"The hotel is conveniently located near the road, making it easy to get around. The lobby is clean and tidy, and the front desk staff are all smiles and very enthusiastic during check-in. They mentioned that after checking in, we could receive complimentary fruit, milk, and soup. They also offer laundry service, where clothes are washed, dried, and returned to the room, with no limit on the number of items or times. All the hotel staff are very welcoming. I'll definitely come back next time!"

"We stayed 3 nights in Leli Villa. The best part was the prompt butler services - they helped us arranged a shared transport to & fro 镇远古城 which is 135km away. In addition, picked up and dropped off at 凯里南站 were provided. Breakfast was sumptuous; daily fruits, afternoon tea and nightly desserts were also provided. We could feel their sincerity in making their guest's stay comfortably. Aesthetically, the hotel”s decor was nice. However, the worst part was the bathroom. There was no place at all to hang your towel nor clothes. There was a big bathtub placed in the room which was not essential. I would rather have a nice couch or another table for us to place our stuff. Light switches behind the bed were unreachable and we had to on/off lights near door entrance."

"The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. She even thoughtfully asked if I needed late-night snacks delivered to my room in the evening, and sent me a message in the morning to have breakfast delivered to my room. The service was excellent, and I had a very good overall impression of the front desk! The cleanliness was good; the front desk called to inquire about housekeeping and arranged for a staff member to clean, which made me feel very reassured! The bedding was soft and comfortable, greatly improving my sleep quality. Highly recommended! The room was larger than usual, and the facilities were quite complete. It was very convenient to contact the front desk anytime if needed. Overall, the experience was fantastic. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and late-night eateries nearby. Getting around is very easy, as the street is right outside the door. Despite being a slightly older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained and function very smoothly. The price-performance ratio is excellent; I'm very satisfied with this hotel at this price."

Especially the luggage is difficult to drag to the place to live, so it is wise to choose to live outside the scenic spot. 🎢 The staff established a reception service group in advance and entered the vehicle information. It is very convenient to live here for free parking and provide charging piles. There are two types of RVs and Peng Rooms. It is estimated that you have to book in advance during the peak season. There are several outdoor projects in the camp. If the weather is good, you can gather with friends here. The entertainment should be great. ⛺️ Xijiang, which went from Libo Qikong, was informed in the housekeeper group when it departed. After arriving, it was found that the air conditioner in the room had been turned on in advance. The temperature in Xijiang was really a bit different from the city. The room had floor heating and turned off the air conditioner. Sleeping at night would not be so dry. The room has two 1.5 rice beds. The sofa with floor-to-ceiling windows can also be opened to sleep. 🍱 It rained in the middle of the night. It was really intimate that the housekeeper sent breakfast directly to the room in the morning. There were free drinks and beer in the refrigerator in the room. The wine cups and teapots were all available. The last thing I lived in was a punt room. Four people can also live in it. It is very suitable for families or small sisters. Praise the housekeeper for helping with the luggage throughout the process."

"The hotel was well-maintained, clean and tidy. Although the facilities were older models, they were well-maintained, indicating excellent room service and management. However, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. Breakfast stopped at 9:30 AM, which was too early. When I arrived at 9:00 AM, all the dishes were empty. I had no idea what was on the empty plates. I only managed to grab some steamed cake, steamed dumplings, and a small piece of greens. Luckily, there was a noodle station where I could get some. There were many other guests waiting with empty plates, and in the end, I only got two plates of stir-fried greens. It was the first time I'd ever experienced not getting enough to eat at a hotel."

"This hotel is located in Longtang Miao Village, nestled independently on a mountain outside the village. The drive up can be a bit challenging. The hotel perfectly embodies a 'wild luxury' style, and the room views are impeccable. It's operated by the villagers, meaning the income directly benefits the local community. A staff member will meet you at the hotel parking lot for transfers, and an uncle will help with luggage to your room or the front desk. The hotel's dinner is also excellent; the local rice field fish and river snails were memorable, and the cured pork was absolutely fantastic. Overall, this hotel is a true paradise for relaxation and quiet contemplation. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back."

"I didn't take pictures. It was already 1.2 in the early morning. When I arrived, no one at the front desk shouted 2 voices. The front desk lady came. When checking in, I also talked to other staff at the same time and said that the car waited and asked the staff to help stop because the parking lot was too narrow for the guests to stop. Then it seemed to be finished, but the front desk was calling again. The room card and ID card were gone. I immediately gave it to me, and then I didn’t tell the number of floors. I didn’t explain the time of the breakfast. (Caused me to miss breakfast the next morning! Or call the front desk in the morning to ask the end time result 9: 30 is over. It's a bit early). After the front desk returned to God, I gave the room card and ID card, and then we went up with our luggage. Summary: The whole process at the front desk was not very enthusiastic and too flat. I didn't explain the specific time node to the guests, which caused me to miss breakfast! Then the room faces the street, and the hum of the car passing by can still be heard when the window is closed. Although the sound does not affect sleep. It is relatively not so quiet. That's it, I hope the hotel will strengthen management."

"We only stayed one night in Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, but the owner's service was excellent. The location is fantastic, and they offer shuttle service to and from the West Gate Visitor Center, available on-demand, which made our trip much more relaxed. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, and we even got to see a sea of clouds in the morning!"

"Highly recommended. room space is spacious and superb clean✨ Perfect amenities provided, and as we are light travellers, we hotel provide washing machine and dryer, and helps a lot as we need not have to bring too much clothing's, but avoid paying for the extra luggage charges, so very convenient 👍 Hotel staff very friendly & helpful, helps to book 'shared taxi' to the train station & others 🙏 Would recommend to stay this hotel as compared to the tourist centre, but too busy & and crowded. I this is Hotel is nearby the centre & not recommended to stay at the tribe village hotel, but you may have to carry luggage transferring from the main entrance & to the small buses here & there. Here you can easily access to the ticket centre & get the buses to the tourist attraction centres👍"
