Everything was well-maintained and the overall vibe was cozy and relaxing. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It’s super convenient to get around — we easily took Didi from the hotel to places like Xiasi Ancient Town and Miao Village, which made our trip so smooth and stress-free 👀 There are also plenty of food options and shops nearby, especially being close to Wanda Plaza, so everything you need is within reach. Overall, such a convenient and comfortable stay. Highly recommended, especially if you’re planning to explore around Kaili 🤍✨"

"The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. She even thoughtfully asked if I needed late-night snacks delivered to my room in the evening, and sent me a message in the morning to have breakfast delivered to my room. The service was excellent, and I had a very good overall impression of the front desk! The cleanliness was good; the front desk called to inquire about housekeeping and arranged for a staff member to clean, which made me feel very reassured! "The hotel was well-maintained, clean and tidy. Although the facilities were older models, they were well-maintained, indicating excellent room service and management. However, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. Breakfast stopped at 9:30 AM, which was too early. When I arrived at 9:00 AM, all the dishes were empty. I had no idea what was on the empty plates. I only managed to grab some steamed cake, steamed dumplings, and a small piece of greens. Luckily, there was a noodle station where I could get some. There were many other guests waiting with empty plates, and in the end, I only got two plates of stir-fried greens. It was the first time I'd ever experienced not getting enough to eat at a hotel."

"The hotel has a great environment and is very convenient whether you drive or take a taxi. There is free parking, and it's very close to the city center. There are restaurants downstairs, and the receptionist was very patient in recommending local good food. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable, with a particularly soft bed that I slept very well. The breakfast was also delicious and great value for money. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was exceptional. If I could give six stars I would do. The hotel itself is really pleasantly designed. The layout is friendly and comfortable. The food is really good.The breakfast was outstanding with amazing selection of different dishes. The bedroom was very comfortable I slept exceptionally well. What makes this hotel special is the staff, they are incredibly attentive, and make sure that you are comfortable in every way possible. In particular I want to mention the lady called YangYang - She is probably one of the best hosts I have met anywhere and she is the reason I would give SIX stars! Location wise. It is very convenient to the high-speed rail station. It is slightly less convenient to the town of Kaili itself which requires a short taxi ride. But don’t let that deter you if you are arriving by HSR this must be your number one choice. Well done Yang Yang and team."

"The owner gave me the route guide in advance, making my journey very smooth. They even helped me with my luggage upon arrival and told me about the local attractions around the viewpoint. The hotel room was clean and tidy. Standing on the balcony, the view was absolutely stunning, with no obstructions. The owner also introduced me to local tourist attractions and Miao culture. The owner was kind, gentle, and welcoming. The hotel provided disposable toiletries, snacks, and bottled water, which made me feel at ease. They were very thoughtful in every way. Staying at this hotel is definitely worth the price; you won't be disappointed. The service was excellent."

"I didn't take pictures. It was already 1.2 in the early morning. When I arrived, no one at the front desk shouted 2 voices. The front desk lady came. When checking in, I also talked to other staff at the same time and said that the car waited and asked the staff to help stop because the parking lot was too narrow for the guests to stop. Then it seemed to be finished, but the front desk was calling again. The room card and ID card were gone. I immediately gave it to me, and then I didn’t tell the number of floors. I didn’t explain the time of the breakfast. (Caused me to miss breakfast the next morning! Or call the front desk in the morning to ask the end time result 9: 30 is over. It's a bit early). After the front desk returned to God, I gave the room card and ID card, and then we went up with our luggage. Summary: The whole process at the front desk was not very enthusiastic and too flat. I didn't explain the specific time node to the guests, which caused me to miss breakfast! Then the room faces the street, and the hum of the car passing by can still be heard when the window is closed. Although the sound does not affect sleep. It is relatively not so quiet. "This hotel is conveniently located near the West Gate of Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. The owner is incredibly kind and offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the village whenever you need it, which is a huge plus! It's definitely more hassle-free than staying inside the village itself. If you book a room on the 5th floor, you'll be treated to a fantastic view. The rooms are spacious, the heating is excellent, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend!"

The entertainment should be great. ⛺️ Xijiang, which went from Libo Qikong, was informed in the housekeeper group when it departed. After arriving, it was found that the air conditioner in the room had been turned on in advance. The temperature in Xijiang was really a bit different from the city. The room had floor heating and turned off the air conditioner. Sleeping at night would not be so dry. The room has two 1.5 rice beds. The sofa with floor-to-ceiling windows can also be opened to sleep. 🍱 It rained in the middle of the night. It was really intimate that the housekeeper sent breakfast directly to the room in the morning. There were free drinks and beer in the refrigerator in the room. The wine cups and teapots were all available. The last thing I lived in was a punt room. Four people can also live in it. It is very suitable for families or small sisters.
