"I rarely write detailed reviews, but I couldn't pass this one up. Cambodia pleasantly surprised us, and I can confidently recommend this hotel, and indeed a visit to this wonderful place, to everyone! First off, we were able to check in early since our room was available, which was a huge plus after nearly a full day of travel. Even better, our room was upgraded to a higher category, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was clean, spacious, and smelled wonderfully of some essential oil. I was also pleasantly surprised by the in-room tea station, where you could brew proper loose-leaf tea, not just tea bags. Breakfasts were excellent. Since we often left early for excursions, they prepared packed breakfast boxes for us. On the days we had breakfast at the hotel, there was plenty to ensure you wouldn't leave hungry. A huge bonus was the coffee machine where the staff would make your coffee. I particularly want to highlight the view during breakfast – if you're an early riser, you can catch a beautiful sunrise. We also ordered food from their restaurant, and everything was delicious. The hotel has a clean swimming pool (we saw them cleaning it early in the morning) and a small gym. You can also book a massage right at the hotel, which we did, trying their local massage – highly recommended! We also booked all our excursions through the hotel. The staff helped us choose trips for all our days, which was super because we didn't have to search for everything ourselves. Plus, we had a very negative experience with tuk-tuks in Sri Lanka, so this way we felt safer. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center, close to everything. All the staff were very kind and friendly. A big thank you to all of you; we wish your hotel prosperity and many more guests!"

"Mold on shower ceiling, when requested to change room, management just shrugged it off as if it wasn’t a big deal. Also our room did not get cleaned the next day."

"I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 PM and completed the check-in process. The official check-in time was 2:00 PM, and they gave me the room about 5–10 minutes after that. During that time, they mentioned the room was still being cleaned. Normally, housekeeping should be finished by check-in time, so it felt a bit delayed. That said, since it was only a short wait, it wasn’t a big issue—I just wanted to mention it. The hotel is located slightly outside the central area, but I actually see this as an advantage. It’s in a quieter and more peaceful neighborhood, away from the crowds. At the same time, the center is still within walking distance—about 1 to 1.5 kilometers. If you rent a motorbike or don’t mind walking, the location works very well. I liked the hotel overall. It is well-maintained and not old or worn out. The surroundings are green, and the landscaping is nicely done. My room was also very nice—spacious and located in a quiet area. One downside was the TV. It was not a smart TV and did not show any channels at all, which I would consider a negative point. Other than that, the air conditioning worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable. Personally, I liked this hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. I cannot comment on the breakfast since I didn’t try it. There is parking available, so if you rent a motorbike, you can park it easily. For this price range, I found the hotel to be very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it. "I stayed here for 4 nights due to a botched reservation from another of their property under the IndochineGroup. I was travelling with a friend and we booked a studio double room with pool view and balcony each. Overall I had a good stay although the maintenance of the hotel could be a lil better. I would like to give special mention to a really exceptional staff, Mr Sadaka, for being the highlight of my stay. He was perhaps the only one who easily comprehended our requests, great situational awareness and resolved whatever issues that we brought up with professionalism and positivity. The rooms were spacious with basic amenities. I think the hotel is a little old and you can see that they are doing their renovation in parts. Some room floors are diff from the others. And some parts of the wall have old mold that they either missed out or just didn’t care. There is a fridge, TV (not working), thin bathrobes and a station with coffee and tea. Bed was king sized and comfy with clean white sheets. Bathroom is a little dark and looks moldy but maybe it’s just really old. They provide shower gel and hand soap in a pump bottle. Maintenance of the room could probably be better with a new coat of paint. There were mold stains below the luggage shelf which they prob thought no one would notice. The swimming pool was a real blessing after a hot morning walk. It’s surrounded by the ground level rooms (pool view) and has a quaint little sunken bar where you can enjoy your cocktails while swimming. The walls inside the pool at the deeper end is covered with a layer of brown mold/fungus which peeled off into the water when I touched it. Loads of bits floating after. They have a good restaurant in the lobby and an even more quaint cafe serving local dishes just next door (there’s a sliding door from the restaurant) MUST check it out! There’s also a good bagels place just outside on the right of the entrance. Perfect if your room doesn’t come with breakfast. They also have a good massage service where you can choose to have it in the massage rooms above the cafe or in your room. There is a 20% discount if you are a guest. Location-wise, it’s really convenient with loads of eateries and the famous Pub Street just a 10min walk away."

"I stayed here for three nights because the reviews on this site and Google Maps were almost perfect, and the price was very affordable. Just as everyone mentioned in their reviews, the owner was incredibly kind and friendly, making for a wonderful stay! It seems to be a family-run business, and there was a young lady at the front desk sometimes. Both she and the owner were fluent in English. All the staff were smiling and incredibly friendly; their hospitality was truly outstanding. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making it very comfortable. If I had to pick a downside, it would probably be that the shower drain was a bit clogged. I didn't bring a swimsuit, so I didn't use it, but there was also a nice pool. The hotel is right in front of the Siem Reap River. When walking into town, I highly recommend strolling along the shaded path by the river; it's much cooler and more pleasant than walking under the scorching sun. At night, there were food stalls and lights, creating a lively, festive atmosphere every day. The walking distance to town was also perfectly acceptable. This isn't an issue with the hotel itself, but the restaurant next door, 'The River,' plays loud live music late into the night, which could be heard from my room. Personally, I was always so tired that I fell asleep quickly, so it didn't bother me, but sensitive sleepers might want to bring noise-canceling earbuds or earplugs. Overall, this might be the first time I've ever had such a comfortable stay at such a low price. It offered the best value for money of any hotel I've stayed in. At checkout, the owner even gave me a handmade bracelet with my initials on it, which truly touched me with their hospitality."

"The staff were so lovely and helpful- they made me feel like royalty. The “welcome home” message made of flowers and leaves was also a nice touch. The location was perfect as it was a very short walking distance to the markets, but still far enough away that it was nice and quiet. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Siem Reap."
