"Excellent airport hotel. Clean and pretty quiet (my window faced the airport). Black out curtains worked very well. Water kettle for tea or coffee (Nescafe and black and green tea provided). Electric iron and ironing board provided.
Good shower gel and shampoo provided. The bathtub entry for the shower is pretty high, so one needs to be careful when exiting!
I enjoyed the Restaurant Polska three times (same menu as the other one).
Small critiques:
Restaurant: the beef tartare would have needed 8 pieces of bread instead of the 4 pieces served. The 180g meat amount was just too much for the 4 pieces of bread. And I put on a very generous amount per piece. Taste and texture were very good.
The toilet paper was rough for such a nice place. Definetely suitable for light sanding of paint layers between layers.
Positives: Great breakfast and in the Restaurant, all a la carte dishes were delicious. A standout was9 the tiramisu in a chocolate ball, that melted while pouring hot champagne sauce over it.
The cheesecake was my price/performance winner."

"The experience was actually pretty good, and the location was close to the city center. However, I caught a cold and needed to rest, so I asked Trip.com to communicate with the hotel, and they confirmed via text message that I could have a late check-out at 1 PM. But at 12 PM, the cleaning lady kept rushing me from outside my room. She was very rude and aggressive, which led to me scrambling to pack and leaving my Apple charger behind. This is the first time I've encountered something like this in Poland, and it really left a bad impression on me about the entire country."

"When checking in, the two staff were not friendly despite me saying hi and smiling to them. However, Martin was really nice during check out that’s why I didn’t give too bad a score for service. There’s no kettle, no tissue and no drinking water provided nor any tea or coffee and there’s only two in one soap in the bathroom. There’s a weird smell from the bathroom and there’s only a shower curtain so water splashes all over (there’s no feet towel). The pillows on the bed are really lumpy and uncomfortable. Stool provided was crooked so I didn’t dare use it. Curtains cannot be closed fully so the sunlight can still shine in. Will not stay here the next time I visit."

"The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors.
Reception was not always available by phone.
Staff was always very friendly.
Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment.
We ordered room service, which was very nice. Rooms are a big and cozy, big bathrooms, separate shower and bathtub is great.
The gym and spa in the top floors is amazing."

"Ibis hotels always deliver what they promise. I stayed in a few different countries in their hotels and always you get what you pay for. As this was my last minute booking I chose the cheapest option (one star rating). The check in was fast snd receptionist was very kind and gave me a room on a peaceful side of the building. Room is pretty simple but you get what you pay for: clean bed, shower and toilet room with soup and body wash, a couple of glasses and that’s about it. Anyway, I had a good sleep and check out is easy - just drop your key card in a box at the exit."

PPrince of PusanThe hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional.
The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel.
Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

Ggelatalon the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off.
next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me.
this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up.
eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training.
the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities.
第一晚入住時，已經很晚了，酒店人員在沒有通知我的情況下，給我安排了一間傷殘人士的房間。
由於太疲倦了，所以只是感覺房間怪怪的，但並沒察覺有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上，洗完澡之後，整個廁所也是濕的，我差一點就要滑倒。
再看看之前預訂時的收據，發現房間的廁所根本不應該是這個樣子，繼而我到酒店大堂理論，他們才告訴我，因為第一天晚上時候，訂單太滿了，所以才為我安排這樣的房間。
可是你要知道，這樣的設計，正常人洗澡，是真的很容易滑倒。他們不但沒有誠意的道歉，只是詢問我想要怎樣。
說實話，這難道不是酒店的問題嗎？第一天並沒坦白這不是我原本所訂的房間、繼而我發現後，亦沒作出任何相應的措施、道歉。
最後在我要求下，他們給我換了最好的房間，另外給我送了兩天免費的早餐。不過，這通通都是我要求的，酒店人員真的有需要再培訓。

AAmroI recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Warsaw, and overall, my experience was very positive. One of the first things that stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Every corner of the hotel felt fresh, tidy, and taken care of, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease.
The room I stayed in was beautiful—spacious, modern, and elegantly designed with a calming color scheme that made it a perfect space to relax after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the lighting in the room was thoughtfully arranged, making it suitable for both rest and work.
The hotel’s location is another big plus. Situated in the heart of Warsaw, it’s within walking distance to many popular attractions, charming cafes, and local restaurants. Whether you’re visiting for sightseeing or business, the location makes it easy to get around and enjoy the city.
The only downside I experienced was the slow check-in process. The front desk service, while friendly and respectful, took longer than expected, which can be inconvenient after a long journey. However, the staff were professional and welcoming, which made the wait more bearable.

GGuest UserHotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.

HHGM720Overall had a really pleasant stay here! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable and the staff were nice. Old Town Warsaw is also not too far away, and it’s such a lovely place to visit. Highly recommend eating Polish dumplings!
My friend who is a lifelong Warsaw resident thought this stay was a bit overpriced, but it’s still far more reasonable than hotels in many other European cities. My only hiccup with this booking was the shuttle service: it was confusing to coordinate. Most complimentary airport shuttle services have shuttles going back and forth every hour or every 30 minutes, so I didn’t realize this hotel only has one shuttle and one driver, meaning you have to individually schedule your pickup in advance. It’s hard to predict what time you’ll be ready to go, as even if your flight lands on time, you still have to de-board the plane, go through customs/immigration, wait for your baggage at the carousel and find your way to the exit. My bags took a while to come, and then I got a little lost, and the driver almost left without me. It was quite stressful, so I’d recommend giving yourself plenty of time to get from your plane to the shuttle.

DDaffidAt beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed.
In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

GGuest UserThe hostel is in a very good location and it was a 30 minute walk to most major attractions. Big bonus for this hostel's location is that it is surrounded by many good restaurants.
We stayed in the large room and it was clean but a little dated. The hostel is located in a building that is more than 100 years old so you have to work through a maze of stairs to get to the room and there is no elevator. We were surprised to find out that the large room didn't have its own bathroom as many of the rooms did say when they had a shared bathroom when we booked. The shared bathroom was fine but a little small. We were given a bottle of shower gel but there was no shampoo so you may want to consider bringing your own.
Big downside to this hostel was that the windows don't have good soundproofing and we had lots of bars nearby which meant it was noisy late at night and in the morning you could hear the traffic. If you're a light sleeper you may want your own earplugs. The large room did come with its own kitchen that was equipped with utensils, plates and cookware. The room did not have AC and the open window did cool it down a bit but also made it a bit noisier.
