"The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. She even thoughtfully asked if I needed late-night snacks delivered to my room in the evening, and sent me a message in the morning to have breakfast delivered to my room. The service was excellent, and I had a very good overall impression of the front desk! The cleanliness was good; the front desk called to inquire about housekeeping and arranged for a staff member to clean, which made me feel very reassured! The bedding was soft and comfortable, greatly improving my sleep quality. Highly recommended! The room was larger than usual, and the facilities were quite complete. It was very convenient to contact the front desk anytime if needed. Overall, the experience was fantastic. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and late-night eateries nearby. Getting around is very easy, as the street is right outside the door. Despite being a slightly older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained and function very smoothly. The price-performance ratio is excellent; I'm very satisfied with this hotel at this price."

"The hotel's overall environment is quite pleasant. Although a bit remote and the road up the mountain is a bit winding, the view from the hotel is well worth it, overlooking the entire valley. The housekeeper was also very helpful, turning on the heater in advance, helping with our luggage, and even bringing us a large bowl of fruit. Compared to other accommodations within Qianhu Miao Village, this one is remarkably quiet. We were the only family staying that day, so it was quite peaceful, and we could hear the crows cawing outside. Highly recommended for those who enjoy listening to the sounds of nature. It's also perfect for small groups and team building. If you're not pressed for time, you can stay in the hotel for a while, enjoying the beautiful valley views and even wearing Miao clothing (provided free of charge) for photos. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Most of the appliances are Xiaomi. It would be even better if they could be upgraded with smart technology."

"Facilities: Well-equipped and quite new. They even upgraded our room. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Excellent. It's about 400 meters from the west gate of the scenic area, and the guesthouse manager helps with pick-ups and drop-offs to the attraction. Plus, there's parking right in front of the guesthouse, which is very convenient for those driving. Service: Fantastic, the manager was very professional."

Taxis and buses are also available right outside the hotel. The distance to the Grand Cross is 1.5 kilometers, which is a reasonable distance. The rooms are well-equipped, including a laundry basket with laundry service. Hot water is available quickly, and the air conditioning is warm. In the evening, the waiter brings fruit to the room, and you can order milk and Tremella soup, also free of charge. The hotel provides disposable toilet seats, makeup remover wipes, and face towels. Breakfast includes freshly ground soy milk with a rich bean flavor, and the beef noodle soup in sour soup is delicious! The staff enthusiastically recommends tourist attractions. The village T show, featuring a local folk costume show, was a great experience!"

The surrounding transportation is convenient, about a five minute drive from Kaili South Station. The atmosphere is quiet, and the room design is ingenious. The quiet and beautiful atmosphere is easy to create.
"Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)"

"Decided to visit Guizhou for the Chinese New Year, so I booked this B&B early. The price was great, and all the accommodations on our Guizhou trip were fantastic. This particular B&B has an excellent location; it's just twenty or thirty steps down from the scenic viewpoint in the area. There's also a popular photo spot for travel photography right next to the house. We didn't have to get up too early the next morning, and since no one else was there, we spent half the day taking pictures. We only realized just before leaving that the guesthouse has its own viewpoint with amazing scenery. Our room was clean and tidy, and the view from the window was stunning. The owner was incredibly hospitable, helping us with our luggage, offering tangerines to our child, and even suggesting routes for us. When we came back late after taking photos one evening, I called the owner to ask for an extra pillow. He had just fallen asleep and was woken up, but he wasn't impatient at all. Many say that Qianjiang Miao Village is too commercialized, but exploring it at night, or early in the morning before the crowds arrive, and taking photos in Miao ethnic clothing is still quite enjoyable. The pictures below show the view from the guesthouse at night and in the morning."

"I have to say, this hotel really amazed me. After looking at several hotels online, I finally chose Fuzao Hotel. From the warm greeting at the front desk when entering the lobby to entering the room and seeing the facilities in the room, it was the best choice. Moreover, the room is large enough, the decoration is very beautiful, the mattress is comfortable to sleep on, the waist is not tired, the shower in the rain is also comfortable, and the breakfast is also rich (unfortunately I forgot to take pictures in the rush). In short, I will stay here again next time I come to Kaili!"

"The hotel was well-maintained, clean and tidy. Although the facilities were older models, they were well-maintained, indicating excellent room service and management. However, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. Breakfast stopped at 9:30 AM, which was too early. When I arrived at 9:00 AM, all the dishes were empty. I had no idea what was on the empty plates. I only managed to grab some steamed cake, steamed dumplings, and a small piece of greens. Luckily, there was a noodle station where I could get some. There were many other guests waiting with empty plates, and in the end, I only got two plates of stir-fried greens. It was the first time I'd ever experienced not getting enough to eat at a hotel."

"Highly recommended. room space is spacious and superb clean✨ Perfect amenities provided, and as we are light travellers, we hotel provide washing machine and dryer, and helps a lot as we need not have to bring too much clothing's, but avoid paying for the extra luggage charges, so very convenient 👍 Hotel staff very friendly & helpful, helps to book 'shared taxi' to the train station & others 🙏 Would recommend to stay this hotel as compared to the tourist centre, but too busy & and crowded. I this is Hotel is nearby the centre & not recommended to stay at the tribe village hotel, but you may have to carry luggage transferring from the main entrance & to the small buses here & there. Here you can easily access to the ticket centre & get the buses to the tourist attraction centres👍"
