"Stayed a night at the hotel. Very clean and comfy room. But the shower in the toilet need to fix cause there is leaking on the pipe.

"I stayed here recently because my grandmother’s house was full, and I’d say it’s a really solid choice for the price. The best part was definitely the room. It felt much bigger than other hotels in this price range, with plenty of walking space between the bed and the TV. I was lucky enough to get a room at the back with a view of the pool and the lake, which was a nice bonus.
The only real downside is that there are no elevators. Since it's a two-story building and the stairs are quite narrow, it’s worth keeping in mind if you have heavy bags or don't like climbing. The breakfast was just okay, nothing to write home about, but the service really made up for the building's quirks. Every staff member I met was soft-spoken and always smiling.
I actually tested their response by complaining about the TV not having channels and the shower pressure being low. Even though the hotel was fully booked, a maintenance guy was at my door in five minutes. He was incredibly patient, fixed the TV, and even swapped out the shower head. While the new shower head didn't really fix the low pressure (probably because the hotel was packed), I really appreciated that they didn't snap or make excuses. If you don't mind the stairs, the great service and the view make it a worthwhile stay."

SSHIDA KASIM1. The hotel is self check-in. Contact the hotel staff and they will give instructions to check in.
2. This hotel does not have an elevator. Then you have to go up a very high staircase if the room is up once. It is not necessary to bring those who have a leg pain to climb a high staircase. Can refer the picture. My mom was really struggle to get up and down during my stay.
3.there is only one access card.it is difficult to go out and there are people staying in the room at the same time.if people in the bedroom and people outside want to enter the room,how?it is troublesome.
4. Simple room for 3 people is big. It's ok if you just want to stay for 2 nights.
5. The TV doesn't have broadcast. So I can't even get a TV.
6. Staff okay. Sangat responsive dan membantu sepanjang stay sini.
7.there is a free gift again.cute haha
8. Overall, this hotel is ok. Only anyone who has knee pain, feet pain please think many times to stay here because you have to hike ya.
