"Hotel Raum staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean , the bed was comfortable , and it had great amenities including an LG styler to refresh your clothes. The hotel is really well located - very close to the train station and the botanical gardens. The only blemish was that the included breakfast , which is provided by the ”Twosome Place ” franchise within the hotel , only offers a sandwich and a coffee as part of their offering. No complaints about the quantity , irs more that this narrow choice didn't carer to our dietary needs eg gluten free and dairy free options ( even for the coffee). It would be great if a wider range of options were available"

"The accommodation was very clean and well organized. The bedding was comfortable, there was a warm electric blanket, and the amenities were good. The refrigerator was very pretty and had 4 bottles of cold water. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, with cup ramen, salad, cereal, juice, milk, toast, and coffee. Next time I come to Suncheon, it was a place I would like to stay again. Everything was good, but I wish there was a full-length mirror in the room... That was the only thing that was a little disappointing. I had a good rest in this nice accommodation."

"This is a hotel I frequently use on business trips. It's less than a 10-minute walk from the station, and there are plenty of places nearby for light meals. The styler is always a useful feature. The bathroom is spacious, and it's nice that moisture and moisture quickly dries after a shower. However, the towels were a bit spotty. Some had stains or left marks, as if they hadn't been properly dehydrated. If only that aspect could be improved, this hotel would be even better. I had a great stay."

"Located right next to Suncheon Station, this hotel offers a friendly early check-in, excellent facilities that leave nothing to be desired, and a delicious breakfast with warm soup, coffee, and a variety of pastries. "The facilities are a bit old; even the sheets are patched. It was difficult to find the hotel because the reception is accessed through the parking lot. This is probably because it's a love hotel and guests prefer privacy. The room is large and quiet. The bed is comfortable. The room has a TV, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, and hair straightener. There are chargers for electronic devices. The bathroom is large, has a bathtub, and they provide shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There are toiletries in small bags. Pajamas and slippers are also provided. There is coffee and a microwave in the reception area. The staff is very friendly. We didn't like: there's no wardrobe, and you don't know where to put your clothes; there are only two hangers on the wall. It's probably intended for a one-night stay. The towels are hand towels, not bath towels, making it very difficult to dry yourself properly. But without a doubt, the worst thing is the smell. It smells like old tobacco; it's so strong it's almost like garbage. The lights are difficult to adjust. We didn't even know how to turn off the bathroom light without turning off all the others."

"The location and service were good. It was a little unfortunate that the smell of cigarettes was in the room, and I ate a sandwich for breakfast and I was hungry and I kept diarrhea, but my husband was not sick and fine. I think it was just me."

"Excellent value for the hotel with spacious room and massage chair and jacuzzi all included. Location wise it is just 15 min walk to Suncheonman Garden, and many eateries around the hotel area. Free breakfast is good too. Definitely recommended."

"It is located in a relatively downtown area. There are many restaurants around if you walk about 5 minutes. The facilities are old but clean. Very simple breakfast menu is provided free of charge. You can think of it as a very good rice and soup."
