"Overall, the butler service is exceptional. She is diligent and friendly, contributing significantly to our experience. The space is new, clean, and tidy, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Both dinner and breakfast are superb, with an impressive menu that showcases high-quality ingredients and beautiful presentation. However, I would appreciate it if the check-in and check-out schedules allowed for more flexibility. We had to start dinner early, with our 6:30 PM reservation being the last available slot. Additionally, we left almost immediately after finishing breakfast at 10 AM, which did not provide a relaxing experience. I also noticed that the back office is connected to the Snow Room, and while the butler kindly knocked before entering, there is no way for guests to lock the door from the inside. This could raise privacy concerns for some guests. I believe this is a facilities issue, perhaps a teething problem for such a new premises, that management should address to enhance the overall guest experience."
