)"

"The hotel's location is superb, just two floors below the observation deck. The night view is spectacular, so you don't have to jostle with crowds on the deck for photos. I set an alarm for 6:30 AM and captured stunning pictures of the village shrouded in morning mist from my balcony, then went back to sleep until after 10 AM. It was a fantastic experience. Plus, the owner upgraded our room from the second-floor 'Thousand Paper Cranes' to a similarly located room on the third floor, making the view even better. Private cars aren't allowed in the scenic area; you have to take a shuttle bus to the observation deck. The owner met us there early and helped with our luggage. The hotel also provided complimentary welcome fruit, which was a thoughtful touch. After check-in, they gave us a detailed overview of the village's layout, including dining areas and popular photo spots. I recommend bringing your own towels."

"I didn't take pictures. It was already 1.2 in the early morning. When I arrived, no one at the front desk shouted 2 voices. The front desk lady came. When checking in, I also talked to other staff at the same time and said that the car waited and asked the staff to help stop because the parking lot was too narrow for the guests to stop. Then it seemed to be finished, but the front desk was calling again. The room card and ID card were gone. I immediately gave it to me, and then I didn’t tell the number of floors. I didn’t explain the time of the breakfast. (Caused me to miss breakfast the next morning! Or call the front desk in the morning to ask the end time result 9: 30 is over. It's a bit early). After the front desk returned to God, I gave the room card and ID card, and then we went up with our luggage. Summary: The whole process at the front desk was not very enthusiastic and too flat. I didn't explain the specific time node to the guests, which caused me to miss breakfast! Then the room faces the street, and the hum of the car passing by can still be heard when the window is closed. Although the sound does not affect sleep. It is relatively not so quiet. That's it, I hope the hotel will strengthen management."

"The hotel was well-maintained, clean and tidy. Although the facilities were older models, they were well-maintained, indicating excellent room service and management. However, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. Breakfast stopped at 9:30 AM, which was too early. When I arrived at 9:00 AM, all the dishes were empty. I had no idea what was on the empty plates. I only managed to grab some steamed cake, steamed dumplings, and a small piece of greens. Luckily, there was a noodle station where I could get some. There were many other guests waiting with empty plates, and in the end, I only got two plates of stir-fried greens. It was the first time I'd ever experienced not getting enough to eat at a hotel."

"The hotel has a good location, 300 meters from the West Gate Visitor Center of the Miao Village. The front desk staff were friendly. There is free parking, but it's a few hundred meters away, which isn't very convenient. The rooms are quite small, with almost no space to put anything. Cleanliness was acceptable. The rooftop restaurant was under renovation, so breakfast was arranged at another restaurant, but the owner was unfriendly; he was unhappy about having an extra egg!"
