Hotels with Parking in Hanoi

"The hotel is located within a 5-minute drive of Hanoi Terminal 2 Airport. It is not possible to walk from the hotel to the airport, as there is an expressway to cross. A great advantage is that the hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport, even though we had to leave at 4 a.m. You just need to make an advance booking with the hotel during check-in, and they will arrange a private car for you. The staff, including the driver and receptionist are well trained and extremely friendly. The area outside the hotel feels like a village, and you have to pass through a few very narrow alleys. However, once you step into the hotel, it gives a completely different impression. I had a very short stay at this hotel, so I couldn’t comment much, but the room cleanliness is top-notch! Hotel interior looks quite new. All the necessary toiletries and amenities are provided, including two complimentary bottles of drinking water. The rest of the items in the minibar are chargeable, but the prices are clearly indicated upfront. The shower has strong water pressure and stable temperature, and both shower gel and shampoo are provided. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel to travelers who need a transit hotel near Hanoi Airport."

"The location in the alley but it easy access just walking distance. There also near the Tay Ho lake just have a walk nearby for the cold breeze especially in the morning . Nearby have many cafe and there is Korean restaurant . You can walk a little bit more and there is very delicious Pho ( you can check my photo uploaded ). The room itself have big bed for me as solo traveller . Cleanliness need to be improve . Hot water works well . Fan and aircond functional but I think it no need to be turn-on since it already cold here . There are 2 bottles of drinking water with 2 snacks if you arrive in hungry stomach.. Customer service respond faster and helpful . My check-in process very smooth . There are 2 passwords need to remember , the gate password at the basement before getting into the elevator , and your room door's password - I like to say it very safe and secure here . Price very cheap and affordable . Please wear slipper in the room because floor very cold 24/7 or you will get cold easily ."

"I only planned to stay here for one night because I needed a hotel close to the airport for my early flight the next morning. Honestly, I didn’t expect much , but this hotel truly surprised me in a very positive way. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming, which made me feel at ease immediately. The room was bigger than expected, comfortable, and the WiFi worked perfectly. Having YouTube on the TV was a nice bonus that helped me relax before my flight. What I appreciated the most was the shower , strong water pressure and properly hot water, something travelers really value after a long day. It turned a simple overnight stay into a very comfortable experience. Thank you to the team for your hospitality. I really enjoyed my stay."

"I got a room in 4th floor with~ 20$ The elevator light signal in this floor did not work well. Noisy sound in daytime early morning because of construction next door and piano class Not correct city view in my room Clean bathroom Only for rest at night is ok Dont expect a chill time at daytime"

"Not very happy with my stay. Firstly I’m a solo female traveller and was allocated a room on the same floor as the lobby. Upon checkin I realised the double lock in the room is not functioning so I voiced out. Staff told me not to worry as nobody can enter from outside without the key. I mentioned I’m a female traveler i don’t feel safe & that my room is on the same floor as lobby. He told me their technician is busy right now and will help fix the lock later. Before I went out of the hotel I have informed the lobby staff that I’m going out and to remember to fix the lock staff said ok. However when I am back in the room at night I realised it’s still not fixed! Another staff this time reassured me that everything is alright and that nobody can enter from outside and even showed me. I insisted that I still want it fixed and he said next morning will send someone to fix it for me. It was late so I agreed, I slept with a chair against the door. When I was half asleep at about 11pm I suddenly heard a loud knock on my door. Thinking it’s the hotel staff want to fix my lock? So I opened the door and to my dismay there was 2 officer in the green uniform together with hotel staff. I was shocked and scared as I wasn’t expecting police officer! What happened? The police asked when did I check in and also asked for my passport and took picture of it. When I asked if everything is alright, is the hotel safe as I still have 2 more nights here they just say all is good. Rest assured I did not sleep well that night!!! Next morning I insist I would like to change room as I really do not feel safe and they said they will “upgrade” me to a higher floor. Upon getting my new room I realised it’s the exact same room type and size as what I got on 1st floor only difference is the painting on the headboar! They should have given me a higher floor room in the first place. There was some flying insects in the room other that that nothing to shout about. Room was basic and clean enough, bed was comfortable. Toilet need some upgrade. I will not be coming back to this hotel again! Would not recommend. Location is only good if you like to stay at Westlake area else don’t bother."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, tucked away in a small alley. The rooms are spacious and, despite the older decor, are clean and well-maintained. There's a rooftop pool where you can relax by the water and watch planes take off and land. Breakfast is generous."

"We had a wonderful stay at Dolce by Wyndham Hanoi Golden Lake! ✨ The hotel is beautiful and unique, with luxurious details that made the experience feel special. My sister have stayed here few times before and she loves it every tim, so I had no second thoughts booking our stay here. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the staff were warm, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, it was a memorable stay and we would happily come back again."

"What a super hotel and so close to the airport, but the sound-proofing is good and you hardly hear any noise of airplanes. The hotel, though like a 4 or 5 star hotel, feels like a family run Homestay...the couple running the hotel were so lovely and welcoming and helpful. The free breakfast was just right, serving both Vietnamese and Western food. Rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. Rooms could be cleaned and made each day if you wanted.- I just asked for replacement water and coffee/tea. They also organise taxi to/from the airport. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. They directed me to Motogo, about 10 minutes walk to rent a motorbike which I did and drove to ancient village some 40km away..good service from Motogo too. Probably not the cheapest hotel around, but definitely worth it...I will come back if I can. Thank you"

"Pro - near airport than old quoter (40 min) - 20 min to old quoter - no car horn noisy - can cook in room - lake view (some room) - have waste machine in room - have security at lobby Con - far from Michelin restaurant (almost of them located around old quoter - hot water need to Waite around 5 min - view some room block by front building (you will see wall of front building)"
