"Extremely satisfied. You can see the owner's dedication everywhere, with all your leisure needs at your fingertips, offering care without intrusion. The location is right in the center of the Dong Village, so you can step out for meals and enjoy the lively bonfire party. Or, you can quietly sit in the exquisite courtyard, sipping tea and chatting, with a full range of teas and brewing tools provided. The swaying hydrangeas, the fragrant honeysuckle, red maples, succulents, money plants... every green plant you see reflects thoughtful design. I usually don't prefer B&Bs, but stealing two days of leisure here was a wonderful, calming experience. The mattress conformed to ergonomic support, and the toiletries were a complete set with gardenia scent. The room design matched the Dong Village style. In the lobby and rooms, there were also sets of books introducing the culture of Jiangkou County, along with other paperbacks. The laundry room had a washer and dryer, and even several types of laundry detergent to choose from – all in all, thoughtful arrangements without being intrusive. The set breakfast was light and varied, a nice change from the sour soup fish and beef found everywhere in Guizhou for lunch and dinner, helping to regulate the stomach. For a two-day trip to Fanjing Mountain, choosing this place was definitely the right decision."

"I traveled alone to Tongren for the Spring Festival, expecting it to be a bit lonely, but I unexpectedly encountered the warmest New Year's Eve at Huazhu Homestay. The landlady, seeing I was staying alone, warmly invited me to have New Year's Eve dinner with her. A table full of authentic Tongren dishes, along with fragrant baijiu from Maotai Town, filled the air with the joy of sharing a meal. It truly felt like celebrating the New Year at relatives' home. This unexpected kindness was more touching than any scenery. The next day, I went to Fanjingshan. The landlady meticulously consulted me about the day's activities and explained the route, even more detailed than a travel guide. In the morning, Aunt Xiang cooked breakfast fresh, and the local specialty rice noodles warmed me from head to toe. Returning in the evening, a charcoal fire was lit on the first floor of the homestay, where we could gather around to brew tea and chat—the crackling charcoal, the fragrant tea, the unfamiliar night outside the window, and the warmth of family all around. The landlady is beautiful inside and out, providing meticulous and professional service. This homestay wasn't just a place to stay; it felt like home in Tongren. Next time I come, I'll definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel is reportedly the best standard in the Fanjing Mountain scenic area. It's very close to the Fanjingshan East Gate. The river facing the hotel rooms is incredibly clear. At night, with the windows open, falling asleep to the sound of the river brought back memories of childhood nights in the countryside. The bridge over the river is a fantastic spot for photos; it's very picturesque, featuring traditional ethnic themes and artistic elements, combined with classic Chinese covered bridge architecture. From the room, looking out, the river, bridge, and ancient willow trees perfectly form a beautiful painting."

The best part was that the guy at the front desk recommended a fantastic late-night eatery – it was really delicious! "**Facilities:** The hotel's amenities are excellent and feel brand new. The lobby is quite grand and impressive. It's conveniently located near JiangKou county town, approximately a 15-minute drive to Fanjing Mountain. **Cleanliness:** The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious. We even received a complimentary upgrade! **Environment:** There's an outdoor swimming pool. The main downside was some noise in the mornings due to a real estate development under construction nearby. I imagine the surroundings will be much more peaceful once that project is completed. **Service:** The service was good, and breakfast was decent overall. **Note:** YunShe Ancient Town is not far from the hotel, but we only had a quick look around as the weather was too hot during our visit."

"I booked a twin room but got upgraded to a king-size room. The room was very bright and smart, and the bed was super comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. Most importantly, it's very close to the East Gate Tourist Center and the ticket office, so I could come back and drive after hiking the mountain, saving me parking fees. The small courtyard environment is also very thoughtfully designed, it should be especially comfortable in the summer. The owner was very friendly. A satisfying stay, definitely five-star!"

"This guesthouse is incredibly charming and tastefully decorated. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the breakfast spread is generous. The small river outside is picturesque, and there's even a jogging path, perfect for a post-dinner stroll. The butler service was exceptionally warm and attentive – highly commendable! 👍 It's also very conveniently located, just a 20-minute drive from Fanjing Mountain. Definitely recommended!"

"A perfect experience! A hidden gem of a guesthouse at the foot of Fanjingshan. I specifically chose the Shanhe Xiaoyang Guesthouse for my trip to Fanjingshan, and the location is absolutely incredible – right next to the scenic area. It saved us the hassle of traveling, and we could easily start our journey on foot. The guesthouse interior was super clean, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner and staff provided exceptional service, answering all our questions and even proactively sharing hiking tips, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was well-equipped, the TV had a clear picture, so we could relax and watch some shows after coming back in the evening. The biggest surprise was the free parking, so we didn't have to worry about parking at all since we drove. Next time I visit Fanjingshan, I'll definitely choose this place again!"

MM340364****Peeling paint and mold were the less serious drawbacks of this place. When we checked in, we booked two rooms at different price points, but the hotel assigned us the cheaper one. After we complained, they claimed it was for our convenience. Secondly, I booked a room for my parents that included breakfast, but why did the hotel charge them for breakfast in the morning? My parents called me, and I quickly clarified that their room included breakfast, and only then was they not charged. The stay was extremely poor, and the hygiene was appalling.
