"Hotel Raum staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean , the bed was comfortable , and it had great amenities including an LG styler to refresh your clothes. The hotel is really well located - very close to the train station and the botanical gardens. The only blemish was that the included breakfast , which is provided by the ”Twosome Place ” franchise within the hotel , only offers a sandwich and a coffee as part of their offering. No complaints about the quantity , irs more that this narrow choice didn't carer to our dietary needs eg gluten free and dairy free options ( even for the coffee). It would be great if a wider range of options were available"

"Although it's not the bright atmosphere of the hotel that young people like these days, the room can rest warmly, so they can also stay comfortably in the hotel recommended by trip.com. Please recommend a lot of hotels in the future where you can relax in a good value for money!"

"There's no view. It's called a garden view, but it's just a view of rice paddies, unrelated to the national garden. The location is a bit tricky for hikers. You can't catch a taxi to the national garden. There's no public transportation. It's quite a walk. The hotel is old, but clean. The staff is very friendly. However, the central heating makes it cold at night. Perhaps that's why the beds have electric blankets. The problem is that not all beds have them... Breakfast is just a snack. However, if you don't absolutely need a big breakfast, it's okay for free. Cereal, salad, fruit juice, toast made with butter and jam, cup ramen, and kimchi. Hot water comes out quickly. The soundproofing is good."

"One night for a hiking trip!!! Cleanliness is a given^^ Equipped with an air purifier and even a Styler, It’s a somewhat luxurious hotel ~~ Breakfast is free, but the quality is just as good as any other hotel breakfast^^ I will definitely visit again when I travel to Suncheon ^^"

"Even though it's right next to the station, it was quiet, clean, and the staff were friendly. There was no breakfast included, but they provided simple items to eat, which was great to fill up before checking out. If you're a light sleeper, the refrigerator in the room can be quite loud. We had trouble sleeping for a bit because of the fridge noise (ended up unplugging it). Other than that, we had a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out."

"The facilities are a bit old; even the sheets are patched. It was difficult to find the hotel because the reception is accessed through the parking lot. This is probably because it's a love hotel and guests prefer privacy. The room is large and quiet. The bed is comfortable. The room has a TV, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, and hair straightener. There are chargers for electronic devices. The bathroom is large, has a bathtub, and they provide shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There are toiletries in small bags. Pajamas and slippers are also provided. There is coffee and a microwave in the reception area. The staff is very friendly. We didn't like: there's no wardrobe, and you don't know where to put your clothes; there are only two hangers on the wall. It's probably intended for a one-night stay. The towels are hand towels, not bath towels, making it very difficult to dry yourself properly. But without a doubt, the worst thing is the smell. It smells like old tobacco; it's so strong it's almost like garbage. The lights are difficult to adjust. We didn't even know how to turn off the bathroom light without turning off all the others."

"The location and service were good. It was a little unfortunate that the smell of cigarettes was in the room, and I ate a sandwich for breakfast and I was hungry and I kept diarrhea, but my husband was not sick and fine. I think it was just me."

"Excellent value for the hotel with spacious room and massage chair and jacuzzi all included. Location wise it is just 15 min walk to Suncheonman Garden, and many eateries around the hotel area. Free breakfast is good too. Definitely recommended."

"It is located in a relatively downtown area. There are many restaurants around if you walk about 5 minutes. The facilities are old but clean. Very simple breakfast menu is provided free of charge. You can think of it as a very good rice and soup."
