"Hotel Raum staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean , the bed was comfortable , and it had great amenities including an LG styler to refresh your clothes. The hotel is really well located - very close to the train station and the botanical gardens. The only blemish was that the included breakfast , which is provided by the "Twosome Place " franchise within the hotel , only offers a sandwich and a coffee as part of their offering. No complaints about the quantity , irs more that this narrow choice didn't carer to our dietary needs eg gluten free and dairy free options ( even for the coffee). It would be great if a wider range of options were available"

"A very nice hotel, a beautiful room with a bath on the balcony. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, a huge compliment. It's a shame, however, that it wasn't clear when booking that the hotel is located right on a very busy intersection with lots of traffic. All in all, very satisfied."

Overall, it has an old feel, but depending on how you look at it, it was nice to feel comfortable with the classic familiarity. It was especially refreshing as it was my first time seeing non-viewing, and it was nice because it was easy on the eyes."

"My girlfriend and I checked into this lovely hotel in Korea—spotless room, soft lighting, the kind of place that makes you whisper out of respect. We went out for food, came back happy and exhausted, and fell asleep thinking we’d nailed the perfect stay. At exactly midnight, the romance died. From the ceiling vents came a sound like light scratching… then movement. Out crawled a giant spider—no exaggeration—about the size of a dinner plate, legs first, like it owned the place. We both froze. Time slowed. I’m pretty sure my soul left my body. The spider disappeared back into the vents just as fast as it came, leaving us wide awake, lights on, questioning every life choice. Beautiful hotel. Unforgettable guest. 🕷️"

"Even though it's right next to the station, it was quiet, clean, and the staff were friendly. There was no breakfast included, but they provided simple items to eat, which was great to fill up before checking out. If you're a light sleeper, the refrigerator in the room can be quite loud. We had trouble sleeping for a bit because of the fridge noise (ended up unplugging it). Other than that, we had a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out."
