"The overall experience of this stay is quite satisfactory. The location of the hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station and it is particularly convenient to travel. I made an appointment in advance for the pick-up service. The driver Xiao Han Shige was punctual and enthusiastic, helping with luggage, and the whole process was intimate and thoughtful. Special praise to the manager Huihui, the service is warm, serious and responsible, and the problems are solved in time, which makes people feel very at ease. The room hygiene is in place. The room attendants who are responsible for cleaning in the past three days are very careful. The room is clean and tidy, friendly, and the living is very comfortable.
The only small suggestion: the staff and arrangements on the third floor are a bit messy during the holidays. I hope that the follow-up can be optimized and the better.
Overall recommendation, warm service, will choose here next time you come to Hunchun!"

"The suite we stayed in was spacious and well-decorated. The front desk lady even gave us an extra breakfast when we checked in.
But I have to say:
The breakfast was terrible. There were no more than 10 items in total. I arrived at 8:30 and the place was completely empty. I had a boiled egg, but there was really nothing else to eat.
In our suite, there was a constant clatter of chairs being moved upstairs. Calling the hotel front desk was completely ineffective. Later, we learned that the upstairs room had been converted into a mahjong room. The next day, when we checked out, we reported it to the front desk, asking them to put down carpet to soundproof it, otherwise it would be too noisy downstairs and we wouldn't be able to sleep well. The man at the front desk, without even looking at us, simply said, ”That's just your luck.” Did I? It was so noisy upstairs that I couldn't sleep well. Is it just bad luck?!"

The design of the room is simple and stylish, the lighting can adjust the brightness and color, and the atmosphere is directly full at night. The bed was moderately hard and the mattress was of great quality. I slept for two nights and my waist didn't hurt at all. The bathroom was completely separated from wet and dry, and there was no water on the floor after the shower. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, laundry detergent and softener are prepared, and clothes can be cleaned when going out. The front desk staff is super skilled in business, check-in and check-out are super fast, and they also take the initiative to help plan the surrounding play routes. The experience is superb and highly recommended!
