Plus, there's a taxi stand just a few steps from the elevator, which is incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Okayama."

"Overall, a great stay. The room was quite spacious; I could comfortably lay out my 24-inch suitcase. Toiletries were provided, including small samples of DHC cleansing oil, toner, and moisturizer. The location isn't super close to the station, but it's an easy walk to JR Okayama Station. Breakfast was also very good. The overall flavors were on the milder side, but you could add soy sauce to taste. Compared to several other hotels I've stayed at, this one offered a wider selection of desserts. The cream puffs were absolutely delicious! And the grilled sausages were excellent, with a crispy skin and plenty of juice."

"I was happy to see the view of Okayama Castle.
The front desk staff was also very kind.
Everything was clean. I'm glad I stayed at Excel Hotel.
Unfortunately, the WiFi in the lobby was hard to connect to, and there were no slippers in the room.
But, overall very good. I'd like to stay here again if I go to Okayama."

"Seeing that the price included breakfast and dinner, I booked it despite the old facilities. I had planned to stay for three days, but it was impossible to find a non-smoking twin room for the weekend, so I had to give up and book two separate nights instead. We checked in at 8:15 PM and made it in time for dinner. My friend and I each chose a set meal, and the curry rice was delicious. Picture 5 shows the breakfast, which was filling enough.
There's a small hot spring bath available. Remember to bring your own towel. You'll need to get the key from the front desk. For women, follow the signs past the restaurant to the right (opposite the laundry room) where there's an elevator to the second floor.
Overall, it's great value for money, so who cares about minor imperfections?
The only slight issue was that the restaurant floor was a bit greasy and sticky."

"It's close to the station, easy to find, and in a great location.
I was also grateful that they were so kind as to let me leave my luggage before check-in.
As for amenities, you can collect only the ones you need from the front desk.
There were no problems.
The washrooms were also very clean. I was impressed that the faucets were sparkling clean.
I didn't order breakfast this time, but I think I'll order it next time I visit.
I've stayed at Washington Plaza in other cities, so the Wi-Fi had already been set up and I was able to connect easily."

SSiu ManThe hotel is in a good location, just 5 minutes away from Okayama Station. There are large shopping malls nearby, so it is very easy to find food. The hotel's self-service check-in is also very convenient, and the staff are also happy to help if you have any questions. I really like the breakfast at Toyoko Inn, it's delicious!

GGuest UserThe room is very small, but very clean and well-equipped. The room rate of less than 400 also includes breakfast, which is a simple Japanese breakfast and tastes better. The hotel provides toiletries, which can be picked up on the ground floor. There is also a washing machine and dryer. It takes 5-6 minutes to walk to the JR station. Except for the faint sound of trains outside, it is almost perfect and a very good stay experience.

YYUZULEMONAlthough I checked in late at night, the front desk staff were very courteous and made my stay comfortable.
It's about a 10-minute walk from the east exit of Okayama Station. There was a cute orange Myra stuffed toy on display in the lobby. There was a picture of Myra next to the bed in my room, and even the cups and toothbrushes were Myra designs—I love cute things, so it was very comforting. The room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. Myra seems to be the hotel's cute symbol. I also really appreciated the 24-hour free all-you-can-eat ice cream sticks and all-you-can-drink coffee, as well as the all-you-can-eat Yamazaki bread in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located near Don Quijote, Aeon Mall, and convenience stores. Nishikawa Ryokudo Park is also nearby.
I would love to stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit Okayama.

If I had to say one thing,
the coin laundry was a little hard to use.

1. The facilities are old. In addition to the two sockets on the table, there is one at the door of the toilet, and the main point is that you forget to take it away. They sell everything under the concept of environmental protection, water is 100, various vending machines, and toothbrushes and toothpaste are taken downstairs.
2. The bathroom bar is definitely cleaner than in China, maybe because it's old. Anyway, the table and bedspread look a bit uncomfortable. I ordered a big bed, and the bedspread made my butt itch after using it for a while
3. It's far away from Okayama, 20 minutes walk, mainly because the road is bumpy all the way there, it's really not friendly to pull a big suitcase. From the hotel to the nearby dining place is basically equivalent to walking back to the station. Even the convenience store is less than 10 minutes away, which is definitely not the distance to buy water in slippers and coats.
4. I spent a long time looking for the name when I checked in, and I met a wave of business meeting guests. Who said Japan is quiet?
If it's a good place, it includes breakfast, and the variety is quite rich. Early in the morning, curry rice, French bread and coffee...

They provide a japanese style dinner, which is sadly not vegetarian and a breakfast buffet, which isn‘t bad. The room had a smoking smell and the bed and pillows are very hard, which we found pretty uncomfortable though.

GGuest UserActually, it is right next to the railway but you have to take a slight detour. I think the ecology near Niwase Station is very good. You can see super cute cormorants catching big carp. The area around the hotel is very quiet. The room is quite large, much larger than the average Japanese business hotel. There are also massage chairs and jacuzzi. It is very comfortable to soak in the massage chair after walking all day. I fell asleep in the massage chair. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and always smiling. The hygiene is very clean. The soles of your feet are especially clean when you walk barefoot. There is a 711 nearby, but the hotel can also order meals. You have a good rest. I highly recommend this hotel.

KKaiara2597The location is nice. Although, I got a smaller room than I saw in the pictures, I couldn’t stand up straight because the roof was so low. Also, there was a short went to another room and I had to craft a curtain because the light from the other room shined straight on my face and you can’t sleep the other way around because there’s not enough room. Furthermore, even though I left my keys for the cleaners, they just left the clean towels and sheets outside my room and told me to do it and the key was left in my door. But the showers and toilets was nice and you have privacy which is nice.
