"I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 PM and completed the check-in process. The official check-in time was 2:00 PM, and they gave me the room about 5–10 minutes after that. During that time, they mentioned the room was still being cleaned. Normally, housekeeping should be finished by check-in time, so it felt a bit delayed. That said, since it was only a short wait, it wasn’t a big issue—I just wanted to mention it. The hotel is located slightly outside the central area, but I actually see this as an advantage. It’s in a quieter and more peaceful neighborhood, away from the crowds. At the same time, the center is still within walking distance—about 1 to 1.5 kilometers. If you rent a motorbike or don’t mind walking, the location works very well. I liked the hotel overall. It is well-maintained and not old or worn out. The surroundings are green, and the landscaping is nicely done. My room was also very nice—spacious and located in a quiet area. One downside was the TV. It was not a smart TV and did not show any channels at all, which I would consider a negative point. Other than that, the air conditioning worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable. Personally, I liked this hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. I cannot comment on the breakfast since I didn’t try it. There is parking available, so if you rent a motorbike, you can park it easily. For this price range, I found the hotel to be very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it. "The room was very clean and cozy, which made it wonderfully relaxing after long days of temple hopping. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The pool was also beautiful and quiet, perfect for an afternoon cool-down. "A wonderful hotel located close to all entertainment spots. There is a shuttle stop from the airport nearby. Delicious breakfasts and very friendly staff. A clean pool and clean rooms. The only thing I didn’t like was that on the second floor the water pressure was low, and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. Otherwise, everything was perfect."

"I rarely write detailed reviews, but I couldn't pass this one up. Cambodia pleasantly surprised us, and I can confidently recommend this hotel, and indeed a visit to this wonderful place, to everyone! First off, we were able to check in early since our room was available, which was a huge plus after nearly a full day of travel. Even better, our room was upgraded to a higher category, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was clean, spacious, and smelled wonderfully of some essential oil. I was also pleasantly surprised by the in-room tea station, where you could brew proper loose-leaf tea, not just tea bags. Breakfasts were excellent. Since we often left early for excursions, they prepared packed breakfast boxes for us. On the days we had breakfast at the hotel, there was plenty to ensure you wouldn't leave hungry. A huge bonus was the coffee machine where the staff would make your coffee. I particularly want to highlight the view during breakfast – if you're an early riser, you can catch a beautiful sunrise. We also ordered food from their restaurant, and everything was delicious. The hotel has a clean swimming pool (we saw them cleaning it early in the morning) and a small gym. You can also book a massage right at the hotel, which we did, trying their local massage – highly recommended! We also booked all our excursions through the hotel. The staff helped us choose trips for all our days, which was super because we didn't have to search for everything ourselves. Plus, we had a very negative experience with tuk-tuks in Sri Lanka, so this way we felt safer. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center, close to everything. All the staff were very kind and friendly. A big thank you to all of you; we wish your hotel prosperity and many more guests!"

"Overall this was not a bad place to stay but it wasn’t the best place either! The room was clean, nice and spacious. Also the location was good being a 10 min walk to pub street. However, the Air conditioning wasn’t great so the room was mostly warm other than where the bed was. Then the biggest downside was the pool, even though it was very enjoyable in the heat. For some reason it ruined our swimwear as the water seemed to dye all of our bright swimwear orange. It was disappointing as it ruined about 20 dollars worth of our swimwear and when we mentioned it to reception they didn’t seem to care much or help us which was disappointing."
